Referred by building manager. On the first visit, technician damaged the top of both washer and dryer. They did reimburse for repair. On the return visit, they refused to issue an itemized invoice. Apparently, the washer and dryer top reimbursement was added to my bill. I was charged $1900.00 for a repair which took less than 2 hours and the part was under $150.00. read more

They have installed a garbage disposal for me, flushed out our tankless water heater, troubleshooted and installed a new water pressure regulator and also repaired under the house broken sewage line & disinfected the area! We "inherited" Enterprise Plumbing from my mother. They are the BEST! They have come out every time we needed them, to make all kinds of repairs from replacing a water heater, repairing a garbage disposal to now installing a leak detection device required by our insurance. They have always been courteous, prompt to arrive and to finish. My mother died a few years ago and it feels good to work with people who knew her. Mom knows best! read more

So we declined their service since it was too pricey for us, and asked for the part to be returned to us. A WEEK after asking for the part back, Matthew, the manager, said he still has not mailed it. A month later, still no part, bathroom sink still broken. Given we asked for a 30% discount, if a customer asked for a discount, that doesn't mean it's a requirement you give it to us. As a customer, we have the choice to shop for another vendor. Just like how they have a choice not to give us a discount. We paid $350 to snake 2 toilets for the initial work. Charged $200 for 3 minutes to have them come out and tell me there's a leak inside my stucco, which is what I told them on the phone when I initially called! They said they would have to get another person to come but they would charge me even more to do so. Really? So what did I pay for? No service was done. Worst business ever. THIS BUSINESS ISN'T LICENSED ACCORDING TO THE CALIFORNIA CSLB. This company was scheduled to repair a shower that wasn't properly draining. I was given a timeframe of 10-12:00pm for work to begin. No one showed up. I called to ask when to expect the plumber. I was told I was rebooked for 2-4:00pm. I explained that I had to work myself that day and couldn't just sit around waiting for them to arrive at their convenience. The so-called owner began cursing at me telling me "you're just a tenant, I don't have to do what you say" "F**K You". She was still going when I hung up the phone. When the plumbers arrived, late, they didn't have the tools or equipment to replace the damaged faucet. They didn't even turn the water on before announcing the faucet was broken. Sensing something was amiss, I contacted the Contractors State Licensing Board. According to them, this business isn't licensed and there is no record of a bond or insurance. read more

Enterprise Plumbing responded to my call to try and open a sewer drain that two others failed to be able to do after hours of snaking. They communicated clearly the time they could arrive and the same day as my call. The technician text me his estimated time of arrival and showed up on time clean and with a can do attitude. They were able to snake the drain open within an hour. Cleaned up the area of their work and thanked me for giving them an opportunity after others failed. Anyone reading this, DO NOT consider doing business with them as their customer service is awful and their plumbers are downright crooks. The business itself does not care about their customers and will outright upcharge wherever they see fit. Work that is simple and easy, takes longer than expected just so they can increase their labor fees to the customer. Any management company that is using them should stay clear as they will deplete a huge portion of the funds. They have also been caught on camera stealing from their customers which is downright appalling and should never happen whenever someone comes into your home. Terrible company. Called to fix a water heater under warranty. Told them the pilot would stay on. I offered them the model and serial number, but they said they didn't need it. We have all the parts and a new water heater on our truck. They called the next day and said we got it turned on but probably need a new part, which they didn't have, even though they originally did. Wanted to charge another trip charge. I refused and told them, "It's like filling my tire with air but not fixing the tire". And yes, the water heater stopped again. My apartment had a leak coming from the unit above us and Enterprise Plumbing J&I were called by our property management company to come fix the leak. This team worked swiftly and respectfully. I worked most directly with Carlos Yanes who is the supervisor. He picked up the phone every time and consistently stayed in touch with me. I was very impressed with the fact that he told us to call him if the leak started again no matter what time of day. Carlos seems to take this business and his work very seriously and I really trusted him with this situation which ended up being fixed quickly due to him and his team. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT ! Yes, I know these are harsh words. But hear me out. Story 1: They came to fix a leaking hot water pipe in the garage. They say it's an old pipe. But we proved to them that they replaced this pipe several months before. Crappy work and crappy service. Story 2: Asked them to replace a water faucet in the kitchen. Told them we got it from Amazon. They came and made all kind of excuses but finally installed it. BUT - they billed for two hours, even though we have proof that they were here for less than an hour. We come in the evening, and the hose from the water to the faucet comes apart and floods the kitchen. We call them and they say we broke it!!! They finally agree to come the next day. He comes and says it wasn't installed good and wasn't checked. He works on the other connections. Comes the evening, now there's a leak from the connector they installed. We call again, and they say it's our fault and they won't come again. Different plumbers every time, so it's a problem with the company. HORRIBLE customer service. I had to called this plumbing company cause they were under my HOA plan. They said it was $88 per hour, I just needed to replace a stem value. Plumber came, I show him where the boiler was & shutoff for water so he can shut off the water. Then he had to get the parts from his truck, he was gone for 20-25 minutes. He put in a whole new faucet part which was $145 which I didn't want instead of just the stem value part. I had this done before, the other plumber usually only put value in, not a whole new faucet set. He was done in an hour & 15 minutes but I got charge for 2 hours. I thought that was a ripped off cause I think he could've done it in an hour. Anyway I wouldn't recommend them to anybody but I am struck since they are our HOA plumber. I felt I was overcharge, I end up paying $321 for a simple job. read more

I had been having issues with my kitchen sink clogging up. I called a plumber to fix it but he was unable to (Adeedon't!). He snaked it for 15 minutes. Needed to come back with cameras and everything. He even mentioned I might be better off calling another plumber. I got the number for Enterprise from my HOA. Orlando was over in an hour and was able to completely repair my clog by snaking. It took him about 15 minutes! I will be using Enterprise from now on for all my plumbing needs. I'm writing my review in direct connection with one of the technicians at this company, last year on Thanksgiving day he was here under a rainy day helping me figure out what was going on with all the tankless water heaters that were not functioning at the property I currently manage, he was able to troubleshoot them patiently got them to provide at least warm water to our tenants. We ended replacing the thankless water heaters. Phill was here yesterday for the same water heaters that were recently replaced but this time it was a different issue and he reminded me how Amazing he is!!!! how dedicated, helpful patient he is, at getting it all fixed up and then he took his time explaining to me what the issue was so that in the future, I could better identify this problems , for my own knowledge of curse. But if you are going to hire someone at this company look into asking for Phill , he is great! read more

Would not recommend. Never followed through with calls. Dealt with them through warranty company. Was unable to switch contractor without paying new deductible. Decided would rather deal with different company to do job, even though will likely cost more. They did come and did some repair work on other issues I had with property, but left job incomplete. Had one piece of repair left that they had to speak to warranty company about, which was not submitted. Case closed, had to reopen with warranty company. After which only dealt with warranty company, they said contractor would call on multiple occasions and followed up to verify of call took place, but never did, Opted to close case as-is given poor customer experience. read more

Pipe busted and dirty water was draining into my shower stall wall while their plumbers were working in the upstairs unit's drainage issue. The review of Enterprise Plumbing office manager is whole another level of customer service unprofessionalism. I had similar unpleasant exchanges with her as some other reviewers on this thread. I originally provided my credit card number to make appointment, following up on their plumber's directions, only to find out I got charged over $200 for something after 4 months my last communication with the company. Agitating three way conversation with credit card company and her threatening to send me to collection followed. As it turns out when asked to provide description of the work she was charging me, the charges were for the owner of upstairs unit. Charging a wrong person should warrant an apology from a professional customer-service persons, but no apology received thus far. read more

After reading some of the reviews, I'm amazed that we called these folks in the first place. The joke was certainly on us and we have learned an important lesson. After receiving a quote from a woman at Enterprise to replace two water heater supply lines, we decided to move forward since their rates were reasonable. My husband explicitly asked the woman (Karen?) twice about the cost so we were not surprised once the work was completed. She insisted that the quote was correct and seemed and almost offended that he asked her to clarify. As it happens, getting verification and asking such questions means nothing to the individuals who run this business. Upon completing the work, the plumber gave the final cost which indicated that we were charged double what was quoted. My husband promptly called Enterprise and the same woman denied ever giving him the previous quote. Unfortunately, Enterprise has told us exactly who they are. Dishonest and unwilling to stand by their word. It seems that if you want to save money (and kicking yourself in the butt later on) best hire a plumber who is honest. read more

ABSOLUTELY the worst plumbing company I have ever spoken with. They come over to fix a backed up sink in my apartment complex and puncture the sink in the process. I call them to let them know my sink is now leaking when it never had before (something obviously noticeable when the sink is full of water) and they tell me I need to wait four days without sink at all. The supervisor told me they would be around in the morning, so naturally I had to call in at 3 pm just to confirm they were still coming after waiting all day on them. In the end, a very rude tempered "supervisor" took less than five minutes and started telling me how it wasn't their fault and that they would not do anything to help. What do I have after dealing with this company? Just a broken sink and a complete disappointment with this TERRIBLE company. read more

Extremely and I mean extremely unprofessional company. We had someone come out on Saturday - who could not fix our clogged drain. The plumber told us someone would call us on Monday and schedule two guys to come out. Monday comes- no one calls us. We call on Tuesday and they schedule someone for Weds at 3pm. I take off work early to be home by 3pm. 3pm rolls around, 3:30 pm rolls around - no phone call. I call the company and they tell me the plumber is backed up and he will be at our home "around 5ish" whatever the hell that means. Woman on the phone was not apologetic at all. We are forced to use them because of our HOA - but I will talk to the board about removing them as a company. read more
