Had a great experience renting here a few weeks ago. I received a SUV that was smaller than I had initially expected. When I asked for a bigger car, they didn't have one currently available. However Joseph was quick to look online and view the inventory at other nearby Enterprises. As I was about to drive off with the information he gave me, he caught me before I left and let me know that a bigger SUV just arrived. Normally I don't have a problem with Enterprise. They're often my first choice and the two ladies working the day of my pick up were really nice and thorough. I appreciate that. However I'm pretty disappointed with my latest rental as far as accommodation goes. First, I wanted a rental from Sea-Tac. But there were none there during reservation a couple days in advance. I even went there the day of hoping maybe there'd be a vehicle. Nope. Can we get a ride to the nearest next nearest Enterprise? No. So gotta spend $40 on a cab. I Get the rental at the nearby Georgetown location etc. I asked can we at least return the car to the airport when we're through making it much easier on us? Sure!.... For $150 charge. Like really? 20 min. away, same company and you can't give courtesy rides OR let us drop it off at an alternate location without a huge charge???? I understand these things may complicate the business and it seems they're kind of understaffed but also feel these could be considered - as I mentioned accommodations are greatly appreciated and would like to avoid Coming out an unnecessary $80+ in ride shares/cabs just so I can get to and from YOUR places of business when I don't think it's too much to ask for you to do it and/or allow returns to another location. So Enterprise gets a thumbs down on this exchange and if a situation like this arises again I'd consider just doing another rental company. read more

We flew into Seattle and since most of the activities we wanted to do were mostly centrally located, we either just walked around the city or summoned an Uber. When we decided to visit Snoqualmie Falls, however, neither of those options would suffice. So we reserved a rental through Enterprise. I've only rented a car a few times in my life so I don't have much to compare it to, but this particular Enterprise location most definitely earned our business. The employee who checked us in was super friendly, personable, and timely. He was juggling a few customers and the phone by himself. I was impressed with his bearings and professionalism throughout the process. All told, we were in, out, and on the road within 20 minutes or so. We declined their insurance as I had already purchased through a third party and our own insurance would cover the rest. The vehicle was a higher end Mazda. It was nicer than what I was expecting and got us to our destination safely and efficiently (we only used around 9 bucks worth a fuel, round trip). I wouldn't hesitate to use this location again if I needed another rental while in the area and would recommend them to anyone I know. read more

Rented a car to be picked up on Easter. They had called me a few days before to tell me to bring my credit card, but nothing else that I should have been made aware of. I had to get a $40 taxi all the way there before they let me know at the front desk that I was on a "Do not rent" list. I was completely baffled since they couldn't tell me ANY. Details about why or when it happened. A few years ago I had a minor fender dent on a rental that my insurance company paid in full. I had to call after my vacation to find this all out since the phone number they gave me to call while I was in their office was not open. No customer service at all here! Apparently, someone forgot to mark it in the system and it was their fault. Although the boy (Jacob Swanson) at the front desk was quick to offer me a chance to pay the $500 right there to be able to rent that day. Such a scam! Both men at the front desk were completely apathetic and had no skills in helping customers. People like this have no business getting jobs like this if they don't CARE about helping people and doing their best to get in touch with anyone in the company who could help. Just a totally disgusting experience and cost us over $80 in taxis to find another rental. They had the power and knowledge to be able to call me BEFORE I came all that way to pick up that rental, but they didn't care to. I just feel bad for people like this who live in such a heartless way. Even though it was straightened out on the phone when I got home, I won't be renting again from this company. Honestly booked from them a few times, I would highly NOT recommend. They are all very much confused. They misquoted me 3 time. They aren't very structured and even the assignment manager couldn't help me figure out what was going on where she had to get her branch manager involved. While most Enterprise airport locations have great customer service, I have rented from this city location multiple times and they have not once had the car ready at the promised time. They always make me wait 20-60 min for the car I reserved to be cleaned. They then try to upsell you on a more expensive car that is ready while you wait. Why is there a reservation time at all if you can't get the car when you ask? This is a manipulative location that has no respect for their customers' time. DO NOT RENT CARS HERE! Only If you want to be liable for old damages or damages happened after your return the vehicle. If you dropped car after hour, they would charge your for any damage they saw the next morning without even checking security cameras to see if they were caused after the vehicle was dropped off! The term "A vehicle that is returned after hours will not be checked in until the next business day. If returning after hours when a branch is closed, the customer is responsible for the vehicle until the satisfactory check in of the rental vehicle the next business day." is totally bullshit. We rented a car here on May 27th and dropped it off after hour at 10:30pm on May 28th. We noticed many scratches over the vehicle and the first photo was one example which they later put the liability on us in the damage report photos. (Good job on catching random customers to pay for the old damages!) We did not experience any accident or see any damage during the rental period. And guess what, we received a damage report on May 29th and enterprise put a $500 charge on my credit card immediately. I did not receive any photos of the reported damages by that time and the damage report only stated missing side mirror cover. Interesting, why did I have to take their side mirrors? After I demanded damage photos from DRU, surprise! I saw more damages and the representative told me the case was still pending on damage evaluation. So I guess they want to ask more money from me. The second attached photo have the damages they think we should be responsible for. One of the photos shows the exactly same scratches discovered during vehicle pickup and apparently Enterprise LIED to us because it was not OK! Now side mirrors were missing , door rubble came off. Isn't it a vehicle theft or burglary? How dare you charge your customer like this without doing your due diligence. When I ask about security camera they never answer back. I am done with Enterprise. I had couple goos experience before with Enterprise but I would not consider it anymore. P.S.: Be careful about the cars they gave you. The first car they gave me had missing screws and they changed it after I asked for it. read more

Don't let the size of this location fool you. Great service at a great price and they picked us up and dropped us off. We were just out of their normal area, but they came and got us anyway. The SUV we rented was clean and ready to go. The arrival agent made sure we knew what time closed on Sunday to make we got a ride to the light rail station. The drop off was just as efficient. We will definitely use them again. There is a Costco close by when you need to fill up before retuning. read more

Most disappointing "service". I made a reservation to pickup at 6pm, however, the location closes at 6pm, and you have to be there AT 6! No message when i made the reservation stated that i needed to arrive before my pickup time. Spoke with the "manager" named Cole, however, manager must be only in title, as he was unable to do anything but give sad apologies and made no effort to positively resolve the issue. I asked for the general manager, and Cole insisted he was a manager, however, he did not act like he cared about keeping my business. He was dismissive and unable to help. Not typical manager behavior. Very disapppointed and will not be using this location again, and will deliberate for a very long yime if i want to risk such horrible service by renting with Enterprise. I pray the rest of their locations value customer service more than the Georgetown location. read more

Wanted to post my experience and unwillingness for this location to rectify a billing issue while using them for a rental provider while my vehicle was being repaired by Tesla. I've typically had good experiences with Enterprise until my latest rental. My rental was to have gone through insurance billing, but Enterprise billed my directly on the card that I only provided for the required deposit. They also charged a full rental rate and did not give any opportunity to choose a car of lesser value. When I tried to have them reverse my charges and bill the insurance company directly as they were supposed to, they stated it was no longer their issue as they were paid and that I had to work with the insurance carrier directly. I had tried a dispute with my CC company, but the end result was that I provided my CC to them for a deposit and that basically allows Enterprise to charge you with no recourse. I hope this will serve as a warning to other customers to beware as I believe their billing/charging practices are not inline with a business who values customer service. Until now I've used Enterprise as a first choice in rentals for business travel use, personal use while on vacation and when vehicles are being repaired by body shops, I can say this will NO longer be the case. There are many other rental companies out there and I will being using others exclusively, I would suggest you do the same! read more

I reserved an SUV about a week in advance. I reserved an SUV because i needed an SUV. My ride was about to take me to get the car (30 mins before the reservation) when i got a call saying they don't have an SUV and don't know when they'll have one. They did offer a different car, but again, i reserved an SUV because that's what i needed. They asked if i could be flexible, but said it could be hours before they get one in. They had no idea if they even would get one, so basically they were asking me to wait around on the off chance they get an suv, which is laughable that they think it's acceptable to even ask this. The whole situations seems very puzzling, i mean, they do have computers that are supposed to track what's going in, what's going out, what's scheduled to come back to the location. They offered very little help i was not happy but also super polite. I told them to give me a minute to think and i'd call right back. It was clear they didn't want to deal with this so they when i called back they would not answer my call and kept sending my call to a fax number. I called about 10 times over the next 15 minutes because i was at least hoping to leave a message and so clearly i was being screened. They never called me back. Completely unprofessional. read more

They rented us a vehicle that had severe transmission issues before a trip to the coast. The car was so dangerous that after an near wreck at highway speeds we had to stop along our trip and exchange it. The manager of this location was rude and unapologetic, though they did comp a single day of the rental. We were told they don't test drive any of the cars and rent them out without any safety checks. Definitely a wake up call and I won't be renting from enterprise ever again. read more

Find it interesting that this place has 4 star overall review after my own experience with this place and looking thru other reviews. First off, definitely allocate an hour from the time you arrive to pick up your rental because they probably won't have the car ready for you so that you have to wait for them to clean the car. And before they go clean the car, they'll ask you if you want to upgrade to a better car that happens to already be clean to try an upsell you. It's so obvious what they're doing. I arrived a little late to my scheduled pick up time and still had to wait about 30 minutes for them to clean the car. And maybe it's just the person that was helping me, but I'm not happy about the inspection. She mentioned a couple small dents that were on the car during inspection as well as the damaged seal on one of the doors but only noted the damaged seal for inspection report. Now they're trying to get me to pay for the dents! I guess one star cause at least the car was functional. read more

Not a smooth process. Allstate and this company did not communicate at all and it's coming back to bite me as the customer. Both the rental car company and my insurance are blaming each other for me getting a partial instead of a full reimbursement for a rental car while my car was in the shop for repairs after another car hit me. Wasted a lot of time calling both this company and my insurance just to be told by Enterprise that "We gave you the car available and I don't know why it wouldn't be covered". After call these calls with me as the middle man, they still won't call to speak with each other and solve the issue. So in the end I'm shorted $ because they can't talk to each other. We had a reservation, and three children with us. My husband and I walk in with our children and the person at the front desk very rudely tells us to leave and that they are closed. No hello or anything. Turns out the reservation was for 12 and not two as expected. As a consequence they gave away our vehicle to somebody else, but didn't bother to call and let us know. I understand that we got the times incorrect, but they have about 50+ cars sitting on the lot and refused to accommodate us claiming that they didn't have any vehicles. So we got stuck there with three kids, trying to find a rental car place that was open. Landed at SEA airport from SNA, took an Uber to Enterprise, went straight to the counter and was greeted before I even got there, the guy behind the counter asked what kind of car I wanted, I said whatever was fuel efficient, and that's what I got. Purchased collision insurance (always always always when renting in the USA!) and was fine. Received a survey call the next day asking me if everything was fine with the rental - yes. Delivered the car three days later back to Enterprise, they inspected, everything was great, received a survey call again the following week, everything still fine. All in all, good experience. I talk to the person who delivered the car name Dave and told him, I needed to upgrade because this car is not safe to drive, and willing to pay for an upgrade Plus gas. He promised he was going to call me when he was back in the office, and he never did. when I called to locate him after a long time because they don't answer their phone, they sent me to 3 different locations to call to get an upgrade, and I wasn't successful. I finally give up and park the car, I did not drive the car for the entire time and went to rent a car from Avis since I couldn't get upgraded by enterprise staff. When I dropped the car, the manager of the store name Lexi called me and told me the survey coming and put a good word for them. After I explained what happened then, she told me to ignore the survey, and I told her I would not then I don't know. Somehow, she managed for me to not get a survey. I am still looking to see who should I call to receive my complaint since I had to pay for a car rental because I couldn't give the car back to enterprise, it was my insurance signed me with enterprise, so I had to rent a second car with my own money to stay safe to drive. I called my local Enterprise to request for a ride to pick up a rental Van. This is not my first time request a ride from enterprise. they have always offered me a ride for all my all my rental request via a non-profits organization im apart of. this time they told me that im not within the pick up zone. Im 1.7 miles away from the local Enterprise. They shouldn't advertises something that cant be delivered. Its false advertises. i looked up their non -local airport pick up location. this is what they have said on their page. "Pick-ups are done by the first non-airport location within 10 miles of your location - as long at the nearest branch is able to pick you up; not all branches within 10 miles are able to do a pick-up." It's poor customer service and false advertisement. I highly suggest hertz. they will uber you they are able to pick you up vs saying that im not within their services zone. read more

Zero customer service. I interacted with every employee on duty that day. None of them seemed like they wanted to be there. The phone was ringing constantly, nobody would answer it. The vehicle chosen for me had recently been returned, but not cleaned in any way. Still had the previous renters stuff in it. I waited for them to "clean the car." It came back to me dirty. They did not want to make me wait (longer then I already waited for them to find a vehicle, discover it had not been cleaned and run to the wash area but not wash it.) Come on people, make SOME effort. There was something hanging from under the car. They told me it was fine. No, no it is not fine. It took two different people, three attempts to remove the item from under the car. "It's fine, it's fine, just go." It was terribly inconvenient to help us. We we picked up three vehicles. Totaling several thousand dollars. Oh wait, you are in the rental business. If you hate your job that much, quit! It costs nothing to be nice. Costs you nothing.
