The street to the Floe shop is a bit of a pain as it is surrounded by medical offices with lots of transportation bus shuttling people. There is a designated parking for Floe that requires entering into the parking lot with the automated parking gate arm that is free for the first 10 mins. There is a 2hr validation from the businesses. We got the strawberry matcha drink and the coffee biscoff. Both were definitely good. I do recommend enjoying the drink first and the strong flavor from the coffee biscoff will overpower the drink. The strawberry matcha tastes great. The matcha didn't taste like powder and the strawberry gave it a the right amount of sweetness. The coffee flavored from the grind up biscoff. It was still delicious just wish it had a stronger flavor of it resembling coffee. Still it was nice to enjoy on a warm day. read more

Stopped by as I was in the area and had a pretty good experience. Floe is located in the corner of the plaza, they offer free validation for the lot too. They've got a bunch of outdoor and indoor seating, and it's got a cute IG-worthy vibe no matter where you sit. Service was not the best, I was the only person inside and there was at least 5 people behind the counter, and not one person was willing to help, so I tried to use the self-serve screen. Unfortunately the self-serve doesn't allow you to order baked goods, so I had to flag someone to help with ordering those (at which point I just asked if we could ring everything up in-person). I also had to correct the staff several times as there were errors with ringing up the order. Once I got the order, things did improve. The strawberry matcha (with oat milk) was really good, the matcha tasted fresh and the strawberry wasn't too sweet. Their Almond Croissant is good too, but I just wish they had some more filling because that stuff was great. Their chocolate chip cookie wasn't anything to write home about though. Overall this felt like a 3.5/5 experience, but I'm rounding down because of the bizarre service and how off-putting that was. Their bingsoo comes in two sizes, and even the small size is really filling. We tried the Double Matcha, which was so good, and the Violet Coconut Cloud, which was alright. I think it could have been better because I wish the bingsoo had more flavor throughout instead of most of it being on the top. Toward the bottom it was mostly just syrup, and I also wish there were more cheesecake bites mixed in.
