Owner Bridget is not only attentive, personable, but the experience even if this isn't where you find your dress, is worth the visit! Style of dress range, but definitely have a lot of soft lace which is hard to find! Designers all have very soft looks, heading and lace etc, and some satin as well! To continue on the actual appointment experience - she takes only a couple appointments a day and each appointment is two hours so you don't feel rushed and can really look. Much over due review but nonetheless here it is! This was the first spot on my route for dress shopping and I'm not one to look at every dress and every shop in town - less is more. They had great selections, great customer service and it was such a cute shop!! I described a little of what I was thinking so they were able to help pick out a few as well as myself and my best friend. I was just about finishing up trying things on and nothing really stood out and the sales lady brought me a dress that was absolutely perfect and I would have never picked it. I had the pleasure of visiting En Blanc on July 9th with my future mother In law. You enter a small door on the street that leads you through a narrow tucked away alley to the main entrance. The boutique itself is absolutely beautiful. Very clean, bright and it also smells very nice. When you arrive they offer you rose and little cake pops. Our experience was also very intimate. They only allow one bride in the store at a time. My stylist Tatiana was beyond wonderful. She was so kind, patient and very knowledgeable about all of the designers/dresses. Tatiana was also nice enough to take photos of pretty much every dress I tried on... at different angles and everything. This girl is a saint! I didn't feel as though I was just a cog in the machine; there were only 2 future brides in the store at a given point in time and the experience was curated very well to each individual. When looking for a dress, I went to Lovely Bride (very, very meh in style and service), Lovella Bridal (helpful staff but a bit pressure-y), Kinsley James (so-so), Panache (pressure and way too OTT), and even Gabriella in NYC (good service, okay styles). The girls at En Blanc are amazing. They not only make the whole experience feel special while being super chill and normal not OTT "omg you're getting married" mode. You never get the feeling that they're salesy or pressuring you into anything, if honestly feels like you're trying on dresses with a friend. Extra points for their ability to creatively think outside the box - I told them I loved the top half of one dress and the bottom half of another, so they worked directly with the designer to come up with a custom dress and totally nailed it!!! Never packed, you feel like you can have space without feeling like 20 strangers eyes are watching. The boutique is also beautiful, boho chic. This is an absolutely beautiful salon with amazing dresses that I'm giving a full four stars to because of the owners amazing customer service while I was there. She is legitimately one of the nicest people I've ever met haha. I am however docking a star because they are not clear enough with their prices on their websites. While they had a few collections starting at uber 2.5k they really only had one dress I could try on because a vast majority was 5+k. It was actually really sad going in there and seeing absolutely stunning gowns and then realizing I shouldn't even try them on. She does have an off the rack section which I asked about regarding sizing (I'm a street 12, bridal 16) and while she said there would be dresses in that size, once i went through them all they were 8s and 10s. Pretty much a waste of time but if you have the budget then go because the second I walked in I thought I had found the place where I'd find my dress. read more

I purchased my gorgeous wedding gown through En Blanc in February of 2020, right before the pandemic hit hard and had no idea what was to come. Shortly after I found out I was expecting!! :D I called Bridget and she answered right away, congratulated me so genuinely and helped me feel confident and secure to choose sizing that would work for me going forward. My wedding plans changed substantially and En Blanc was there supporting me every step of the way. I needed my dress much sooner than planned but also needed to store it to wear much later than planned (long story) BUT Bridget and her fabulous team came to the rescue once again. They are extremely responsive on all platforms via email, Instagram, or on the phone. They overnighted me my dress at the drop of a dime so I was able to have it with me to be stored when I needed it most and even provided knowledge to help me store it properly. I'd visited at least 15 shops in two states before walking into En Blanc and I'm so glad I didn't settle. Before En Blanc I'd found lots of pretty dresses, they fit nice and looked great but I just couldn't decide and I wasn't sure why. When I stepped into En Blanc, I knew I'd find "the one". The store is immaculately clean, beautifully laid out, the presentation is just an absolute DREAM!! Their selection is top tier. Bridget and her staff really care about their customers, we all shed tears together when I found my gown!! It was such a beautiful and welcoming experience. This is a bride-to-be's dream. Appointments are 1-on-1 which means you get the entire place to yourself and the undivided attention of the staff. I came with my cousin to try on a dress she had seen online, of which only 8 (!!) stores in the US carry. From the moment you enter (there's a pink door!), you're blown away by the beautiful aesthetics of the place. They really took the time to make sure every detail goes with the bohemian vibe of the dresses, from the macrame wall hanging to brass dress racks (handmade!) to the giant flower wall. All the dresses were gorgeous, and I actually liked that they just had about 5-7 racks of dresses, instead of other bridal salons where you literally feel overwhelmed by the number of dresses to look through. I've never written anything on Yelp but my experience with this salon was so BEYOND that I felt I had to. For starters, I am not a bride who has always dreamed about their wedding. I'm a partner at a law firm with a very busy schedule and have little to no time to think about wedding planning or wedding dresses. This is why I've paid ( a lot ) of money for a planner and a stylist to do this with me. Going into this process of finding a dress seemed a bit silly when I first started shopping. After going to a few shops, it felt even sillier. I picked 4 local shops recommended by my girlfriends who live in LA and it was so obvious to me that most of these places only cared about the sale. I caught a stylist in a lie at one store in West Hollywood; she told me that it would take 35 weeks to make a dress and the other store in Santa Monica that carried that same dress and same designer told me 16 weeks. She was trying to get me to buy by scaring me about my (completely fine) timeline. It was acually gross. I then went to another shop that was a complete unorganized mess upon my arrival, made me change my fitting room half way through my appointment and had the most abrasive lighting in all of LA. It just felt like purely chaotic fishbowl. I was starting to lose hope. Then came En Blanc. First glance, I actually can't really see the shop. There's a small discrete door that leads you down a market lit walkway to a pink door. I walked into this bridal heaven and was greeted with the biggest smile by my stylist April. The atmosphere here is so pleasant. I love the red brick, the decor is very fresh and inviting, the music is amazing, the flowers are beautiful, it even SMELLS amazing in here. April and the entire team were all so stylish themselves and you can really tell that they are genuinely happy to be helping their clients look and feel beautiful . She led the appointment with honesty, style, and professionalism which was such a breathe of fresh air given the nonsense I had been fed otherwise all day. She showed me all the gowns that I chose for myself and I was liking one of them a lot. April then pulled a few gowns for me. I loved ALL of them more than the one I thought I loved already. She wasn't forceful at all. Just a professional who knows what they're doing. She wasn't just selling me, she was really trying to get me to find the perfect dress for ME. Not pushy, not full of lies, just good at her job! I can't recommend this place enough. I ended up with a gorgeous dress that I never would have picked out for myself and I'm so excited to wear gown in ten months. But once you walk down the small alley and find the pink door, you walk into an absolute dream land. The place is spectacular. I had spent an entire weekend in San Francisco trying on dresses, and the shops were dingy, the service was terrible and rushed, and there was no personalization as to guiding me towards certain shapes or brands. I was really frustrated with the process and thought I would never find a dress that I would be happy with. That is, until En Blanc. Walking into En Blanc is like walking into a fairy tale. The shop is lovely, comfortable, luxurious and bohemian at the same time, and a sigh of relief from what felt like a standard dirty, cramped showroom. Bridget welcomed us right away, talked to us about my preferences, style, and wedding, and took care to walk me through each rack of dresses slowly and carefully so I could pull dresses one at a time to try on. I loved that she didn't rush me or have another client at the same time splitting her attention. I felt totally pampered. She answered all of my questions about each dress, kept careful note of my budget, paid such close attention to the looks I was interested in, and encouraged me to think outside of what I thought I wanted. I ended up choosing a dress that I never thought I would have liked, but Bridget encouraged me to try it on because I couldn't stop touching it. I would absolutely recommend coming here. If you've had bad experiences wedding dress shopping, come here! If you're just starting, come here! I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat, and I hope the personalized attention doesn't stop. I can't say enough wonderful things about En Blanc and my wonderful experience there. I first discovered the store when one of my best friends was trying on dresses there. I was engaged at the time, and even though the moment was about HER, I just knew I would be back to try on all of these incredible dresses. First of all, you just want to move in, it's so perfect. The dress designers they carry are so perfect in every way. Every dress was so stunning that it was hard to figure out what was for me and what wasn't for me. Because I would happily have worn any of them on my wedding day. So many wedding dress stores can be over the top and tacky. En Blanc and these dresses have nothing but class. And you will want to wear them all. So yes, I did go back with all of my bridesmaids. Tried on so many and had a blast. I ended up purchasing a dress that I loved. But I went home and couldn't stop thinking about one of the other dresses that was so unique and so me. I panicked and lost a night of sleep. I called Bridget the next morning to tell her my dilemma and she told me not to worry. And to come by at the and of the day so I could try on both again and be sure of my decision. It was so kind and stress free and she made the process so easy to switch to my dream dress and I couldn't be happier. I can't recommend En Blanc enough and I echo so much of what has already been said in these reviews. Their showroom (a hidden gem off of Main in Santa Monica) is just perfect. It is so warm, comfortable, and inviting. I was also never there with more than 1-2 other brides which helped to keep things intimate and private. Their staff is wonderful. I felt instantly heard and and understood; the two women helping me knew exactly what I was looking for and picked gowns that were literally right off of my Pinterest board -- the dress I ended up purchasing was quite literally a dress I had saved a picture of years before and forgotten about. This place was overall the best experience I had shopping for a wedding gown. I had tried on dresses at other stores in Northern California and LA and this place is the best! I appreciated the longer amount of time I had in the showroom (about 2 hrs). Amy also gave me a ton of exclusive attention and knowledge about each gown which was amazing and helpful for an indecisive person like me. I originally went to En Blanc because they were the only store that carried the dress I was interested in and low and behold when I arrived there it was, my perfect dress. Once the pandemic began, once again I felt I was in good hands and didn't stress once about my dress arriving on time even with all of the chaos in the world surrounding the delivery. They gave me a recommendation for alterations and made sure everything went smoothly.
