First time going to salted brick and it did not disappoint, it was on a golf course which was really pretty. And when we got our burgers they were outstanding. Also the service was really nice and loved the decor in there very pretty. Would recommend coming here.

We're from out of town, but this was a nice place to dinner even as guests to the Preserve. My mom and I both had the wild mushroom and goat cheese + fig flatbread and we ended up sharing them because both were so good!

We were so excited to get out to Salted Brick tonight. We made reservations and planned our evening around the din we location. It has a grand entrance and I was greeted and brought to my table as we had a three top and arrived separately. I am Very impressed with the restaurant, it has a raised ceiling with beautiful wood planks. The patio looks amazing and we specifically came to watch the sun set from our seats. We had a charcuterie plate which was Perfect for three. It seemed in fact to have three of eat item. Dad had a Burger which he destroyed, mom had Mahi Mahi and I didn't notice it for long so she seemed to enjoy it. I had the Bucatini pasta and it SAVORED it. The meatballs were great and the pieces of salami really packed a neat addition to the meal. Overall 5/5

Kid friendly restaurant! The kids menu is on the back of an etch a sketch. As a parent to 2 littles, this was a huge win to keep them entertained for a few minutes while we ordered. Huge win!!! The restaurant is located inside the Ocala Preserve and offers indoor/outdoor seating. It is a relaxed atmosphere with a gorgeous sunset view. Highly recommend the OP chips and Brick Burger.

Salmon DaBomb....okay I made up the name but it was delish!

From the friendly staff to the awesome food, the only thing that would have topped it off is bread to compliment the meal. From rack of ribs to salmon grilled it was tasty, cooked to perfection, and YUMMY. Took the folks to enjoy the environment of the 55+ environment. As I stated in a photo.....they were there to bring up the average age.

Very nice restaurant on all counts. Beautiful view of the golf course! Food was fantastic. Service was spot on. Everything was on point.

Butter Cake: too underdone for me

What a beautiful restaurant! This restaurant features many of the same dishes as other Trilogy properties I've noticed. Everything is thoughtfully prepared and the service is spot on. But mostly it is a beautiful space. My daughter's Margarita Pizza was good, but the dough was a bit underdone. Still, the sauce had a fresh tangy flavor, they used a good buffalo mozzarella and the fresh tomatoes and basil were delicious. My son had the Salted Brick Burger which was very beautiful. It tasted fine, but he said it was nothing special. The kitchen brought him a half basket of fries so his burger didn't get cold waiting on the rest of his fries, which I thought was very professional and a nice attention to detail. I ordered the seafood Orecchiette pasta which was really creamy and delicious. Like most pasta dishes, it was even better the second day! Plump shrimp and sweet crab punctuated the cupped pasta with the fresh veggies. I was very happy! We ordered 2 desserts for the table: the butter cake and the chocolate chip cookie skillet. The butter cake was delicious, but way too under baked. I didn't love the crispy top it had either. The Chocolate Cookie Skillet was yummy and the preferred of the two desserts. This is a nice restaurant with mostly solid food. The restaurant is loud and crowded, so if that's your scene go for it. There is a dress code here, but they were lax about it on our visit. Enjoy!

We were on their bottom floor patio (which was lovely) but I did spy that they have a rooftop patio as well (what's not to love?!?). Everything from the food to the cocktails to the service was exemplary. For my cocktail I got their Old Colonel's Smoking Gun which was their twist on an old fashioned and was delightful. For my entree, I got their salmon entree. It's glazed and comes with a size of their crispy brussels and cheesy grits. The brussels were delish and their cheesy grits rank among some of the best I've had with sharp cheddar giving them the perfect flavor kick. The atmosphere was so pleasant. It's definitely the sort of spot you'll feel tempted to linger. Get to it!

Kudos for that! The fish on my sandwich was waaaay bigger than the bun and another friend's meatloaf portion took up half the plate! Never seen a serving that size ever! Desserts were yummy and portions generous. Adam served us flawlessly, and believe me - that was a task. I love the train running on a track above us. We had an added bonus of a train going past while we dined. So cool! This is a great place with interesting atmosphere unlike anything else in Ocala. An added plus is the Reilly Center for Performing Arts and the Children's Museum are a stone's throw away, as is Tuscawilla Park. Definitely going back! This place is a keeper!

Been here a number of times, but I don't recall what I've had every time & I've not taken pictures every time. Their dessert menu is off the hook. I've order the peanut butter pie repeatedly and it's the best I've had in 50 years. Orders I do recall: * Tomato soup: the absolute best and a crave item * Peanut butter pie, has a layer of dark chocolate and the pb part has a nice stronger flavor than many. * Key Lime pie - best I've had since moving to Florida! Only bad thing is now do I order this or the pb pie - oh what a challenge & still so many more of their desserts to try * Meatloaf plate - very good. I'd have it again. * Fish fry - I didn't have it, but a friend did and said it was terrific! She shared a delicious hushpuppy with me. * Hawaiian Tuna Melt - has grilled pineapple on it and sort of a wild addition, but totally works & delicious * Chicken wrap with salad and soup, For salad, I picked the pasta salad - it's good, but could use a bit of red wine vinegar or more of it for my tastes, but I like it. For soup, it's been the summer Watermelon Gazpacho- and that's fantastic!

Unfortunately for me I was looking for a brewery experience and Big Hammock is not that. They do have a good amount of local craft beers on tap which is a definite plus. They just didn't have any of their own beer. Maybe they are brewing, but if they are not, they should change the brewery in their name to brew pub because the name is definitely misleading. It is really awkward making this review, because I really did not get the full experience. I walked in, looked around, checked out the beer menu, asked if they had any of their own beers. I walk with a cane & I had brought my dog. I rather doubt I'll be back. I'd rather go any of the other WEC restaurants where the staff is gracious to the level of Disney gracious. Staff were not at all on par with the rest of WEC, well at least not the blond young woman that waited on me. She did smile upon arrival, but their tone was condescending and obviously an old, plump lady didn't fit her idea of who to be nice to. I ordered quickly, as I came to just try the place out and figured the Ralph's burger was the way to go. I felt all the staff sort of walked around her and gave her a wide berth and frankly all looked nervous. Is there a tyrant there? Layout: is odd! Condiments are on the far right end of the counter, yet the utensils and beverages are on the opposite wall. The girl who took my order said nothing about that. I was surprised to get a burger with no condiments on it. I ordered coffee and they give you a cup and it's self-service, which is perfectly fine, but the tea and coffee were not labeled or if they are, then it's up over 5 feet, I tipped 18%, not my usual 20%*, as it's counter service. I assume that's divided up, as the staff cleaning tables were quick & efficient, as well as pleasant. Maybe blond girl was having a bad day, but if that's the case - don't share it. I was there on June 4th, 2026. Since this is not a chain fast food restaurant and they apparently don't put condiments on the burgers, I think having them on the table would be better. In addition to the Home and Garden show, there were horse jumping competitions and apparently some tour groups with their yellow lanyards hanging on their necks. Needless to say, we waited in line a while and had to hunt for tables and chairs. Fortunately, my wife and I "divided and conquered" as she secured a table (which we happily shared with another couple after my wife wiped it off with a wet wipe) and I stood in line to place our orders. I ordered the Southwest Burger ($17) and my wife ordered the Patty Melt ($14.75). Both came with fries. We just had water. The wait was longer than we thought (the place was truly packed). My burger had good flavor but thought the burger patty was a bit overdone for my tastes. My wife liked her patty melt and thought it was full of flavor as well but would've preferred the marble rye to be grilled instead of toasted. All in all, despite the crowd which we thought may have affected their execution a bit, we thought of our experience a positive one. We might consider trying out their breakfast when we decide to head back out to WEC for a Sunday service in their quaint chapel. NOTE: I neglected to take pictures since the long wait left us famished.
