My car had been acting kind of sketchy so we'd debated whether or not to take it and I had priced out renting thru Avis Braintree. But, we had the car checked and decided it would be ok. WRONG DECISION. An hour into our trip my car died with all vacation stuff and baby stuff packed into the car. I left my husband and baby and Uber'd to Avis Woburn. I explained the situation. First they checked the current prices and informed me that since I last got a quote two days previous, the prices tripled due to the holiday. They then managed to honor my original quote even though I had given them no commitment! This new price was based on me making the drive to the Woburn location from my home in Holbrook. 3 weeks later when I got my car back and was ready to return the rental, my son had a very high fever and stomach bug. I called Avis Woburn and explained that if I returned the car there it would mean a 3 hour round trip for my baby that I did not want to subject him to sick. They were able to work out a Braintree location return for me at no extra charge. I was so impressed and they made several difficult situations much easier for me!

Apparently; because I prepaid, they also could not transfer or refund my reservation - "only corporate can do that." Instead of apologizing, they make excuses - "Logan location didn't send us any vehicles" "we tried to call you" "actually, because you booked on Expedia we didn't have your phone number to let you know" (so did you call me or not?). I have called to speak with customer service, but they can only take your number and promise to have someone call you back that day. I have called 5 times over 6 days with no return call. I found some email addresses online, which have also been ignored. Customer Service chats have gone unanswered. Tomorrow I will file a complaint with the FTC, BBB and Attorney Generals Office. What kind of company won't even let you speak to a customer service rep?

We decided to rent a vehicle for a few days but every car rental agency I called either didn't have any vehicles or their prices were high. I was so glad when I called Hertz at 911 Main Street in Woburn. Agent Shakira was extremely accommodating including picking me up from my nearby hotel so that I didn't have to Uber. Shakira was a delight to interact with and made my rental experience seamless. On top of that, the rental price was the best in town! I would 100% recommend using this Woburn Hertz for any vehicle rental needs! You made our time around the Boston area better!

Basically your options are.. A.) Park in the fenced area out back and hope your ride doesn't get towed or.. B.) Park awkwardly in front of their other parked rentals and (you guessed it) hope your ride doesn't get towed. Parking anomalies aside however, Enterprise is still commodious as ever when it comes to booking a rental in a crunch. In this instance, I was having some customization work being done on my car in Stoneham. Apropos, I called upon their Wakefield location because I also needed a ride from Stoneham to their office. Luckily for me, Enterprise was more than happy to oblige. They even gave me a ride back to my original pickup spot after recompensing the rental. Fancy that! All the usual accommodations one comes to expect from Enterprise are alive and present here as well. Turn your rental in ahead of the scheduled time or date? You get a partial refund and only pay for the actual time the car was used. Just be sure to bring it back with equal to or more fuel than it had upon pickup. The staff here are super cool and chill, too. I'd certainly do business with them again if my particular circumstances required it. With that, I'm giving Enterprise in Wakefield 5 cramp but findable parking lots out of 5.

Because of some issues on their end nothing has been straightforward, simple, or accommodating. I cannot be without a car (who can?) and I needed to rent one. I came thru the door with 100 questions, expecting more aggravation, and preparing myself for more confusion. Luckily Mackenzie was behind the counter. She was, and has been, the only one throughout this whole process that's been not only helpful, but a pleasure to deal with. Just a really good person. She had an answer for questions that she wasn't even required to have answers for! Helped us out in every way we needed. Gave me 3-5 different options on what I would like to drive off the lot, and made the entire process simple. It was one of those experiences where you leave and think to yourself "I don't need to work there to know that that place would be LOST without her!" What a valuable employee. I really hope Enterprise somehow reads this because she helped the person out in front of me just the same, and I was walking out she was already greeting the next person with the same "happy to help" cadence. Awesome. I wish her the best in whatever she does, but customer service should definitely be something she stays with!

All of this happened at the beginning of the covid-19 crisis and I didn't think i would be able to get the car until after due to most RMV's being closed. Damien at Enterprise Car Sales is phenomenal…read more My fiancé and I had spent the day driving around to different dealerships testing a number of used cars, and were both just re-remembering how painful the car buying process is: you always feel like you're getting ripped off, or that the people you're talking to aren't 100% trustworthy/on your side, that they're there to persuade you to buy something more expensive, the whole thing. And then we made it to Enterprise, and Damien was the complete opposite. He remembered important details from our initial call (like our price range, my "dream" car, the fact that I was a fitness instructor haha all of it). He had those cars literally already ready to go for us. He wasn't pushy *at all,* which made us want to work with him. And then above all, he was just SUCH a nice guy. So genuine, so helpful, and a lot of fun to work with. We ended up coming away with a car we LOVE (2019 Nissan Rogue with 34k miles!) at a good deal with good financing. Only one things I'd say could make the experience better (neither of which has anything to do with Damien, who is amazing, but is just a heads up): The technology to get a quote on financing and walk through details for the car is just... painfully slow. Plan to budget well over an hour to get through it (we hit this snag both when getting a quote, and then again when actually coming back to buy the car) Otherwise, highly recommend Enterprise, but specifically recommend working with Damien!

Broken Key Fob: The car was not ready on my scheduled pickup day because the key fob was broken. I was handed the broken key and a locksmith's contact info, with the promise that Enterprise would cover the repair. The locksmith has been completely unresponsive, leaving me to resolve the issue on my own. Missing Second Key: The CPO vehicle only came with one key. When I raised this concern, the salesperson claimed that modern cars only come with one key. However, the Mazda manual explicitly states that two are provided. The Woburn office made no effort to supply the missing second key and asked me to get it done myself. Handing over a vehicle with a single, broken key and leaving the customer to manage the repairs and procure a second key definitely left a bad taste. Going forward, I am not so sure if I could do business with Enterprise again.
