Really disappointed with my last rental from here. I scheduled a pickup and they never showed, or notified me that they were not coming. When I did receive my vehicle it was filthy inside and out. The seats were stained and looked disgusting. Really surprised that a company this large would think this was acceptable. Really, really disappointed. Went in today to pick up my rental car due to being rear ended. it was a pretty busy day at this location and it was a packed place. I didn't get the one lady's name who was helping me and picked me up from my shop, but Mike also helped me and he was AMAZING! under the stress of being short staffed, he was still doing his best to help everyone out! working in customer service, it's tough when it gets busy and he was handling it greatly. read more

Thank you Enterprise for helping my husband return home when his flight was cancelled due to covid-19. This review is for both the Bellingham, WA Enterprise, the Mesa, AZ Enterprise and even the Surrey, BC Enterprise. We live in Delta, BC, Canada. My husband was in Arizona and his flight home was cancelled. He rented a one way vehiclenrental from Mesa to Bellingham, WA. Because the Canada US border was now closed for all non-essential travel I was not allowed to drive down to pick him up in Bellingham. We arranged for him to be picked up by an American friend in Bellingham and dropped off at the border where he would be walking across with his luggage and I would meet him on the Canadian side. He arrived much earlier then expected and our friend was still at work so I called the Bellingham Enterprise office and asked about any available shuttle or bus services, I also mentioned that my husbands final destination was Canada. The Enterprise employee said she would look into possibly dropping the car closer to the border. She took my husbands phone number and said she would let him know what his options were. She called him back within 10 minutes and told my husband that he could drop the vehicle at any Enterprise in Canada. Enterprise did not take advantage of this situation and price gouge. Their rates with more then reasonable and the staff was all very accommodating. Even drop off was a breeze, I just called ahead, they told us where to park and we dropped the keys in the key slot. I arranged for a rental car Sunday for Monday morning. I received a confirmation email confirming my reservation that stated no issue of car availability. Enterprise was supposed to pick me up around 8am. They called at 8:20 am advising that they had no cars available until 2pm that day. When I asked why I received a confirmation of my reservation if they had cars. The attendant said that their website doesn't remain updated w their inventory? Since when does a rental car website not keep up w their inventory? Isn't that why they use a computer to enter their reservations and who picks up a car and when it's due back? I had plans for this morning and now I won't make my appointments. Big inconvenience and they've now lost my business. read more

I had the best experience with this location! I dealt with several employees, all very helpful. I had rented a compact for the weekend and returned it with damage after a fender bender. Since I had a form for the police report and had opted for the insurance, there was nothing else needed from me. The car itself was clean and ready to go. Both pick up and drop off were pleasant! Worst customer service I have ever received from any company I've ever been a customer of. They require a credit card to be on file to take the rental car. Well 4 weeks later they tried telling me I signed for a damage waiver and charged my card 200$ without my knowledge. I was called multiple times about it and each time I told them no one ever said anything about anything being charged to my account and that the insurance company was covering everything. They made me come in and have the waiver taken off which at that time nothing again was explained to me. When I called to discuss the charge I was told I signed off on it. I have two witnesses with me, there was no miscommunication it was simply not once stated and the man on the phone who goes by Navarro whom also was in charge of getting the rental car set up for me stated that he is a manager and that he always discloses this information. Hmmm that's weird when it was NOT. Then I get a phone call back two minutes later explaining that they had spoken with the insurance people the day before and they agreed to covering the damage waiver so that is why that part was initialed off. He said he would take care of the charges and refund them. But not once apologized. Then instead of a refund my card was charged another 130$. So instead of actually taking responsibility for their mistakes they kept making them all the while not giving me any information on any of it. I'm not just a customer I'm a human being, I'm a single mother and I was hit by a semi and my car was totaled and I was told that everything was being covered by the insurance company yet I'm getting charged money that supposed to go towards my family for some bull crap that they are blaming me for. Not okay. For something that was supposed to get me through a rough time that I needed a car until I could get a new one it was the worst experience. I would not recommend using them and will never do any personal business with them in the future. read more

Worst rental experience. The girl that charged my card did not clarify anything being charged or disclose the amount I was waaaay over charged. It didn't seem like a professional environment which is surprising compared to these other reviews. I rented a Nissan Versa for a month's stay in Gilbert. I didn't have a reservation and when I went to the local Enterprise they told me there were many people ahead of me waiting for a car. They suggested I try Superstition Springs. When I called they said they could give me a car. My son drove me there, no offer to be picked up, and I rented the car. I loved the car, however, the dash signal for tire pressure was on the entire month. The indicator showing which tire was low varied from one to two to three tires at a time. It never went off. There was a tag on the keys I received for the car that said low tire pressure. I guess they knew it was on but never said anything to me. Also, whatever is used to spray the car is awful. It smelled like bug spray in the car for a month. read more

The staff is friendly at this location, but any time I have to rent a car here it always takes for-e-ver! The usual situation is they're flooded with customers and nobody is left to prepare new cars for rental - cleaning/vacuuming, etc. So instead of having all their vehicles ready when the office opens, it appears they don't bother doing that until the doors are already open and people are waiting for their car. If you rent from here, just be prepared to wait awhile... read more

While the car itself was clean and ran well. The management at this location would not even get one star in my opinion. I have had to rent a car 3 time in the last month due to my car being on the fritz. So I tried to use their "we pick you up" service. The first time I had to wait for over an hour. The second time they tell me it will be more than 2 hours. The third time I call an hour and 30 minutes before my rental time and they thank me for calling early and say they will be there in about an hour. 2 hours and 30 minutes later, and a flat out lie from their employees and some one finally shows up. This person who shows up says he just got to work and they sent him to pick me up. This is an hour after they said they just sent someone to pick me up. My home is only 10 minutes from the rental location. They seriously need a new manager. Choose a different location! read more

This location ROCKS due to the branch manager and its employees. I needed a car to drive to New Mexico to bring back some items that belonged to my grandmother. Not only did the manager help but Shea, an awesome employee, also helped me by locating a measuring tape to help me determine whether or not I had enough cargo room in the car I was getting ready to rent. Shea's customer service was EXCEPTIONAL and has given me confidence in my car rentals again. She went beyond the call of duty by also leaving a note on my phone charger that forgetful me left in the rental car. I thank the entire staff at Superstition Springs Enterprise for a job well done.
