I consider myself a DIYer, but in this case, I wanted something done professionally to make sure everything was nice and neat. While I had a basic idea of what I wanted, I debated getting a formal project manager to handle coordination of the full install. With a ton of experience doing this kind of install, Marcus helped out so much that I was pretty much able to handle coordination of the main pieces and personnel without needing to hire anyone else. He did a great job making the vision come alive and was transparent with any problems that arises (and importantly fixing them when necessary). He was friendly, fair with pricing, and also very quick-- framing and installation took only 2 separate, spread out days (to allow for drywalling and parts arrival in between). My personal experience with him in terms of communication was excellent, but I also purposefully avoided peak summer season so as not to catch him at a busy time. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

So obviously I love this house & wanted the absolute best for it, as it will be a multigenerational home. The first round of windows, I needed 8 windows for the newly renovated second story. I KNEW I wanted Marvin windows. Based on all of the research and reviews, Marvin made a window that would outlive me, and that's what I wanted. I mean they are an investment. My first Marvin dealer gave me a high number that I wasn't stoked about, but okay, they're amazing windows. The thing that got me shopping for my second dealer, was that the first dealer wanted signed permission from my husband to purchase windows.....CASH. As much as I love that man, I don't have time for that. He works hitches, I run the ranch. My second dealer was in the same ballpark on money, but they also wanted signed permission from a man who did not want to be involved. At this point, I had not even been able to lay hands on a Marvin window because neither dealer had a storefront, they wanted a signature from a man who was away at work and I was left with holes in my house where windows should be. So again, off I went to the third dealer. When I arrived at Showroom Windows, you wouldn't believe it, but they had a SHOWROOM! I could finally lay hands on a Marvin window, a Pella and even an Anderson! And do you know what happened next? Those nice people took my cash and ordered my windows for me, even without my husband's permission. It was so refreshing to be treated like an adult and the price, the price was way under what others had quoted me. I have been so happy with the staff at Showroom Windows, that I ordered my second set of windows and just had them installed today. In fact, until this entire renovation is complete, I will continue to order my windows from them. Even if it requires a drive, I'm close to Waco, the level of care you receive as a customer is top tier. As for the actual windows. I wanted an unobstructed view from the second story, so where the distance was high enough from floor to window, I went with casements. HOWEVER, it was not uncommon, read daily, for that house to experience high winds and I needed a window that would not rattle, flap, or break should future generations leave a window open. They have been left open a lot and are absolutely rock solid. Plus the view is amazing. In the eaves, we did double hung, as they were only inches from the floor and it was imperative that I had a window that could be dropped from the top and lock. Even though my kids are grown, looking out for the well being of my future grands was a top priority. Marvin absolutely delivered on beauty and safety.

Recently, after placing an order with Door Outlet, I received incorrect and/or poorly manufactured items. While going through attempts to rectify, I was sent up to Don (the owner?) and in a normal text conversation trying to find out a timeline, there was a delay for a"spider bite". In a check in follow up, he, the business owner sent me inappropriate and unsolicited photos of his body, allegedly to show the spider bite. This behavior is completely unacceptable and horrifying, especially considering that I have never met this person in any capacity. No matter who agrees or disagrees as to the items purchased and the disgruntled nature that I as a customer may have felt, this photo incident is a severe breach of professional conduct and decency. No customer should ever be subjected to such inappropriate behavior. I strongly urge Door Outlet to take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that their communication practices are respectful and professional at all times. I hope this review serves as a warning to others and a wake-up call for them to implement strict guidelines and training on appropriate customer interactions.

We contacted Austin Pro Siding as part of a comprehensive siding replacement project, as our…read morefiberboard siding was end-of-life and starting to really have problems that would have only gotten worse. Along the way, we also discovered that we needed to have the roof replaced, and so put that in the mix for a bid as well. We contacted six different companies, each of which brought a particular set of strengths and challenges. We chose Austin Pro based on a combination of factors: personalized attention to our project, comprehensive estimate and explanation of each line item, and ability to get the project done on a timeline that worked for us. We chose to have the house re-sided with Hardie Plank, painted with Sherwin-Williams paint, and re-shingled the roof with GAF shingles. It's easy to get overwhelmed by the process of basically re-doing the entire house, especially when insurance companies come into play. To that end, everyone at Austin Pro was first rate. Before we even settled on a contractor, Paul, our project manager, walked me through the intricacies of the process, and spent probably more time than he wanted explaining how things would go, and what options we had. The bid was competitive, and the line-by-line items on the original bid made it easy to see what was going to be done, and what materials were going to be used. He was patient and courteous and flexible, and was also able to speak to us in a way that didn't make things even more confusing. Kevin was the siding project lead, and though we never met in person, I felt comfortable that he had our best interests at heart as he got the crew on site, working fast and efficiently to remove and replace the siding. He even called in the middle of the siding job to tell us that we didn't need something we thought we would, saving us money that we could then use for add-ons we didn't originally budget for. The siding install and siding paint was done beyond our initial expectations, with nice touches like window framing and utility box framing that I didn't even know we needed but now look perfect. We had the back door repainted as well as our front balcony and pillars, and the end result is fantastic. It really was done to the point where it looks like a brand new house, and not one built in the early 1990s. Paul was back on site for the roofing job, and the roofers did a great job removing and replacing the shingles and skylight with new materials, on a roof that is exceptionally steep and challenging. They had the entire project done in only two days, and it looks fantastic. Finally, Garrett came by to do the final walk-through and punch list check-off, and was a real pleasure to interact with. He fulfilled all the items on the list, at least the ones he could do on his own, and did so in a friendly, courteous, and extremely efficient manner. All in all, Austin Pro lived up to their name and to their reputation. It is possible to find a company that can do your big jobs for less, but I am not sure you could find one that could do it better. They stand by their work with a quality assurance guarantee, and while I don't intend to need it, it's great that it's there.

He patiently answered all our questions, offered his expertise, and checked in on the progress during and after installation. Both the window and siding crews were courteous and efficient and every last detail was addressed during our final walk through. We are loving the new look along with the temperature and sound regulation benefits! For reference, we also got quotes from Window World (slightly less expensive but not energy efficient certified), Titan Windows and Siding (significantly more expensive), and JP Construction (comparable on almost everything but not quite as proactive on follow up).

For prospective customers reading this, here is the verified context: Fraudulently advertising yourselves as a "James Hardie Elite Preferred Contractor" to secure the job, only to systemically violate the manufacturer's strict installation guidelines, is not a "punch-list" oversight--it is deceptive marketing and a material breach of contract. Puncturing an internal PVC plumbing pipe, illegally wrapping it in black duct tape, and immediately hiding it behind the new siding is not a 'punch-list' item - it is active fraudulent concealment. The 'Fraudulent' Financing: We authorized the payment because they claimed to follow actively concealed the duct-taped plumbing. Inducing a customer to authorize a loan by hiding severe damage is the legal definition of fraudulent concealment. Contradictory Public Statements & The BBB Complaint: JP Exteriors is using public platforms to feign cooperation. On our active BBB complaint, they claim they are waiting for our independent inspection report before taking action. However, their own written record proves they inspected the property themselves on June 11th and issued a superficial patching offer on June 22nd. The very next day, they explicitly stated in writing they were not willing to expand their scope to a full replacement, formally refusing to cure the hidden defects before our third-party inspection was even conducted on June 24th. The 42-page independent inspection report, which we received on June 29, definitively confirms that the widespread, concealed code violations and structural deficiencies cannot be resolved through superficial patching. The report details systemic failures, including improperly installed weather-resistant barriers, missing flashings, overdriven fasteners, damaged boards, unsealed wall penetrations, and an internal PVC plumbing pipe that was punctured by a fastener and actively concealed with black duct tape. The Manufacturer's Involvement: James Hardie is indeed involved, to the extent that the manufacturer offered to provide free replacement materials to JP Exteriors so they could execute a proper rework. JP Exteriors leadership actively refused this offer. We stand entirely by our documented evidence, our 42-page forensic inspection report, and our active fraud dispute with the Texas Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. They…read morewere quick, at one point it was going to rain mid-way through the install so they pulled out all the stops and they got my roof done ahead of schedule before it rained. Since then the roof has held up great! Last week I started seeing a leak on the outside of my house. I called them up and the owner sent someone out the same day just to rule anything out. When they came out we both agreed that it didn't look like there was anything wrong with the roof, but that didn't stop them for doing their best to stop it from leaking they added some caulking around some holes in the stucco and masonry and fixed up some of the flashing near the leak. After that, it was still leaking, but Brad, the owner, was kind enough to come out again, even though it had NOTHING to do with the roof just to double-check on me and make sure that I was doing well. At the end of the day, they took off a side gutter and found a hole in the wall that the builders had left from when the house was built. Again, STILL not roof related, but they treated me like family and helped me as if it were and fixed it up for me. Literally cannot say enough good things about WDR! I've never found a company that is this helpful or this responsive.

Our experience with Energy One was exceptional, and proved that there are still companies out there who follow through on their word. When we first installed new windows in our home, we could only afford to install the downstairs. The original windows were single pane and poor quality, and we were excited about what we could save with higher quality windows, and wanted a safer option knowing that we were trying to start a family. We worked with another local company, who provided another product, but offered us a good deal. Over the next few months, we struggled with extremely poor customer service - from missed install appointments with no callback to needing multiple visits to complete and correct spotty work. When it came time that we could afford the upstairs windows, we realized that the only carrier of the brand we had downstairs was the same company. We spoke with the window manufacturer, who said there was really no way around it - that company had a propriety contract for that product. We put the project on hold, unsure if we wanted to go down the same road. When we did call the original company we'd worked with, out of curiosity, they missed the initial measurement appointment without calling. We had a great relationship with their sales person, but the follow through was so poor, despite talking with management about our situation. A few weeks later, an Energy One representative came knocking on our door. He gave us the rundown of what the program looked like and what we could expect. We were absolutely skeptical, and gave him a synopsis of our prior experience. He guaranteed the quality of the product - higher than what we already had but similar aesthetically so it would blend nicely, and promised that we would not deal with the same shortfalls. When Colby came over to give us more details and package information, he made us feel comfortable, and that we could trust this company. He was thorough, patient, and kept an open line of communication to make sure nothing fell through. The windows were remeasured in a matter of days, and then, we waited for the custom window order to be fulfilled. Energy One stayed true to their expected timeline and were great about meeting our scheduling needs. We were unable to install on the original date due to heavy rain, but the installer called and let us know he would be there the next afternoon to work a half day, to get the work started. They came back and completed the job the very next day, and were extremely efficient. Once they were finished with their work, Rooster and his partner walked us through the functionality of the windows and made sure we knew how to open them [but not to do so for a while to let things set]. They left no trace of their work, and unlike the other company, there was no need to spackle over areas that were damaged during install. Rooster let us know during the original install that one of the windows was cracked during transit - it was safe to keep it in, but obviously didn't look great. The window was immediately reordered and installed upon arrival without any trouble. We couldn't be happier with the quality, price, and efficiency of our windows. There is a very noticeable difference in the temperature upstairs, and we are excited to note the change as the Texas summer heat rolls in. Our house has fantastic curb appeal, we love this product and continue to recommend this company to our neighbors who ask about our windows or are thinking about an improvement. We only wish they did other types of home improvements so we could work with them again, but we know their laser focus on quality windows makes them so good at what they do! My brother had Energy One replacement windows installed last year, the same time we were using another high end company to replace a few windows in our home. The windows we purchased were fine, however they were expensive and we had about a 9 month process of getting our installation completed due to poor quality windows that had to reordered multiple times. Our home is 17 years old and all the windows really needed to be replaced, but we definitely couldn't afford to use the first company, nor did we feel we would get our money's worth due to our original experience. My brother loved his windows so I decided to call Energy One. I can't tell you how awesome the experience was from the first call. The marketing manager was professional and responsive and not high-pressure (which we found with all the other companies we talked to- and hated). Our sales rep came out and was friendly and knowlegable and not high-pressure. We had a few questions over the next couple of weeks and he was super responsive, knowledgable and friendly. I felt like he appreciated the investment we were about to make and he wanted us to be comfortable with our decision, and not pressured. Did I say we never felt pressured?? I found this to be one of the main reasons why we went with Energy One- we trusted them. The measuring and ordering process were quick and painless. Our windows came in when they said they would and they looked perfect. Our installation took 3 days and the installation crew was amazing. SO professional and respectful. My husband was out of town and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. They worked with my alarm company and answered all my questions- really went above and beyond my expectations. And the windows look AMAZING!! We had one window that leaked when a heavy storm blew in and Energy One was out immediately. They were able to find a small spot that needed additional caulking but were willing to order another window without question if they could not easily find the problem. We are so happy we are that we made the investment, well worth every penny. We are a marketing home, which is a fantastic opportunity to get a GREAT product at a GREAT price. The warranty is what pushed us over the fence. Lifetime - replacement upon failure or breakage. After a very interesting presentation, we were hooked. Within a few weeks the windows were made and ready to install. My appointment was set and they were put in in one day.The installation was as smooth as anyone could imagine. I am a jack of all trades and was skeptical up front on what kind of install I was going to get. Not many craftsmen can meet my expectations on work done on my home. BUT, the installer that was assigned was top notch. He and his crew were clean, polite, thoughtful of the owners and did exceptional work. They met all of our expectations and more. The install only took one full day and they were gone. Immediately we both noticed that the outside heat from the hot sun was not penetrating the windows and was not felt inside the rooms like before. The Energy One team told us that the electric bill would show an immediate drop. And it did. The next month weather was the same hot temperatures as the month prior to installation, so we had a good base line to check the bills. One month of having the new windows yielded a $60 drop in utilities with the same temperatures outside and no changes to our A/C set point. The design is super cool and allows us to really use the windows without any effort. The sales guy was able to save us a lot of money by installing slider windows instead of two conventional windows where we had a large double window. Usually sales guys try to pencil the most money into a job as possible. But this guy offered the savings up front without us knowing it was available. I am impressed with the Energy One product, Alside Replacement Windows. Their sales and service team specifically Eric, Colby, and Dave are not only friendly and professional, but also, knowledgeable and available. The salesman, Colby, was always prompt, knowledgeable and personable. He was able to answer all of our questions and visited us at the end of the install to see the windows for himself. Dave, our installer, was highly skilled and phenomenal. He did a two man job by himself under an unusual circumstance without extending the time of the job! From the initial set of windows installed, I was thrilled with the decision we had made and excited as I saw each room completed. The windows are so beautiful that we have decided not to reinstall some of the window coverings but to enjoy our views. Although we were impressed with the model window shown to us when we contracted with Energy One and we liked the new look of a home in our neighborhood where the windows had recently been installed, nothing compares to having the product in our house. We had EnergyOne Windows replace all 22 windows in our home. Overall, it went very well. At each stage -- sales demo/pitch, planning, quote, install, and followup -- the folks I interacted with were professional and knowledgeable. The sales guy knew his product and how it measured up to other windows available, pretty much pinpointing where those quotes would ultimately come-in. The crew sent to take final measurements for quote were courteous and helpful in explaining the order and install process. The install crew were prompt, professional, and personable. And they were very proficient at removing the old windows and fitting the new, regardless of location. I was very comfortable allowing them in my home for the two full days required to complete the install. The team followed up within a couple days of install to ensure we were happy with the final result and to touch up any install issues. I am extremely pleased with the windows themselves. My house faces west and previously the front rooms would be vacated in the afternoon to avoid the oven-like effect. I'm happy to find the rooms are usable again and the afternoon heat gain in the house is severely reduced. There was some minor isolated damage to drywall/plaster in the windows surround and to the exterior window trim on some windows. While this was somewhat expected, it was not quite what I imagined. If you are replacing windows, be prepared for some touchup and repair, as it is not in the scope of the install teams. read more

We were shopping for new windows for our home and we were happy to find Energy One. We compared them to other companies and were more satisfied with the quality of their windows. The sales person walked us through all the features of the windows and we were impressed with them and the sold quality. He then walked us through the process to get them installed. They were very knowledgeable and low pressure on sharing with us the windows. Once we decided to move forward with them the process was easy and they kept in contact with us throughout the process as the windows were being manufactured. When they contacted us for installation, they scheduled the appointment. The window install team arrived on time and was very professional throughout the process. They removed the old windows and installed the new windows starting upstairs. They completed the installation within 3 days. We have been very pleased with the windows and how they make our house look and the quality product we purchased. Overall we have been very pleased with Energy One and the entire process of getting new windows on our home. They made the process very easy with minimal disruption while they worked on our home. We had been pricing new widows for years since our house is older and the process just seemed very overwhelming, however when Energy One came out to meet with us they really changed our opinion about the cumbersome process. They made the entire process very simple for us, they had lots of options but the salesman helped us each step of the way to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted in the new windows. Once we ordered them someone came out and measured for the window then they were ordered. Once they came in they called us and set up a time to install them, the install team was prompt and very quality driven, they did an excellent job installing them and kept our house clean in the process. At the end they went over all the features of the new widows with us to make sure we fully understood how to work them. They also explained to us how to care for them. We could not be more happy with our new windows we already notice a difference in temperature in our house and we actually like to keep our blinds open now since we have pretty windows to look at. Energy One replaced my 20+ single pane windows with their triple pane windows in my Leander home. Totally worth the money. Not only do the windows look absolutely amazing, but there is NO heat transfer from outside. In the summer heat, my second floor could get 10+ degrees warmer than downstairs. The temperature difference dropped significantly the day they were put in. Now having experienced them through the winter, I love them even more. Last winter I couldn't sit in front of the window in my living room without multiple layers and a blanket, this winter it was just as comfortable as any other spot in the house. Besides all the great energy benefits and how great the house looks, these windows are so much easier than my old ones. They are super easy to move, lock, clean, and keep cracked open at night without worrying about safety. The company itself is great. Everyone at the office was extremely helpful and courteous and the crew was friendly and efficient. They even did custom frame work around my garden window that looks fantastic. I had windows installed by Energy One and I could not be happier with the entire experience. The salesman, Scott, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the product. The office staff communicated several times to give me updates on the order, schedule the install, and follow up after the install. The installer, David, was early and did a phenomenal job with the installation. You will not find a better installer in the entire country. Overall, the entire staff worked together as a team and showed great care for the customer. The product sells itself. I chose to get the Alside triple pane windows, and I'm so glad I did. I noticed an immediate difference. My home is much quieter, and the energy savings are obvious. When I get close to any of the windows, I don't feel a halo of hot or cold anymore. These windows are the real deal. And my AC/Heating in the house isn't constantly running anymore. My wife and I recently purchased a home in the Village Oaks neighborhood of North Austin that still had original single pane windows. Knowing we wanted to get new windows, we were blown away with Energy One's pitch for business. They were prompt, knowledgeable, flexible and offered very competitive pricing for their product. We ended up ordering the triple pane windows, and were concerned how COVID would impact the order/install process but noticed no issues. Chad was our installer, he was great. Not only was he punctual, but both him and his assistant were very efficient and professional in their install. They communicated well and were non-intrusive. 2 weeks into our new windows and we can already see (and hear) the difference! We couldn't be happier! (We also had a sliding door they replaced and did an excellent job as well) Everyone we communicated with were very friendly during the whole process. This is what customer service is all about!!! From the initial sales staff, to the guys doing the installing. They were all very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about there job and their product. These windows are fantastic! The best quality out there, and they look great in my house. They make my house look so much better, and I know they are going to save me a bundle with my electric and HVAC bills. I can't say enough about the whole process. Overall great experience with Energy One replacing our windows on our home built in 1965. We went from single pane, very airy and fragile windows to absolutely beautiful new triple pan windows with lots of cool benefits. We immediately noticed a reduction in sound, and being able to easily open windows to enjoy the fall breeze is so nice! The installer Dave and his son were great guys. Hard working, respectful and efficient fellas. Our sales guy Darrin was involved in the entire process, and we appreciated his follow up to insure we were satisfied and well taken care of. Their entire team put forth an effort to make sure things went according to plan. I was very scared about the possible mess and destruction that could come from taking on this project, but I couldn't have been more pleased with the lack of any noticeable issues. We recently worked with Energy One to replace the windows in our home. We selected Energy One from several competing vendors. The sales staff was friendly, responsive and easy to talk with. They answered all of our questions, including those on paying for the windows and financing options and were very accommodating when we changed our minds. The crew who came to install the windows were friendly and professional. We had thirteen windows changed out, two of which had to be resized an area because the windows were not up to current code. They answered my questions and were great to chit chat with. They completed all the work, including clean up, in less than two days. The new windows totally changed the way the house looks. I was thinking about new window solar sceens for my old windows when I was approached by an energy one representative who pointed out my home might benefit from an efficient window makeover. We set up an appointment with Frank a marketing manager who later stopped by and gave a great presentation on the windows features, quality, and energy efficiency. I learned a lot and didn't realize how much heating and cooling dollars were escaping through our old drafty windows. I was a little skeptical at the time but now that Energy One's professional installars have completed the installation (on time) I'm a 100% believer as my heater fires up a lot less frequently this winter. And now I'm not dreading the summer cooling bills either. Additionally, the windows look great and really enhance the curb appeal of my home. We had all new windows put into our 25 year old home. We had previously had single pane glass and the north facing bedroom was always cold. We also had noise from sirens and a nearby road. We now have beautiful, energy, efficient windows that stop up to 70% of the outdoor noise. The marketing people and salesmen were all professional and eager to answer any questions. We had measurers and installers that were here on time and stayed to make sure they had cleaned up any mess they may have made. They took time to walk me through on how-to use each type of window they installed. We will not know the energy saving for a few months, but we have no doubt that there will be savings. I am so happy I could cry. I no longer have drafty windows that create weather inside my home! The sound reduction from outdoors has been greatly reduced. The windows are beautiful. The install director and crew were helpful, courteous and professional. Minimal damage to drywall and exterior siding that the install manager is already moving forward to get repaired. I got bids from a couple of companies and Energy One Windows clearly had the most high quality product at the most reasonable price. I had a great experience with the entire process of having windows replaced with Energy One. My home was built in the 70's with single pane windows. With floor-to-ceiling windows in the front and a sliding door in the back, I knew any replacement would be expensive. There are plenty of folks that come by to give an estimate and Energy One wasn't the lowest, but the sales pitch was informative and an example window was available to inspect and get a feel for how it would perform. Low pressure sales and a thorough estimate gave me a good level of confidence about energy savings and overall value. Installation was also very professional and efficient. Energy One installed 14 windows on my house on 1/15/2018 the installers showed up on time they were very informative on how they were going to install the windows on how they worked and they got the job done in one day which included installing the windows clean up caulking inside and outside and all the trim work. There quality control manager showed up on the day of installing the windows and was asking how everything was going and asking if we had any question to feel free and call anytime. and then the sales person was super great on his presentation answering all question we had and he also had a demo window that he showed us and then 2 days after the windows were installed he showed up asking how everything went and any question or concerns feel free to call. I had 18 new windows installed in 2022 and it was a nightmare…read more First, installation: Ringer did not apply for the required permit with City of Austin and an Austin Code of Compliance guy showed up just 2 hours after they started installing and shut down the job. Ringer finally filed the appropriate permit and completed the job about a week later. They left trash behind in my yard and damaged the Sheetrock in one of my walls around a window. When I pointed it out, the supervisor laughed at me and said, "You live in an old house!". He then suggested I could hire and pay the cousin of one of their installation guys to repair the damage they left. Mold: In 2024, my blood pressure skyrocketed for no apparent reason. While I was dealing with that medically and trying to figure out the source, I found a tiny mushroom growing inside above the window where they damaged the Sheetrock. That triggered me to get mold testing done and there was mold growing in the wall behind the cracked Sheetrock above and below one of the windows they installed. They had not caulked externally above or to the side of that window, nor the window above it (2 story house). I grew sicker and sicker from the mold until I could have it remediated and then had to have reconstruction done because they had to tear the Sheetrock and insulation out and was down to the studs in my living room. It cost me nearly $8,000 to get it corrected. Greg Ringer: The windows were still under warranty, of course. I had guys out from Ringer Windows to show them the missing caulk, cracked Sheetrock and suspected mold (before the mold was removed). I sent Greg Ringer a demand letter for the cost with pictures of the mold, mold testing reports and all the invoices and he only offered to pay about .30 cents on the dollar for my damage and his lawyer tried to make me sign an agreement not tell anyone or they wouldn't pay me. I finally had to take him to small claims court and prevailed. The court made him reimburse me fully for the damage. Given that I only had mold (so far) with 2 windows, I have 16 others that for all I know could get mold at anytime.

I installed the non Ringer windows and the ringer crew installed theirs. Their crew were so very focused, quiet and professional that I checked a few times to see if they were still there. My two large front windows and an awning window over my kitchen sinkdone by Ringer cost less than a price my brother got for one large window in his home from the company that I mentioned in the first sentence of this review. Please people even if you are wealthy do not waste your money on the company that is in your mailbox every week. Read their terrible reviews on Yelp and then call Ringer.
