It also meant I was going to miss my appointment which annoyed me. However, as soon as she came, she apologized, got me my car (upgraded which was a nice touch although I was hesitant at first since I had to spend more time figuring out a new car), gave me a discount and helped me get on the road as soon as possible. She came outside to check in on me. Appreciate her for being human and making sure once she was there she did everyone she could in her capacity to make my experience better! I thought that this was excessive, so I went to the website and booked a reservation 5 minutes later at the same pick up site for $100/week less. When I called the manager and said that the representative that I spoke to had been polite yet incompetent, he told me that he that there was a history of price discrepancies and that he would make a note. Don't trust anyone that you speak to here, and you will probably save money by taking a cab to another car rental location as opposed to trusting the uninformed clowns who work here.
