Fish and chips with a space dust beer.
Francisco C.

I unknowingly came across the brewery as I was on my way to the public storage. I had to stop by and grab a Space dust from the source. Went in late afternoon, only a few people were around. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Plenty of seating options including bar stools that face a few TVs on the wall.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Bar tender was very friendly and welcomed me in. I ordered the fish and chips along with my space dust. The fish was a good size, definitely filled me up. The order came with a side of fries which was thin cut. Plenty of tarter sauce to go with the big fish too! [[HIGHLIGHT]]One thing I really appreciated was having a wall outlet on the underside of the bar so I could charge up while I ate.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Thank you for a great experience. I'll have to return with friends next time.

If I could give 3.5, I would but the app doesn't let you. Beer was mostly good. Really liked the Artic and Juice but the other two were just ok. Nachos with carnitas were good. Server was friendly and helpful. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Overall atmosphere was decent.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Games, space and all the best vibes

Server was AMAZING! Knowledgeable on their offerings, helped provide us with tourist advice (dessert recommendations, travel tips with our kids, history of Elysian, etc) Food was top notch, all reasonably priced, clean, safe for the fam, etc. Literally couldn't ask for more from a legendary brewery that lives up to its name!

I am a big fan of Elysian Beer and I know the original Elysian Brewery is based in Seattle, WA. We just so happen to be in Seattle during the President's Day holiday. It was a great opportunity to check them out. We arrived on a Monday evening. The brewery is located in a nice area in Capitol Hill. Parking is available in the multiple parking lots and street parking. They happen to be a full service bar and restaurant. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Elysian Brewing has a nice simple modern decor. The vibe is welcoming and family friendly[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There are plenty of tables and booths for dine in. A large bar with many bar stools is in the middle of the brewery[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Since we had a plane to catch home, we only had time to stop by for some drinks and purchase some merchandise. We ordered a flight of beers which consisted of Juice Dust, Dayglow, Chicken Dinner, and Hydra, a glass of Chardonnay and deviled eggs. My flight was a nice variety of tasty refreshing samples of some of their featured IPA and hazy beer on tap. My favorite sample I enjoyed was the Juice Dust. The deviled eggs were delicious and flavorful. Overall we enjoyed our experience at Elysian Brewing- Capitol Hill. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I appreciated one of the staff gifting me a handful of Elysian stickers. I ended up purchasing an Elysian truckers hat which I was happy to be taking home. If we had more time we would have ordered meals. It gives us another reason to return when we are back in town.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This bar was fun, they had some interesting flavored beers and some enjoyable decorations.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The Mac & cheese was very good, but not life changing. The service was very good and returned often to check on us and get more drinks.

I had a lovely time here. Nice selection of beers. Lots of food options. I enjoyed my pretzel

I love it here! I've been twice now and need to make a habit of it. Prices are reasonable for food that is exceptional! Natalie has been my server both times and as a fellow Natalie I'm certainly biased but she is on it!

Chicken nachos and dry wings.

Good service. Good beer. Decent pub food. We'll go back if we're in the area. Glad we found this place in Cap Hill.

All the…read moreoutdoor tables were full when we arrived at 6, so we put our name on the list for inside and waited about 30 minutes. The oysters were the main draw for me, and they were totally worth the visit. Old Stove serves them with a savory watermelon sauce in addition to a traditional cocktail sauce--eaten together, it's a flavor explosion that I can't quite describe. We also enjoyed the garlic everything fries, which were delicious! We just had to try a flight to sample the brews. There are some really good beers available here, especially the Belgian blonde, citra pale ale, and the stout. I did not really care for the seasonal sour (grapefruit, I think)--to me, it just tasted like a sour and nothing more, but someone with more interest in sour beers would probably enjoy it just fine. Despite the busy night, our server checked on us regularly and was very personable, stopping to chat with us about the local sports scene. There's plenty to look at, inside and out. If you can snag a seat outside, you'll get to enjoy the waterfront. Inside, the decor is industrial but fun. Not sure if this runs all the time, but when we were there, the tvs were playing vintage beer ads, which was quite fun. They also sell some pretty good t-shirt designs. Overall, Old Stove Brewing is the perfect combo of good location, good food, and good beer. Definitely recommend a visit when in the Pike Place area!

Smattering variety of beer (1-2 offerings per "kind" of beer, non-alc included), so I'd say this place is more for vibes and location, rather beer-focused. That being said, the vibes were good! Random barrels and umbrellas, as well as maybe 10 or so picnic tables across the two outdoor patios (dog-friendly). Saw they also have private event space off to the side. Plenty of indoor seating as well.

They are kid and dog-friendly, too. We ordered an NA IPA (which they have on tap!) and their hop water (comes in a can). Both beverages were absolutely delicious. I love that this place is NA-friendly. They offer some light snacks and free pretzels, which is awesome for a brewery without a kitchen. There is a food truck on site, but it was closed when we visited. No worries, though, you can bring outside food, which is perfect since there are plenty of great restaurants in the area. I asked the bartender if they brew at this location, and he said they've moved all brewing to a different location in Seattle, but it's still super fresh and tasty beer all around. This is a spot worth visiting in Seattle or getting together with a large group for a few drinks. Plenty of choices for everyone!

The building looked open and inviting, especially the back patio surrounded by flower bushes, so we stopped here for a beer. The space is so pleasant, both inside and out. Big windows, high ceiling, and then outside were tables with little fire pits- we sat at one of those but didn't need the fire since it was daytime and quite warm out! The beer menu has some unique choices, two of which we picked. My husband asked if the roasted pepper IPA was more like a roasted bell pepper or hot pepper, and the server said she felt it was more of a spicy pepper. She said she could offer him a taste to try it first, but my husband basically said, "Nah, I'll just go all in!" ... no regrets- he really enjoyed it! I was intrigued by the orange blossom honey braggot... I had no idea what braggot was. The server said it was something like a cross between a beer and mead. SOLD! Immediately ordered that thang. Ohhh it was delicious!! We simply stopped for one beer each and it was a shorter visit, but we really enjoyed our time. My only complaints are that the beer is on the pricier side, and there was something like a 20% automatic service charge (it was stated on a sign at the table so it wasn't a surprise). Although, I've been seeing that the owner from Perihelion has been responding to reviews here stating that due to complaints about this charge, they have gone back to normal tipping. If so, I think it's great that they listened to their customers. They may want to update their website to communicate that same message as well. I don't come to Beacon Hill often, but if I'm ever in the area, I will definitely return to Perihelion and maybe even try some of their food!
