Their matcha latte was a miss for me, all I could taste was milk. We ordered one with almond milk and one with oat milk and when the barista gave them to us I guess she forgot to mark which was which. Staff is pretty friendly though. Plenty of parking in the structure but for a quick run, good luck getting one of the spots right outside. Plenty of seating outside of the shop. read more

WOW! This place is so good. I was in the area and needed a pick-me-up so I decided to check this place out. All of the employees were super friendly and helped me decide what drink and pastry to go with. I ended up grabbing a New London Iced Latte and let me tell you, it was amazing! They were sweet and quick! I tried their seasonal Pumpkin Chai Latte, it was beyond delicious. My husband prefers energy drinks and even he wanted to go back and order one for himself. E we went into Enchanted Coffee and I asked if they had milk and Ashley was so gracious to gift me the cup of milk to go with our cookies. We will be back with our teens!!! The service was normal nothing special nor was it bad. I will say that the rose latte was delicious. However, when it comes to food that's another story. I ordered the avo egg toast. No joke, it the worst toast I've ever bought/eaten in my life. I haven't had a place screw up my food so hard in quite a while. They didn't ask how I wanted my egg which was fine. I did receive a hard boiled egg which was over cooked, chopped, then put on top of the toast. This wasn't the bad part. The bad part, was how salty it was. It had so much damn salt I genuinely think their shaker broke while in use, because no sane person could season like this. Also the bread was nothing special I don't know if they were supposed to ask me what I wanted but I got a multigrain crunchy bread, I wish they had a sourdough option. I don't know how that atrocity costed like 12~ bucks but here we are. I don't recommend the cooked food here but the coffee was delicious! read more

Underwhelmed with service. Tried this coffee shop that is within walking distance of my home and it was okay. Did not sample any food as I didn't see anything GF offered. Additionally, I really like the setup with tables outside although a little too hot to sit outside recently so I took my strawberry matcha to go. It had a hint of strawberry but mostly matcha flavor. Might give it one more try for the convenience of this place as well as different baristas. Will keep you posted with a follow up. read more

I've been here twice now. Have tried the New London and the Honey Oat Latte. Both drinks were great but my wife and I specifically really enjoyed the Honey Oat Latte. We tried it as Decaf the 2nd time. That was amazing as well. Service here is top notch. Highly recommended. I plan on coming back whenever I need an iced coffee. went here a few days ago with my family. it was super cute and the coffee was delish. the only thing i have to say is how bad the customer service was. the people there were not friendly and the girl working made my moms drink not full so she asked for some more milk to fill it up. the girl added more milk and spilt her drink everywhere and the girl rolled her eyes and whispered to the guy working and he glared at my mom. she felt uncomfortable knowing she did nothing wrong. not sure if i will come back knowing this is the attitude they give off. read more

it makes me sad for give this review because i really wanted to like this coffee shop since it was popular but it was really disappointing. first impression of customer service was a 1/5. the barista and cashier wasnt friendly at all. no "hi welcome in" or "how are you doing, how can i help" the attitude was more of "what do you want". i had asked the cashier what her favorite pastry was and she was extremely blunt with no smile or engaging into our conversation. 2/5 food wise, i ended up getting two croissants and two iced drinks. the almond was basic and the nutella was okay. the green hojicha tasted like seaweed /: ive had the one from roasting tiger and it was amazing but this was underwhelming. the mocha my friend had was standard, nothing too special ended up paying almost $30 for two drinks and two croissants. i feel like it wouldve tasted better if the customer service was better ): overall 2/5. please go try smoking tiger near the area instead ! i personally would choose them over this experience read more

They need to train their staff better with order management. This review is strictly on the service and I feel it's necessary to point this out as it's something that should be taught to the staff to improve ticket time and efficiency. Someone should not have to wait 10 minutes for a cold brew. A barista should not take a new order, grab their baked goods and complete the transaction before finishing the previous drink. ESPECIALLY when that drink is a cold brew. It took all of 17 seconds to grab the cup, fill it with ice, pour the cold brew, and place the lid on there. Some items are quick ticket items and should have a quick turnaround. That's the point of ordering drinks like that so you don't have to wait. If it was a latte based beverage it's understandable but to wait 10 minutes for something that should have been handled post transaction is unacceptable. read more
