My partner surprised me with a birthday spa session here. The facial with the jelly-like mask was so soothing--I almost fell asleep! The hair spa treatment left my locks silky and nourished. Walked out feeling refreshed and glowing. Highly recommend!

In A Nutshell: -If you need a facial in Vegas this is a good place to check out. -It is located in a sleepy strip mall w/ plenty of parking. -I like that you can book a service online, which makes it convenient. -The prices are transparent too. -I got the facial & it went well. -The only thing I was hoping was that I would have some blackheads squeezed out. Overall, for convenience & price this is a good place for some pampering.

Flew in for 48 hours just to come here and get my glow up!!! Never disappointed, always consistent, very relaxing, and amazing results like always. A must in Vegas and I don't mind flying in just to come here. Thank you!!

I'm visiting family in Vegas and we decided to start our day with a relaxing hair treatment and facial massage. Upon arriving, we swapped our shoes with their spas slippers and they had us wait in the blow dry/waiting area. They had beverages in the fridge as well as Halloween candy so I had that as a little treat for breakfast. When they were ready for us, they had us undress our tops and change into a wrap-around towel to give better access for the neck and shoulder massage. I laid on the table with my head on the headrest so they can wash my hair. They started with removing any makeup and then proceeded with the facial portion of the treatment. Then she put a towel over my eyes and turned the water on to start washing my hair. Between the head massages and the face, shoulder and neck massage, I was in heaven. I kept catching myself dozing off especially when she was scratching my head and building a nice lather on my hair. I had opted for the hour treatment and it was a blissful one hour. After she rinsed my hair and peeled off my face mask, she had me change and take my belongings out of the locker. She then took me to the blow drying station and to finish up the treatment with a blow dry. This was such a fun and relaxing experience and would definitely come again.

Overall, it's been a mixed bag of experiences, because ultimately it depends on the masseuse, fluctuating prices, and their schedule. Overall, it's a solid facility and large enough to wear. It can accommodate all sorts of groups for a variety of different massages. There are plenty of chairs for foot massages, private rooms galore, custom shoulder massage chairs, and a serene ambiance with Chinese style furniture that helps with its overall vibe. There have been times where other patrons are talking and there have been times where the mass masseuses are the ones chatting (audibly). The back walking, deep tissue massages are the ones to get, but not every masseuse is able to do this. Some folks may complain about the lack of English, but that has never posed an issue for anyone I brought here, including myself. There are benefits to being members here, in which prices are always going to average out on the cheaper side and is an option, I would recommend for any local. If the massage was good, remember the name of the masseuse. Cash is king, even though they also accept credit cards. Tips can vary, of course, but don't let anyone bully for more than what is reasonable. (#1) __________ (#1) Typically $10-15 for an hour's worth is my rule of thumb.

When you arrive, just take the elevator up to the reception area, where you're greeted with friendly smiles and offered water. While the staff has limited English, it hasn't been an issue for me since I book my appointments with an English-speaking coordinator who lets them know what I need ahead of time. The facility itself is large and very clean, including the restrooms. The massages were absolutely wonderful, and both times I felt the extra $10 for the body scrub was well worth it. We shared a room with friends, which I didn't mind, and I made sure to set the tone early by politely asking for silence; they were very respectful of that. My only real complaint is that the massage bed squeaked throughout the session the second time around, which drove me a bit crazy. I eventually managed to tune it out and relax, but I definitely wouldn't want to hear that again. I also wish they offered tea, but that's just a minor preference. Overall, for the price, I'm very happy, just be sure to confirm the pricing ahead of time! I enjoy the 90 minutes of bliss. I request the deep pressure and it's solid.

Because of…read morepregnancy, I was limited to taking only prenatal massages, so I looked up all the highly-rated places in Las Vegas and LOAM came up. It was easy to look over their services on their website, but to ensure my mom and I could do our massages together at the same time, I found calling them was much better. I had booked the 50-minute Prenatal Massage and my mom booked the 50-minute Thai LOAM Massage with a 50% reservation fee. We were required to show up 10 minutes before our appointments to fill out a waiver and survey, change out of our clothes, and get situated on the massage bed. We were originally going to be in separate rooms but they asked if it was okay to put us in the couples' room; not a problem. They set up my bed with the pregnancy wedge for my belly, and it was pretty comfortable. The only complaint I had was that I had a hard time breathing through the little head hole as they layered a lot of white sheets on top of the bed and made the hole smaller and stifling. I found myself having to breathe through my mouth but it was tolerable. For prenatal massages, they only offer light and medium pressure. However, in certain areas I did feel like I got deep pressure especially in my shoulders as I had a few knots and tightness there. Katie/Kathy was my masseuse and she knew exactly how to work out those kinks while still making the experience comfortable for a pregnant person. I still felt like I got deep tissue massage on my shoulders despite the prenatal massage policy of being at maximum medium pressure. My mom said she found her massage relaxing and loved her experience at LOAM. They gave us water cups at checkout and we left feeling pretty relaxed. I did have a bit of shoulder soreness for 2 days afterwards but that is to be expected for getting the incessant knots out of my back--shoutout to Katie/Kathy! Overall, I highly recommend LOAM for their prenatal massages!

Neither of us felt like our therapists were particularly skilled or well-trained, and the massages lacked the technique and attention to detail we were hoping for- especially considering the price point and the wellness-focused atmosphere. Overall, it wasn't our favorite experience, and we probably wouldn't return.

The facility was clean, well stocked, well maintained, and everything was in service. With any spa treatment, you have all day access to their amenities including a large jacuzzi, various baths, wet and dry sauna, Arctic room, showers stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, a waiting area with complimentary use of a LED mask and a leg compression machine, various snacks, fruits, and drinks including a customizable sparkling water and coffee machine, and locker access. Customer service was top notch. Everyone from the front check in desk to the ladies helping to restock towels and bathroom amenities were all professional and helpful. I opted to try their new Aescape massage which is a massage conducted by a robot. You are given workout attire to wear and once in the room, you lie down and start your self guided and customizable massage controlled by the tablet in front of you. It scans your body and shows you visually which part of the body the robot is working out. You can control the pressure, type of music, and area you want to focus on. The robot's hands are heated so it felt like a human was massaging me! I wouldn't say it's equivalent to a human masseuse but worth a try! TIP: make sure to have ride share drop you off by the Augustus Tower. Once you enter, take the elevator up to the spa floor. Unfortunately ride share will only pick you up at the coliseum valet which is on the other side of the hotel so do not order your ride share until you're closer to that location.
