I was returning my rental car 10 minutes before close with a chip in the driver side window. I'd had a very long day of working with the shop repairing my car and my insurance company so when I showed up I was in a bad mood. Regretfully, instead of acting like a mature human being, I pretty much pitched a fit and started talking about appeals processes, needing a manager, blah blah... not my finest hour. The woman who was helping me stayed cool, calm, and helpful talking me down such that by the time I left I was in a good mood. I really appreciate they're service and kindness. I rented a car online and when I got there to pick up my rental the staff were busy so the manager Devin came and helped me and walked me through the lot to find a car in the pouring rain asked about why I needed the rental and suggested a Hybrid to save on gas for my trip! Good, friendly service. I first got a 2-door Cobalt which I quickly learned to hate. I was able to switch this out to a car in the same size class with 4 doors that I preferred so much more, a Sentra. And NO HASSLE from the guys at this Enterprise location. This review is overdue from Christmas time! We rented through Costco travel and this enterprise was hundreds of $ cheaper than sea tac airport! We were able to get a good deal on intermediate SUV. Our only concern was that we wanted AWD for the drive from Seattle to spokane. The agents at enterprise were able to give us an AWD vehicle (Jeep Compass) and even offered an upgrade for a decent price. We will definitely be going back to THIS enterprise if we need an vehicle in Seattle again! read more

This has got to be by far, The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. First I would like to start off by saying I've been a customer at this enterprise for almost 3 years. I've consistently used the services and paid every penny I've ever owed them. One employee Dennis he was the nicest guy there, I usually dealt with him and never had a problem. BUT this Rachel chick has got to be the most condescending person I have ever met. For the past 3 months I was using one of their cars and they were debiting my account faithfully. This past week there was some type of glitch and the money wasn't taken from my account. Now, I have a very busy schedule and between work and school I can't make it down to their lot before it closes. So there's a problem and the money didn't come out of my account and I get a call from this chick Rachel telling me the car is $100 behind and I also need to do a rewrite. Im thibkibg wierd, the noney is definitely in the account but im like whatever she probably wants to just get me to come in becuase its been while. So I say ok I'm going to try and make it there before 6. So the day goes by I'm running out of time I call back and speak with another rep and I tell him I won't be able to be there by 6 today but I'll definitely be there tmmrw to get this issue resolved, he says ok I'll make a note. End of story right? Not in the slightest. I get a call the next day from Rachel I answer the phone here she is telling me she is going to report the car stolen if I don't come bring it in. I'm like how can you report it stolen when my money is on the card and all you have to do is debit it like the other 30 times you've ever taken money from me? She then goes to say we charged your card twice and it declined. I told her the money's there there should be no reason for it declining. By this time I'm livid. Stolen! Are you effing kidding me?? The money is in the bank you have my bank card info, I'm coming to do a rewrite and your trying to accuse me of stealing a effing rental car! This is what I'm thinking to myself. So I come and return the car and when I try to pay her she wont take my debit card, telling me I need to bring in a money order. It's almost 6 o'clock, I'm not going to get a money order when my card is right here and you can take the payment. So she ends up just giving me a bill and ensures me that I won't be on the DNR list. Guess what I'm on the dnr list. I will never do business here ever again. How can you treat a loyal customer like sh*t after all the money I've invested in this f*cking company and they put me on a blacklist. That's insane. Okay, so check it out - I'm in line and the lady at the counter has to tell the guy in front of me that he can't rent from them because - dig this - back in '04, he abandoned one of their vehicles which was then stolen and totaled. And the guy was, like, twice her height and outweighed her by a tugboat. And he looked mean - mean enough to dump a rental car in the East River, anyway. I'm sure she was thinking that this guy was going to pinch her head off and laugh about it to his pals when he got back to the Kriminal Klubhouse. But she disarmed him with her charm! It was awesome! I had to do a super long rental for work. I got my first car which was not what I had originally requested (or rather, what my company requested) because they did not take into consideration how many people were coming. REALLY poor planning on their part. So I drove away in a car after standing around for an hour... Yes there were a ton of us, but they KNEW there were going to be a ton of us. I had to exchange my car, but they did not want to try to accommodate my schedule. They always asked if I can try to make one of their time slots. -I'm not an employee of Enterprise... why would I make accommodations for them? Strike 1 in their customer service department. When I came back, I had to leave on a commercial flight out of SEATAC so I called to alert them that I was planning on taking my car back to SEATAC instead of their usual lot. They told me that its the only car of that kind that they have, and that they would really appreciate it if I don't drop it off at SEATAC... they wanted me to drive the car over to their offices and exchange it for a difference car that I could leave at SEATAC. I explained to them that I work at night, 12 hours and that I sleep during the day. I was staying in Greenlake, they could come and swap it out for me... Not the case. They said its "too far" and persisted to asked if there was any way I could maybe get there anyways. NO! I really was not interested in waking up early, driving to their office to exchange for a car that THEY wanted back so bad. If they want a car back THAT bad, they can come "pick me up". Strike 2 and 3. Bad bad customer service. I have gotten an attitude from them before. Not okay for me. F- for service. Not to mention every car I have gotten had an empty tank of gas, which in my eyes is cheating because you can never return it exactly with an empty tank of gas. They always win with a little more gas than they gave it out with. Their cars have always been kinda dirty too (have found previous renter's rental agreements in the center console). SCAM ALERT from Georgetown Enterprise Car Rental. Rent elsewhere. Or learn from my 8/3/12 car rental experience. advice: 1. Do NOT accept car w/o a full tank of gas. Enterprise employees, Mel and Craig, tried to send me off with a car with a 2/3 full of gas tank.(somehow this is ok w/corporate policy). While they do not have gas reserves on site, there are 3 gas stations within 1/4" mile. 2. Be careful when returning during closed office hours. They charged my credit card for an extra day without authorization as I returned car on Saturday afternoon(office closed from Sat Noon until Mon 7:30am. There is a car key drop box..)Take a cell phone picture with time date of key return. When I called the office about being incorrectly charged for an add'l day/Sunday, Cody instantly reversed cc charge, which was nice, but suspicious. Suspicious in the fact that Cody did no investigation on this and instantly claimed that it was a new employee's mistake. hmmm. 3. Make sure they have an email address to send all credit card charges. They didn't ask for one upfront and I only knew about unauthorized credit card charge when I called credit card company to check. Office hours are short, which is understandable given this location. Don't trust their system of off-hours return. Don't trust Enterprise. This is the best, most personable car rental place I've ever been to. Friendly on the phone, quick and friendly (at 7AM!) when I went in to pick up the Van. I had a college friend that was hired right out of school by enterprise and she always said that this was a progressive company. In the sea of car rental companies out there, that always stuck with me. Instead of being disappointed, Enterprise went above my expectations. The people at the office were young and energetic. I had to update my review because a particular employee at this location went above and beyond to settle a billing issue that I had. I rented from this location about a few weeks ago and had a flight to catch the evening of the day the rental was due and I wouldn't be able to return the car until after it was closed. The next day I realized I had been charged for an extra day (they're on a 24 hour billing cycle). I called very confused about why I was charged for a day when the car was returned the night that it was due. Emma was very patient and walked me through their billing process and helped me understand why I was charged extra. She then escalated this to a manager and I was refunded the charge for the extra day. Awesome customer service! Thanks Emma! Will be renting with you again in the future. read more

I had the pleasure of meeting Emma at my bodyshop pick up. She was professional and engaging. We arrived at the rental location, and within in minutes I was out and in an upgrade that she provided based on the insurance and my current vehicle. I later found out that she too had transferred up here from San Francisco. Enterprise was a dear client of mine in the Bay Area and I do miss working with them. Despite being flooded with customers and only having one guy on staff to help everyone AND man the telephones, I had a good experience at this small rental location. I can't remember the last time I had such a terrible car rental experience. I rent a car at least once a month, and I will never rent from Enterprise again, just based off the experience from this location. Customer service was terrible from the beginning and only got worse when I returned the car. They found an extremely small section of damage on the underside of the bumper. I would have never seen it on the initial inspection and I didn't hit anything so I assume it must have been there when I got the car. Regardless, they pointed it out when I got back of course. Most car rental places don't even consider small things on the bumper to be damage, let alone something under the car, but they certainly did. For something that could have been fixed for $50, they charged me for a new bumper, paint (why would they have to paint a new bumper!), a $100 administration fee!, and various other chargers that totaled to $900! Avoid this place like the plague! I'll be contacting the BBB shortly and pointing my work colleagues and friends towards other rental companies from now on. read more
