I called 3-4 times to ask questions and even changed my reservation for the following day and was blown away by the customer service. Positives: Nice staff What I didn't like? If you are adding additional driver, they won't tell you that it costs extra (unless you already know the drill). They also don't ask you if you have Costco membership so you can get the additional driver added for free. Overall, they don't tell you anything more than they are required to say by law. read more

From start to finish this Enterprise impressed me. The staff are so friendly and willing to provide good customer service. I happened to be inside BOTH times (picking up the vehicle and when I returned a few weeks later) when customers were being incredibly rude to a man and woman behind the counter--yet they still handled it with class. I'm not sure why customers feel the need to scream in people's faces that are just trying to help. The two behind the counter this afternoon (2/15/23) were excellent. King drove me the first time and was a gem! Tom drove me back to Calliber today, was insanely friendly, and went out of his way to hang around and help as I transferred all my belongings from my rental back to my car. I have nothing but good things to say here--I hope these employees are being paid what they deserve to deal with these kind of customers every day! read more

I am telling you to never use this Enterprise Rental Car service. An employee there took advantage of me by convincing me to sign an agreement to pay 19.99 for accident insurance protection which he did not clarify was for each day I had the car. He pretended it was a one-time charge for the entire time of the car rental. He knew I was in a hurry and so he took advantage of me not just as a woman in a hurry to make a professional commitment but as a senior. He could see my age on the drivers license! This man, whose name is JOHN, absolutely knew what he was doing when he deceived me. I even questioned why I should pay 19.99 for this insurance, and he told me I should get it "just to play it safe". He knew Zi was reluctant to purchase it. I then received an $ 88.00 charge on my credit card for 4 days with a rental car that I only drove twice, once to my home from Enterprise and once to return it to Calliber Collision. (who was paying for the rental since it was included in the repair coverage). I then called Enterprise and spoke with JOHN who denied deceiving me and hung up on me when I disputed the charge. I will follow up with his supervisor and I will dispute this fraudulent charge on my credit card. If I were Enterprise, I would have apologized for JOHN's error and refunded my money. After renting my car (mine was in the shop) I returned my rental and there was a ding in the door (I didn't notice it). 1 star? So I finally settled my claim and of course was charged $1300 for a dig the size of a baseball. Really? The car was worth no more than $10,000. Actually I figured the company could ripe me off, the 1 star is about the service from the dealership when I got the car back. The woman told me it was out of her hands and that the enterprise reps would contact me, later finding out that I was suppose to contact them. In the end, the $1300 sucks, but the ending service here was so bad, no explanation of what to do, contact info, etc. I'll NEVER rent from enterprise again. read more

I had a terrible time at this location. I had scheduled a repair and car rental through my insurance and everything was supposed to be set up. The repair shop called them and somebody came to pick me up, however nobody told me until I got there that not only did they not have my reservation in the system, but they didn't have any cars either. Suffice it to say, I was a little upset, especially since I went to do this on my lunch break and really needed to get back to work. They quoted me an hour time, and I will give them that they got me a car in 30 mins. However they gave the first car available to the guy that came in after me, so I was still pretty upset. Joe, the guy behind the counter when I got there was extremely rude to me, and even interrupted a conversation I was having with another customer about what had happened to explain to me that I was wrong about the situation and they were trying to fix it. Adam, the guy that got a car ready for me was very friendly and helpful though. He deserves a gold star for calming me down after the way Joe acted (and he's the only reason for 2 stars instead of 1). My cousins and I reserved a truck a week in advance before our trip. Once we arrived there was only 1 truck in the parking lot, however it couldnt possibly be ours cause it had an abundance of snow in the bed. It's been almost an hour and we are still waiting for the truck. I guess that's how enterprise do it? They have you reserve a vehicle and make you wait over an hour. Even people that arrived after us left with a vehicle before us. This is unacceptable! Im very upset and want to raise hell. So I ended up renting from another location. I use Enterprise and Avis exclusively and I travel a lot. I ended up here because my car needed work and the only place I could get an appointment quickly enough was at a shop on Havana Street. I figured I'd get the same Enterprise service I'm accustomed to from airport locations. Standing in line behind the group of people lined up on a busy weekday morning I watched as the staff scrambled to try and get everyone into vehicles. For people who had reservations it seemed odd to me that they would not have had enough vehicles on site of the appropriate size. One older woman was very upset that her insurance was paying for a certain size vehicle and they kept trying to downgrade her because they said they did not have anything in that class. She went outside and was on the phone with her insurance company very upset that she'd have to drive off the lot in a compact car. The guy kept telling her that the car she had in the shop was comparable and they were treating her poorly because she was older and having a hard time. None of the cars lined up outside had been washed and looking them over as I walked in the door I was honestly surprised that some of those vehicles were in circulation. After watching the third person in a row get the same treatment (being told they were out of vehicles and would he like xyz?) I called my girlfriend to come get me, and she drove me to another location where I got into a vehicle in less than 20 minutes, and upgraded to make up for the hassle the other guys had caused me. Enterprise is usually awesome, but this place was just bizarre. read more

Rented a crummy economy vehicle that was "fresh out of the wash" with streaking water all over the car (great concealment for dents). I pointed out the dings and scrapes that I believed met their threshold, and upon return of the vehicle I was held responsible for a measly blemish that my smart phone camera couldn't even pick up. Ironically, the staff was courteous and timely, but clearly took advantage of a tiny door ding that they were most likely aware of, previously. The interior of the car was riddled with cigarette burns btw. So, what would normally cost someone less than $75 to repair a scratch-less ding, is costing me $500 because they charge you a fee (which was not explained or written on site) for what business they "missed out on" while the car was being repaired. I will never rent from Enterprise again, and I'm discouraging my entire company of using them. SHADY. read more

I flew into town to visit my parents for a week and we decided last minute that a rental car would make the visit easier on all of us. The manager made the experience quick and easy. We didn't make prior reservations and just came in. They gave us a car and out of the establishment within 20 minutes. I also dropped in because of some damage from a pot hole and they didn't hassle us at all. They assured us it wouldn't be a problem and sent us on our way. -- Now this could backfire and you may see an update, but so far so good. No issues. Quick and easy. I want to offer a tip though-- check your credit card to see what they cover. Most credit cards (especially travel cards) insure your rental car. Ours does. You can purchase their basic insurance as well (about $2.50 a day) if yours doesn't. Colorado in the summer isn't usually very risky, but if you will be in high traffic areas like downtown, you might want it. Winter is a whole other story. read more

I am absolutely floored by the unprofessionalism coming from this establishment. I've been told the regional manger, Meghan, would be calling to resolve an issue for over a month. I've tried reaching out to her and the branch on several occasions. The branch manager, Layton, was either fired or let go after being the only other employee informed on this issue. The branch manager was extremely rude in efforts towards resolving this issue as well! He had to call me back to apologize after being very misinformed early on in the resolution process. The whole issue sprouted from a lack of training with your employees. I've been misguided and lead to believe that I'd only be charged roughly $200 but now come to find out this morning, I'm being charged over $1000. This company is a complete scam. This might be the best service I've ever had renting a car. The agents are super friendly and helpful. My fiancé and I have had 4 rental cars in the past month due to my car being in the shop, and Enterprise had the best availability and best service. This is also the best Enterprise branch in town. One of the cars I had was returned to a different location by the body shop where my car was. I called them to look for an item I had left in the car and they were not eager to help me and super unfriendly. I give 4 out of 5 because two of the cars I had smelled like smoke, despite the big "no smoking" stickers on the dash. However when I called to let them know they were very apologetic and happy to get me into a different car. Yes, I have had better cars (one of the cars was an old and very dirty Versa, then again one of them was a super clean brand new Mazda2, luck of the draw!) but I have not had better service. read more

I had an accident with my personal car in October, and needed a rental car. The employees at Enterprise, at 340 Havana St Aurora, were just great in handling my car needs. The little truck i initially rented was too big, no problem switching it out. When the repair shop took longer and longer with my car, I was able to seamlessly extend my rental without a single problem. All the guys I dealt with at this branch were friendly, competent, and very easy to deal with. I arrived to pick up my reservation which was for a small truck for a specific purpose. They only had one truck available when I arrived which was two classes larger than what I had reserved. I "was receiving a free upgrade" that I could not use. They found another truck at a different location and I had to sit and wait while they exchanged vehicles. Enterprise called the evening before my scheduled pickup to confirm the reservation and did not mention the "upgrade." They did nothing for my troubles or significant delay. read more

The best rental experience I have ever had. The staff at this location is fantastic. Went to get a service on my vehicle at a local dealership. Found out it was going to take quite a bit longer to complete my maintenance. I had my three energetic boys with me (aged 5,3,1) and decided we better not wait it out. Enterprise sent someone to get us in a vehicle that would accommodate 4 car seats. ( I also have a seven year old that needed retrieval from school) When we got back to Enterprise, I asked the driver if a representative could come out to the van to take my information so that I didn't have to get everyone out of the car, and could I please rent what we were picked up in (switching 4 car seats from one vehicle to another is time consuming). So they did! They were so patient and helpful. The rental agent was kind and knowledgeable and making jokes with me (we had already made a mess of the van because when I was installing the car seats some of the "extra goodies" spilled on the floor, he said car seats are like treasure chests, ain't that the truth )and the driver was like my dad. As we were getting ready to leave he gave me a few tips about how that particular van drives (he knows because he drove it to get me) that were incredibly helpful. Thank you all!! read more
