Where to start, maybe from the end of the first job, which is wonderfully completed. A young man Maricio came to check that we were satisfied with the job, unfortunately I was short on time, but told him we were amazed at the value and quality of the job. Now to the beginning, Michael came to the door explaining that they just seeing if we'd be interested in their technique. It is a heat reflective technology which my friends had been telling us about and how much they'd saved on their air-conditioning, only having to put it on so very occasionally, that their bill dropped substantially. Because of this, we were very interested and had an appointment with a young man, Trevor. My goodness, Trevor was so knowledgeable and explained so much and even got my husband so spell bound. Well, I must admit that my husband had the TV on mute with golf on and as Trevor is a golfer, my husband gave him proper listening time. It was a given. The organization was 'the people behind the scenes' made it a seamless job. Lisa, is amazing and so good at keeping everything running, Teresa matched her. I spoke with Gladys and Nancy and both these "work wives" matched the efficiency of our job so pleasant. One of these wonderful women rang me so I was kept up to date on everything. The wonderful crew, led by Jose Snr. Jose Jnr. and yet another Jose that I just called them the Joses, there was Brandon who helped with the power washing of the home, yes Jose Snr. son. They had wonderful senses of humor and after the week finished, I was sad to see my boys go. The spraying down, the masking done so efficiently. Probably one of the best I've seen. I supervised everything, making sure the job was done to my high standards. They certainly met everything. I did say to "the office staff" which they are normally referred to as, that I would be saying something about them, because truly, if an Office doesn't have efficient staff, how can the job be done to the high quality of this job. When Trevor came back to check on things, I'd asked about windows, as in my queries about the company I found they did windows. As with older homes, our French doors were letting in the hot summer air and especially with one, very hard to open. Yes, of course, we have a contract with them to do our French doors and another window, that somehow managed to connect with a baseball and do an amazing job of shaping the ball and sending out a wonderful pattern. I was not very comfortable at first because I am skeptical about door to door sales method. I like to do my homework upfront and make well informed decision. However, I was convinced by the sales representative because 1. I have the need and desire to replace the older windows/patio I had. My older windows/patio doors were built and installed in the 70's. These older windows don't block sounds from the nearby highway, and the windows sliders are stuck due to rust and end of lifetime 2. Sales rep Britton demonstrated to me a superior product that fits both my requirement and budget. The entire purchase process and pricing are transparent Some tips if you are considering using Elor for your projects: 1. The demonstration is lengthy, so make sure you reserve more than an hour for sales rep to explain. They will show you the feature of their product and how it compares to others. As a happy customer, I can tell you that I received the excellent product that my sales advertised. 2. Do some home work upfront, and have an idea of what are you looking for and what's your budget. Company invested tons of money for those sales guys to travel around and do the demonstration. If you are not looking to start your project soon and you are just casually looking, I recommend you to be upfront with them. Also be a little flexible on your budget because you get what you pay for. 3. Lead time can be long right now due to supply chain issue. However, they have a great coordinator Dana that stayed in touch with you periodically to ensure you are kept in the loop with progress. The install was also excellent. The crew show up on time and they are very professional. Not only they did an excellent job installing the product, but also making sure the work area is cleaned before their departure. They are very experienced. Overall I am very happy with their service and product. We cannot say enough about Elor Energy. We have 25 windows and 3 sliding patio doors that needed replacing. Our original Vinyl windows were 19 years old and had started to leak. A realtor friend of ours recommended Elor to do the replacement. Originally we wanted Milgard windows but during the sales meeting we were presented with a different brand. We did our due diligence in checking out Elor on BBB in which they have an A+ rating. However, we did not due that for the Window manufacturer and when the windows arrived for install we were extremely disappointed. The windows did not look or operate as high quality long lasting windows. The manufacturer also had an F rating with the BBB which we discovered after the fact. But here's the best part, Elor and their CEO Guy Motaey stood by us, the customer. He agreed, along with our Sales Person Clarence and our Lead Installer Sammy that the windows delivered were not the quality windows that were expected. After trying to work with the Manufacturer with limited results, Elor ultimately re-installed Anlin windows for us and we definitely see the difference in quality. They are exceptional windows and beautiful to look at inside and out. We are so happy that Elor and its staff stood by their promise that the customer has to be happy with the end result. We highly recommend Elor for Window Replacements. They stand by their word of quality and excellence and more importantly they stand with their customers . Everyone that works for this company, that we had contact with, are professionals knowing how to provide customer service, and are extremely skilled and knowledgeable about their jobs. We had the privilege of meeting David, the young man who knocked on our door and introduced us to this company. Sana Shah who very skillfully explained the window products in which we expressed interest. She also came by the house on the day of installation, to check that everything was going well. On the day of installation I called the office to find out the ETA for the installation team and spoke with Ashley, who was very helpful in getting answers for my questions. I then received a follow up call from Marty who was following up on a message I had left earlier. The installation team, Sammy and Carlos, worked so well in unison, completing the window installation and clean-up to perfection. And when they were done, Sammy called the office to let them know the job was complete. At the time of this call, the owner of this well run company, Guy, got on the phone to speak with my husband to confirm that we were satisfied with the installation and the product. He assured us that if there were any future needs his company, ELOR, would send someone to resolve whatever those needs might be. (A very different experience from the one we had the prior year with another window company.) And the windows we chose are great and well worth the investment. On 11/04/22 I signed a contract with Elor to have two large windows (each with a large center pane and two side opening panes, ie X0X), plus an 8' sliding door replaced with Amlin dual pane windows. I emphasized that I wanted the one large casement window to be finished with dry wall, rather than the existing wood sills and molding trim. I knew this window would be difficult to replace and because of the extra dry wall finishing, I was willing to pay the higher price. The work was done on 1/04/22, but the workers said they were to put wood trim back on the "problem" window. When Robert called to check to see if I was satisfied, I noted that the one window was not finished the way I had asked. It was partly my fault because I had not made sure it was specified in the contract I signed (I assumed when they said "finished" that meant what I wanted). The company was VERY responsive to my dissatisfaction and immediately sent a representative (Homer) over to see if what I requested could be done. Within a day or two the work was beautifully done to my satisfaction. Homer checked in twice the day the dry wall was done to be sure it was done correctly. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and easy to work with (Clarence, Homer, Robert, Sarah). The workmen cleaned up after the job, and there was a corporate contact for a final inspection of everything and to be sure I was satisfied with all aspects of the work. The only advice I have is to be sure to specify all details in writing before signing any contract, which is true for any company that you hire to do work for you. read more

This is my second 5 star review. Elor stands behind their product and service 100%! I had my home coated ( don't waste your money painting it) and it has been amazing. The coating is a far superior product. Over the last 2 years with all the crazy hail and rain and winds the back of my home needed a touch up. Elor guarantees their products and work. I called and spoke to Gladys and she immediately put in a work order and Homer and his team were at my house almost immediately. Not only did they touch up the small spot in the back- they recoated the entire area- even though it looked good to me. I was dumbfounded! The work got done and they even touched up other areas I didn't know needed to be touched up. My house looks brand new again and honestly has maintained itself. I also had them put on a new roof 2 years ago. I am so happy they were recommended to me and will only use them moving forward. I am also a local Realtor and I can't tell you what a difference their work reflects on the sale of a home. I just sold a home that had been coated and there weren't any cracks or missing stucco and I was able to get my client a significant amount of money over what she thought she could get. My senior parents were dealing with a leaky roof. With Covid travel restrictions happening (I live in Northern California and my parents in San Diego) and my father high risk I could not visit and inspect myself. I had a few contractors come out and bid and most said to replace the roof. You can understand my uneasiness as what turned into a leak is now a full roof replacement. To be honest at the start the communication was a bit rocky but when the Guy was notified he took the helm and pretty much walked this job through start to finish. There was a point in the job process where much more of the wood paneling would need to be replaced. The whole roof was deteriorated. Because this was an unforseen cost (There was a clause in the contract for the customer to pay) Guy, realizing my father was a career Marine Corps vet, took 1/3 off the replacement wood price and also discounted the roof vents as well. I am aware of the wholesale pricing as I have been in the remodel trade for sometime. Guy and his crew went above and beyond to provide the best service imaginable. I received a daily update on progress with pictures and even with the unforseen issues the job was completed ON-TIME. I find out about Elor energy through instagram so when Ryan y came to my house I thought it was a scam. Ryan y explain to me about workers comp which was a great thing to know and much more. He did a wonderful job at explain the process for the windows and had patience with answering all my questions. (Which were a lot specially when it came to paying the windows down) They told me the windows were going to take a month I believe but they came faster then that time they told me which I was really great full because it was starting to get really hot in Escondido. The workers that came to install the windows were very respectful and kind. Jesus team was the one who did my windows and they did a great job at it. He recommended me to get my windows painted since they took the wood out and left sum stain outside my brand new windows. He came back really fast to paint them and make the house look even better. Thank you Elor energy !!!! Though I think it was expensive I don't think you can get better service from other companies. Other companies might give you a cheaper price but not do such great work like Elor energy did and they gave me lifetime warranty and if I decide to sell my house the owner gets it too. The best word to describe Elor Energy is amazing. From the very first initial knock on the door, to the finished product of the windows. It has been an amazing experience to deal with a company that thinks about you. We had constant communication to getting HOA approval, to when the windows were in, to scheduling the install. We even had countless reschedules due to the rain. Now, the demonstration was great, but the finished product is even better. From day one, we noticed a drastic difference in temperature and most shockingly sound. We live next to a busy street where people drive fast and loud and we hear everything. The windows even take a lot of the sound away. That is the bonus! And with a newborn, that is very important to have. Now the value of the product is definitely worth the investment. The workers were very welcoming and clean. They cleaned up after everyday so there was never any trash. They really cared about the home. I cannot stress out enough how great this experience has been and will definitely be doing more business with them. So I've been on the market looking for a new roof and let me start off by saying this is the one thing a homeowner should regret doing! I did some research and called Owens Corning, they immediately asked me where I was and was told their #1 contracting company is in San Diego. Elor then contacted me a day later to schedule an appointment and the rep showed up on time and ready to talk. He did things a bit different then other reps I met, he sat there and listened to my concerns. After speaking with the rep for almost an hour I felt comfortable and happy with the decision I was about to make. We shook hands on a deal and they came out immediately and started working. I recently reached out to ELOR Energy Inc. regarding an issue with their service. Instead of promptly addressing the problem, the company chose to send a sales representative to my home. This representative spent an hour at my place, not to resolve the issue but to promote additional services or products. This felt like a significant waste of time, especially as my primary need was service, not a sales pitch. Following this visit, I called ELOR Energy's customer support to inquire about the status of the issue. Surprisingly, they claimed to have no record or notes about the problem, nor any pictures to reference. Despite this lack of documentation on their end, they asked me to send them photos to help them understand the problem. This felt uncoordinated and raised concerns about their internal communication and dedication to customer service. This experience left me questioning ELOR Energy's approach to customer care. Instead of making the effort to resolve a reported issue, they appeared more focused on sales and left essential steps, like keeping records and capturing information accurately, overlooked. read more

We had our home surfaced in May 2021 with Elor's special coating. I assumed at first it was just hyped up paint but now I can say it is much more. It has held up beautifully and looks brand new! Our stucco is done in the Santa Barbara finish which is smooth unlike regular stucco. I was afraid this coating would ruin the look but again, it looks excellent! Before applying the coating, they repaired a bunch of termite damaged wood and did some stucco repairs. Impressive. As a side benefit, the coating seems to reduce thermal transmission too keeping the house temperature more stable. Less cooling and heating needed. They claimed this would happen but I doubted it. We had an issue a few months back where a tree fell against our house and did scratch the coating in a few spots. Elor came right out and repaired the damage for free, no questions asked. Today, two years later, Dusan, an Elor Commercial Sales Manager, came out to inspect the coating without our asking! Truly excellent customer service. We are so pleased that we used Elor Energy for the multiple repairs needed for our home in North County San Diego. First we had all of the rotten siding replaced with stucco. Our home needed exterior repair and painting done. After talking with painting companies who could only do part of the work needed or subcontracted for the repair work, we decided to go with Elor. It was a great decision - we worked with Elor to determine all aspects of needed repair and the final contract meant one team of employees (not subcontractors) was on the job for the duration with a firm time commitment. The project team was thorough and thoughtful about making our house/yard as livable as possible during the short two week timeframe. Despite temporarily losing some workers to Covid isolation, the job was completed on time. A company representative checked in regularly to be sure we were happy with the way the project was going. Our roof started to show damage shingles and eaves. We consult on Elor Energy coming from a friends recommendation since they had a great experience with that company. Over the phone I have spoke with their receptionist and I was transferred maybe by mistake with a very nice gentleman who happens to be the owner of the company and he said he will send someone to look at the problem. One of the sales rep showed up ( the same day ) got up on the roof and diagnosed our leaky roof and also those damage wood. He gave us a fair price with good discount since he is working on 3 other projects in our neighborhood. Oh wow our brand new roof was all done 3 days later. I would never imagine we could have all new roof in three days for this price.
