From beginning to end the sales experience at power motors shattered my cynical expectations. My nephew needed a vehicle to get back and forth from work and had his sites on a pre-owned 2022 VW Jetta they had. The sales staff assured us that the car was there but in storage. It took a while but they brought the car for him to see in person. They salesman Keyshawn was super straight forward with my nephew about the non haggled price, and the financing. Between that and the car being in immaculate condition, it was a no brainer to purchase the vehicle on the spot. The only drawback was it took like 6 hours but it is excused because there was delays with the insurance company and they detailed the vehicle before giving it to my nephew. This experience should be happening 100% at every dealership. Transparency and honesty will always bring business. Power Motors NYC demonstrated that practice that day. Though I say do your homework before buying due to the sale of used and pre owned high quality vehicles, I do recommend trying them out for a purchase.

They told me I needed to put down 20% to qualify for the $30K deal, so I put down $17,000. Despite that, I didn't get the price I was promised. Less than a month later, the check engine light came on, and I ended up stranded on the side of the road. When I called the dealership, they claimed the vehicle had been fully inspected by a BMW dealership and that everything was up to date and in good condition. That was clearly not true. The car had visible scratches and scuff marks, likely from a hard brush. I had to pay out of pocket to have it detailed. They also promised to reimburse me for a crack in the windshield, and while the dealer initially asked me to send a photo of the receipt--I never got the refund. He completely stopped responding after that. On top of all this, they lied about the price listed online and immediately tried to upsell me the moment I stepped into the dealership. I even spoke with the manager, hoping to find a solution, and he wanted no part of it. Now I'm stuck with a car I can't return. The fake smiles and empty promises were the final insult. I will never work with Mike or this dealership again. What a disgrace.

Just get here early in the morning, best if you're here before they actually open. If your problem isn't that bad and they have the parts on hand, you'll be in and out quick. Great staff, and Serge is very knowledgeable. They specialize in BMWs, but are also great with any euro car. The prices are very good and everyone has been honest, never doing anything that I didn't ask for or authorize. I don't think I've come back here for a repeat problem, so it seems like they are fixing the problems and they aren't coming back. My only problem is that it's far from where I live. Sometimes when I have to leave my car overnight (because they had to order the parts), taking public transpo takes me about 1.hrs, but that's not their fault -Serge even offers to drop me off at the subway station about 10-15 minutes away. I was charged $400 for my rims to be cleaned and painted when they clearly used very cheap paint and then play stupid. They do not value your dollar and do not care about your vehicle, just a cash grab at every opportunity. NEVER AGAIN.
