Great place for a beer. Lots of seating inside and outside. They have games set up including beer pong. I've been before when they had a pizza truck. Right now they have a self serve instant ramen set up. Love that they always have a few seltzers available. Snagged a 4 pack of tall boys to go home on special for $5. They have a rotating selection every Saturday!!

Unique brewery in Miramar. I was looking for a cool brewery to take my husband for his bday festivities. We live in the Mission Valley area now so we decided to take an Uber there and back. I had a bunch of Uber credits but be mindful of surging prices on the weekend especially Fridays and Saturdays. I didn't check ahead of time but feel free to check out their website for events and vendors. 12/13/25 was The Neverless 3 Year Anniversary. Photo booths, vintage and food pop ups galore. We were living!!! There was a pizza truck outside and I believe there is a rotation of food trucks every weekend. Depends! Anyway for the beers we had lots and lots of beers. I was moreso interested in the Shogun Japanese beers. My favorites in order: 1) Spring in Okinawa (Yuzu Blonde Ale) 2) Midnight in Tokyo (Hazy Matcha) 3) Dawn in Ube (Hazy) x2 Loved the decor. Loved the vibes. Loved everything. People were poppin' on a Saturday! And there was a rapper! I didn't catch his name but cheers to that. My husband ordered the following beers (not in his favorite order): 1) Broken Record (IPA) 2) Mountain Mama (IPA) 3) Clear Intentions (IPA) 4) Lemongrass Lager He said they were all good!! And we got a beer shot for my hubby's birthday woohoo! Celebrate! Y'all have to check this brewery out. 5/5 stars baby ;)

With so many breweries around the area, it is tough to stand out, but one thing that draws me to Embolden is their Asian-inspired beers. I especially liked their Midnight in Tokyo (matcha hazy IPA), Dawn in Ube (ube hazy) and blueberry brekkie (pastry stout). They also work with a pop up pizza place where your pizza will be delivered to the brewery!

Met up with our friends here and nestled into the corners of the Miramar industrial park is this gem. We loved the variety of beer, dog friendly atmosphere and open seating options. Flights are the best way to try all the options available and you're definitely going to need at least 2 to enjoy everything! The variety was great and all the beers we tried were well balanced and showcased the flavors listed. We ended up needing to take a few 4 packs home with us to share with friends. Highly recommend the Dawn in Ube and Spring in Okinawa for delicious beer options. 10/10 will be back again!

My Hubs and I are into checking out new beer places. Embolden Beer Company has a cool spot to check out. I should have taken photos of their brewery because it's very spacious. Great idea for parties or a large group of friends. They have a nice patio and a few arcade games. Even a cute backdrop for photos. ...and their beer was delicious! I had the Roastbusters and Dark as Day. The first caught my eye for the graham crackers and marshmallows. The second for the Horchata. ...I enjoyed them both a lot. Their staff is super cool and friendly so we definitely want to go back again.

I was very curious about this place. I go to Taiwan every year and a lot of the beer and cocktails there are tea based. So when I saw that they had tea based beers and hard teas it definitely caught my attention. I got tried their Hojicha Lager, the Ube Hazy and a random IPA. All were good but the best one was definitely their Hojicha. I wish I could've tried their hard teas and their matcha but I did not see matcha. Space is large with ample parking so its a good place to catch up and have a beer.

My first time at Embolden was in December 2024 after visiting the distillery next door: Seven Caves (which is a fantastic place to check out). I've been to the location ages ago when it was a different brewery. The space is large and well setup. There is plenty of seating and there is also a patio with heat lamps for the cooler days and evenings. They also usually have a food truck outside. I've been there when they had a pizza truck and when they've had a Mexican food truck. Our group of 12 or so hung out and drank good beer, ate pizza, and had such a good time that we decided this was to place to have our annual friend gathering which would hold the 25-30 friends for shenanigans. That evening I emailed the brewery's event planner, Megan A. She got back to me in less than 48 hours with questions and answers to my questions. We confirmed a date and time and next steps. Unfortunately, we had a death in the family in January and had to postpone our event. Megan was completely understanding and helpful and made it easy for us to pause things until we could figure out life. In early March, I contacted her back with a couple of date options to see if we could reinstate our event and again she was completely accommodating. We scheduled for a new date at the end of March 2025. The date arrived and I got to Embolden early to setup tables and charcuterie with our friend who makes the best boards. I met with Megan. She showed us the area we could occupy. The birthday girl and guy arrived as did 20 others. We were able to mingle and snack and drink together with no issues. Their light garden wall was beside our area and was perfect for a group shot. The whole crew had a great time and Embolden was a great setting and venue for our event. Megan/Embolden staff: you rock harder than Gibraltar! Thank you!

[Drinks] - Peach Lemonade: Very slight hint of peach flavor but tastes very similarly to a hi chew candy! - Yuzu Haru: Described as a hard sparking white tea. Although good, I wish there was a stronger note of Yuzu. - Watermelon Slushie: We were given this as a free tester since there weren't many people there today and the employee didn't want to waste the remaining. Delicious alcoholic watermelon slushie for a hot summer day! [Service] - Friendly, helpful, nice - Order at the bar and hang around where there's an open seat or around. [Ambiance] - Chill, spacious, friendly vibes. - Fun group games near or at the tables like Corn Hole, Uno, and other board games. - There's a small business located by the entrance that sells cute pins, stickers, keychains, and other accessories [Overall] - Would love to come back again as my friends and I had a great time here sipping our drinks and hanging out!

There was an anime micro-con going on that I saw on IG and decided to check it out as I wanted to check out as there was a brewery. It's located in an industrial area with warehouses around, sharing its location with BizBaz boba on Production Ave in between Mira Mesa and Sorrento Valley. There's a small parking lot with ample stalls. I got their Mango Palmer which was a 5% hard tea, and wow! It was a dangerous drink LOL. I couldn't taste any alcohol whatsoever and the tea itself was very smooth. There was also another drink I wanted to try that had kiwi in it. Definitely will be back to try that in the future! This brewery seems to have really good selections of alcohol that other places may not have like hard tea, hard kombucha, etc. Luckily, it's near my home! Will be back in the future.

LOVE MY DRINK! It was really tasty and I've never had anything like it before. I also really like the location of this place because it is very spacious and great for group gatherings. The staff here are so nice :) I would highly recommend this place!

I love Embolden! The beer and the tasting room are top-notch in my book. I've been here a few times now and each time was a grand success. The first time we came, we had another event to go to in the area so we decided to pop in and see what Embolden is all about. As soon as we stepped in we were like, "This is pretty cool". A good variety of drinks alcoholic and non- beer, hard teas, hard seltzers, hard kombucha, Tepache, and my local favorite, Preston's Ginger Beer, set the scene for what was a great afternoon/evening. They've even got a boba shop, Biz Baz Boba, inside that will satisfy those looking for a little something extra in terms of beverages. I'm a huge fan of Hazy IPAs and I've been very pleased with Embolden's libations. Oh, they've got some cool merch too. Embolden has a large indoor and outdoor space, which makes them great for all seasons. The outdoor patio has a cool, vertical corn hole like game that kept a toddler and I pretty entertained for quite some time. There were two different food spots, one cart and one truck, that provided some nice options for those looking to stuff their gullet with food and beverages. Although parking can be tight, there is plenty of street parking that is a short walk from the front door. Oh I must mention that they also have these really really cool pop-up shops put on by Biz Baz Boba. We bought so much local art and pins. I highly recommend checking out the Biz Baz website for dates and times. Huge thanks to the lively and friendly crew at Embolden! Thanks for making Embolden and New Motion a cool place to hang.

We went Saturday night. I had a hard lemonade that I could drink all night. Delicious! The bartender was polite and friendly. It definitely wasn't busy for a Saturday, I'm guessing because it's in an industrial area, however, the employee said it does get busier during the week since they run trivia's and things during the week. I will be back.
