    Prices are really expensive. I am looking to rent a car for only one day and they charge $56 a day. Too high for me.

    Update: I spoke with…read moretwo additional customer service representatives, and the experience only became more frustrating. One representative at (800) 214-6094 claimed our receipt showed only 5 gallons, implying the tank wasn't full I completely ignoring the fact that adding 5 gallons can just as easily mean the tank was already nearly full and simply topped off. The second representative takes the prize, this dude, Ray Collins (Ref #110) at (800) 259-6095, who admitted there was an error. He said I need to pay $61 just to process the claim. Paying a fee to correct the company's own mistake is unacceptable and makes no sense. At that point, it was clear customer service was not interested in resolving the issue. Thankfully, Jamil from the local station later called, refunded the refueling fee, and apologized. That effort was genuinely appreciated and was the only professional part of this experience. Overall, the process was frustrating and unprofessional. This situation raises serious concerns about the company's practices and accountability. Formal complaints to the FTC, BBB, and state consumer services are being filed, because this should not be considered standard business practice.

    I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I reserved a premium full-size SUV over a month in…read moreadvance because I specifically needed a large vehicle for my family's trip. The reservation clearly stated a vehicle comparable to a Ford Expedition Max, Jeep Wagoneer L, or similar. About a week before my pickup date, I received a call stating they could not guarantee the vehicle because of "multiple recalls." I asked if they could obtain a comparable SUV from another nearby location, but I was told they had been trying and that other locations were focused on fulfilling their own reservations. Wanting to verify my options, I contacted nearby locations myself. They simply explained that this is a busy time of year and that larger SUVs are in high demand. At no point did they mention recalls, which left me confused and questioning the explanation I was given. The most frustrating part is that a reservation made over a month in advance should mean the company has a reasonable plan to provide the vehicle reserved or at the very least, a comparable replacement. Instead, I was left feeling like my reservation didn't actually guarantee anything. Offering a minivan or a smaller SUV is not comparable when the reason for reserving a premium full-size SUV was the extra passenger and cargo space. If your company cannot reasonably provide the class of vehicle customers reserve, especially when reservations are made well in advance, then expectations should be communicated honestly from the beginning. A reservation should provide peace of mind, not uncertainty days before a trip. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to lose confidence in relying on this location for future rentals.
