Excellent service! Hieu was the technician who handled the project. He is professional an expert in his field, efficient and fast. He showed up within 20 minutes of the emergency request. This is for a large commercial complex. Within a short period of time the project was complete beyond any expectations. They are the best in the entire Bay Area.

The work was underway when I returned home and I had an opportunity to meet Hieu when he picked up the fans.

I've never had to use a Water Restoration service before so I browsed trusty Yelp and reached out to Fire & Water Damage. Glad fellow Yelp friend Karen W gave a glowing review! They seem to answer calls 24/7 and I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. Mike was main point of contact and gave us an estimate and scope of work. Basically, they had to tear out the drywall and insulation from the wet area, dry and dehumidify the area for days, and then put on moon suits and remove any mold. We were able to have 2 techs come on a Friday and then let the dehumidifier run over the weekend. We also had to tear out our upper cabinet since the top was damaged by water. On Monday, they came back to remove any leftover mode and patch things up. The total price came in well below the estimate, which is a huge plus. Very happy with the service and efficiency. If you ever suspect you have water damage from leaks, call these guys and get the problem resolved to ensure mold doesn't form or worst, spread. Note that their services are purely restorative - they'll dry out the water-damaged area and get rid of all the mold. You'll need to hire a plumber first to stop the leaks and then afterwards, a drywall contractor to patch up the holes with insulation and new drywall followed by texturing and painting.

Arriving late in the evening they worked for hours on the water remediation job that included pulling off molding/floor boards and setting up fans/dehumidifiers. Despite the scope of the remediation growing, Camilo and Sophia showed their experience by staying calm and just working through the issues. Their professional demeanor and calm made you feel they were taking care of everything and things would turn out ok. The team provides an invaluable service in times of crisis. Bottom line, they will take care of you.

When the technician came to my house, he asked me to sign an agreement on his phone and assured me that I would never receive any invoice or bill from them, my insurance company will be fully responible for the cost . Then asking me to read and sign the long writing agreement on his mobile phone? Asking me to read the agreement on a phone and sign? OKAY, I trust them, and it was my fault and I signed it. Today (April 4) I received an invoice stating that payment is due by April 6. They charged $2,500 just to set up two dehumidifiers in my house. They said they would come back and pick them up after 3 days, but they never did. I had to follow up myself and ended up calling them three separate times to ask them to pick up their machines. Every time I called, the customer service rep just said, "I have your concern in our system, and someone will reach out to you." So basically, you end up waiting at least 1-2 days just to get a response back. Because they failed to come back on time and never explained whether I should turn the machines off, I let them run continuously for 6 straight days. This resulted in an additional $350+ electricity bill. The communication and customer service were extremely poor. It feels like all they care about is finding every possible way to charge you. For the payment method, you can pay by credit card but there will be 3.5% processing fee. The other way is to mail a check to them, but they didn't provide the mailing address. It's 2026, I didn't know people still use mail for payment. Be prepared for all these troubles if you want to use their service.

I am a repeat customer of FloodDry and have had two great experiences - first in November 2025 and…read moresecond in June 2026. In November 2025, a faucet in an upstairs laundry room was left running (by yours truly, my bad), resulting in a flood in the laundry room that ran through the floor and into the ceiling and walls of the dining room located below the laundry room. FloodDry visited within hours of my call, gave a fair quote, and started the next day. They isolated the rooms with plastic sheeting, put protective paper lining on the floors, and then removed the wet drywall and baseboards in the laundry room and the wet drywall in the ceiling and walls of the dining room. They used their sensors and experience to identify what was wet and how much drywall to remove. Then, they deployed fans and dryers to fully dry the wet walls and rooms. Three days later, both rooms were completely dry. They then removed all of the plastic sheeting and floor paper and swept and vacuumed until the rooms were spic and span clean. Terrific job all around - done professionally and for a fair price. In June 2026, we noticed some strange discoloration and water stains in the ceiling of a downstairs room located below an upstairs bathroom. First call I made was to FloodDry. By 5PM the same day, I had a quote and the next day work started. The FloodDry team - the same two fellows who had done the work in November 2025 - removed the ceiling in the downstairs room. Worst nightmare: It was a leaking toilet in the upstairs bathroom and the discoloration was mildew (and a lot worse stuff) that had deposited on the ceiling of the downstairs room. FloodDry's first task was to fully remove all of the affected ceiling drywall and crown molding and clean the affected ceiling areas. Then, FloodDry referred me to plumbers, who arrived on short notice and fixed the toilet leak by installing a new toilet mounting plate in the upstairs bathroom and installing new sewage lines below the toilet in the ceiling of the downstairs room. Once the plumbing work was done, the FloodDry team returned and re-cleaned the affected areas in the ceiling of the downstairs room. Next, they installed fans and dryers in the upstairs bathroom and the downstairs room to completely dry the affected areas. They checked the progress over the next few days and by day four everything was dry. Again, FloodDry did a great job cleaning the two rooms once the drying was complete. Finally, FloodDry referred me to a drywall contractor, who replaced the ceiling in the downstairs room. Again, terrific work all around - done professionally and for a fair price.

I called DiBlasi Restoration and spoke with Frank DiBlasi, the owner of his independent company. He met me at the house the next day and assessed the situation. Thankfully he was able to send his professional two-man crew the following day. The two men were efficient and clearly competent, perfect for the task at hand. The bedroom issues were easily resolved, but the bathroom is where they really succeeded. Not only was the mold wiped and removed, the surrounding tile grout was scrubbed and shiny like new. A nice touch by these guys. After a weekend of dehumidifying Frank took air samples in each affected room and sent them to an independent lab. All the tests passed with flying colors. I would recommend DiBlasi Restoration in a heartbeat. Frank has been at this for several successful decades and is righteously confident in his methods and protocols. On top of that, he's just decent business owner who is fair and square with his customers.

Called DiBlasi Restoration and he was able to visit my home and provide an assessment and a plan for remediation and restoration. If you're dealing with water damage or remediation work, you quickly realize how stressful the situation can be. Frank stood out because he was incredibly knowledgeable and transparent throughout the process. I was so overwhelmed due to the extent of the damage but he took the time to explain what was happening, what needed to be done, and why. He may not be the cheapest option out there (although still reasonable priced!), but you get what you pay for. The level of professionalism, honesty, and expertise he brings is worth it. What I appreciated most is that it genuinely felt like he approached the job as if it were his own home. He was focused on actually fixing the problem the right way, not just doing the minimum or up charging you for unnecessary work. If you're dealing with water damage or remediation issues, I highly recommend at least giving Frank a call and getting a quote. Even just talking with him will give you a much better understanding of what you're dealing with.

When you have an issue behind a wall you can't see and mold creeps out, you are on overload and just want help ASAP. It was a holiday weekend no less, so we knew it would be tough to get someone to respond, but she did. Day of appointment - the gentleman who came was running about an hour behind, so nearly 6:00 pm he showed up. I felt terrible it was so late in day, and it really did throw our evening routine off too. It's now two days later and I have not received a quote back from H&L. During the inspection, he repeatedly told us that he does not do anything other than remediation. So just removal and treatment of impacted areas. Which was fine - we wanted someone reliable who could get it done ASAP! Needless to say, we did not move forward with them - I would be beside myself if I still had to wait to even hear back on a quote with active mold in my wall. We ended up going with a company who was able to come today and remediate, mold is gone, next steps are now in play! So I appreciate they were responsive to my initial request, but that was best part of service, it kind of went downhill from there. I also really do appreciate having a one-stop shop company to do it all - so once remediated, they can bring the other half of the business to do things like dry wall texture, painting - fixing space, etc.
