I called them and NOTHING. Left them a voicemail and NEVER HEARD BACK. Their website clearly states that they open at 8am...heck, my reservation clearly stated that I would be able to pick up my car at 8am. I originally walked to their location (2 miles) thinking I could DRIVE myself from there but I had to walk another 2 miles to the nearest car rental place. I was late for work because of all of this....THANKS A LOT V&O CAR RENTALS! I will never EVER attempt to rent a car from you again. Overall, car was not outstanding but acceptable for a car rental. CUSTOMER SERVICE: I chose to rent a car from them based on the after-hours phone service information, which states that they offer free drop-off and pick-up service within 3 miles of their location. However, upon arrival, I was informed by the representative that it was a one-person operation and they do not provide those services and not to rely on the information provided by the after-hours phone service. To make matters worse, the representative did not accompany us to show the rental car but simply handed us the key and directed us to find the vehicle ourselves. We were left wandering in the parking lot, searching for the specified car. There were no instructions provided on the car's operation, either. Upon returning the vehicle, we questioned several additional charges that appeared unnecessary and unclear. Instead of receiving a professional explanation, the conversation became argumentative. We later attempted to call to resolve the matter, but the call was disconnected, making it very difficult to address our concerns. We were also told that certain protections were included with the additional insurance coverage we purchased, only to later discover separate charges for roadside assistance. In addition, there were unexpected "sickness fees" and Toll Road charges added to the bill, despite the fact that we never used toll roads during the rental period. I ultimately had to verify this myself through etoll records using the vehicle's license plate information. To make matters worse, the vehicle was not properly cleaned when we picked it up. It had not been washed or vacuumed, which gave a poor first impression from the start. Overall, the customer service, communication, billing transparency, and vehicle condition did not meet expectations. Based on my experience, I would not rent from this Budget location again.

Amber has a great sense of humor and Kyle is professional and calm. Great working combo. My only complaint is the location. It was very hard to find. They need better signage. Rented a 7 passenger suv and when I arrived they told me they didn't have anything available. I asked why I wasn't given a courtesy call to let me know before I took an Uber there. They responded with the last costumer just extended 30min before I got there. So they had 30min to give me that courtesy call. They the. Said they "might" be able to have something at noon and I declined and asked them to cancel my reservation. They then proceeded to tell me they couldn't cancel and I would have to call customer service I looked at both of them and said not only did you not give me a courtesy call you want me to waste more time on hold with customer service? The guy said they would call. I walked out. I love my AMEX but it doesn't pay to be a Hertz Gold Member or even attempt to rent with Hertz. I called other Hertz locations in the area that claimed they had a 7 passenger suv on their site. Turns out all 3 locations have nothing even though they claim they do. Lesson learned will stick to Enterprise.
