Wendy is the greatest tech in all the land and her husband Sam is so friendly - they provide excellent customer service every time I'm in the salon and treat everyone with care & respect. I love me a good French tip gel manicure and Wendy never disappoints. She is a true artist! I've also had my toes done several times (gel as well), and I've never left unhappy! 10/10 recommend!!

I usually go in every 4 weeks but I think my nails would last up to 6 weeks, I have never experienced lifting with Nia's gelX sets. I gave my nails a break from gelX over the winter so Nia suggested I try builder gel on my natural nails this time and I love how they turned out! Note that Nia works quietly so it's usually minimal chatting, but she is very sweet and personally I love how efficient she is and I can tell she's just focusing on perfecting her craft. IT was very clean, well lit, and I felt comfortable in my season-appropriate clothes. She offered for me to use the restroom and space for my bag and jacket. As I arrived, her current client was leaving right on time-- I saw them both laughing and overheard that she's a repeat client so It let me know people trust Nia! Nia uses very good quality supplies! Kitty especially is amazing -- she absolutely kills it with Gel-X nails and nail designs. Everyone at the salon is so patient and attentive. Whether you're getting a pedicure, manicure, or any nail service, they really listen to what you want and make sure your needs are taken care of. I've also got my lashes done here, and the lady who does it (sorry, forgot her name) is wonderful. She explains the process very well and is quick with her work. I always leave happy with the results and appreciate the care they put into their work. Highly recommend!
