Very nice Thai restaurant in the Astoria section of Queens. I ordered the coconut shrimp and spring roll appetizers and both were absolutely delicious. For my main dish I ordered the Snapper over steamed vegetables. It was an entire red snapper crispy fried and seasoned perfectly. The sauce had just the right amount of spiciness and flavor. The service was great, the ambience was casual and if I'm ever in Astoria again I would def come back! I didn't have drinks but they had a full menu of beer, wine and cocktails. While in the Astoria neighborhood, we were craving some Thai food and saw Enthaice on Yelp. This place is a cute little gem with amazing food and even better service! Our waiter constantly refilled our waters, brought us out new utensils, and checked in with us to see if we wanted anything else. For dinner, we ordered Thai chicken wings to share (came with 6 pieces) and were amazingly crispy! The sauce the wings came with tasted like chili lime sauce and it was really good after you get used to the first bite. For entrees, we got the Pad Kee Mao with beef and the Pad See Yew with beef. Although the Pad see Yew had way more noodles than beef, and the Pad Kee Mao got all the beef with very little noodles, the food was really good and the potato crisp on top made everything worth it. Small place, nicely decorated, attentive staff, with focus on plating of food. The dishes came out like artwork. Even the plates were unique. The ribs appetizer was excellent. For main, we ordered the crispy red snapper and duck in chu chee sauce, which was a little spicy but good. The snapper was too crispy for my liking and didnt pair well with the lime dressing. Wish I got different sauce but risk you take when trying something new. The one thing I didnt like was the thai ice tea. All ice and glass wasn't filled to top. Usually get a second, but passed. So surprised given the obvious effort they put into their food. Dessert menu is small but we love green tea ice cream so ordered. Unfortunately they ran out so passed on dessert. If you know by now, you know that I am a huge thai fan & for not being there I must say that I feel I have had enough thai to be picky. Enthaice Thai Kitchen does not disappoint -- they honestly have the perfect mix of heat to flavor to texture to happiness in every bite. We tried the staples and my favorite dish was easily the mussmun curry with a side of their delectable peanut sauce and roti -- may sound like an unconventional combination however, the rice, roti, curry & peanut sauce if eaten in the correct order create such a perfect aroma of taste flavor explosions that you'll truly be begging to come back for more. Honest to god, the rest of the items we tasted were also great but that mussmun curry (spelled different than usual but that's neither here nor there!) was out of this world. As for ambiance, they have outdoor seating, a fairly decently sized interior -- we had 8 and they fit us perfectly with the remaining tables all filled to capacity. The service was honestly top tier -- typically when you go to the city, most restaurants if not all know that you don't need great service or good food or even a clean restaurant because they know tourists, locals and even folks walking by are bound to eventually try any restaurant Enthaice Thai Kitchen did not follow the norm, the staff that we met with incredibly professional, helpful and honest to god, made us feel right at home as if we were in our living room having a casual fun conversation. Went here on a non busy Sunday evening located in the heart of Astoria. Beautiful restaurant love the decor ambiance is relaxing and romantic. The food was delicious we ordered roti mussamun and crispy Thai spring rolls for appetizer and drunken noodles w/beef and tofu for entree. Parking is a bit of a struggle here for sure as it's Astoria given but we got lucky to find a spot. My only complaint is service is not exceptional not even mediocre personally our host wasn't very attentive. Since I am vegetarian and my friend is not we wanted to get the combo appetizer for two. The combo only had 1 vegetarian item which was the spring roll and wanted to substitute one of the items crab rangoon for either spring rolls or roti as they were the same price as we were willing to pay the difference. But the host was very much adamant about the fact they cannot substitute, which honestly made no sense as it's one item and majority of the places are fine with such requests. Enthaice is perhaps one of our go to Thai restaurants in Astoria and there's a few so that says something. The ambiance, food and service is amazing. Every duck entree is delicious - trust me we've tried them all. The only downside is since it's a small eatery and often packed- the wait is sometimes very long. Super great Thai food, with great service. I got the beef pad see ew and my boyfriend got the pad gra pow and we shared the chicken pad Thai. All the dishes were delicious and they came out fast. What a spot! Cozy small dining room with unique and beautiful decor. Dimly lit and great for small groups or a romantic night out. The service is quick and the wait staff is knowledgeable. Ordered pad kee mao, khao soi, massamun (sp?) curry and basil fried rice and they were all delicious, fairly priced with hefty portions. Pretty certain i'll be eating these leftovers for a long time coming. Doordash delivery was on time and quick and everything was packaged nicely. OMGGGG if anyone knows me they know I'm a Thai FREAK This restaurant did it's job in up holding that Thai reputation for me. I personally got the Mango Fish which was D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S!! It came with a side of rice and a mojito. My friends got Steak and Duck which was also tasty. The Duck had a curry kick to it and the steak had a pretty traditional taste and was thick. One of my favorite Thai Restaurants in NYC (located in Astoria and worth the trip from Manhattan). Specializes in Northern Thai cuisine (heck, I like Thai food so I don't get the nuance). I have been here too many times to count and have tried most of the menu items. Never had a bad dish. Everything is packaged with flavors and thoughtfully presented. They will moderate the spice level if you asked. They lose a star for two reasons (1) average drinks and (2) they charge for chili in fish sauce (really?). That cost is negligible to owners. Also, service can be a bit better. Once food is served, there's no more contact until you wave someone down. read more

The Pad thai and Pad see ew were well cooked with a delicious sauce. The waitress told me the Jungle curry would be very spicy for us but it wasn't for us. Came with a friend for dinner yesterday and ordered a sangria for happy hour, a papaya salad to share, and a shrimp pad Thai. Everything was great! The sangria had some berries in it which I was all for, the papaya salad was really fresh and crunchy and delicious, and the pad Thai had lots of shrimp with perfectly cooked noodles. My only complaint for the pad thai is that it was ever slightly too sweet for my liking. It seems like they don't take reservations, but we walked in at 5:30 (on a Tuesday though) with no issue. I'll definitely be back and I'm excited to try some more items in their menu! read more

I ordered the Drunken Noodle with extra beef and it did not disappoint. Tasted like any good quality dish and was extremely satisfied with the portions. Normally I can down an entire dish to myself in one sitting feeling still hungry but this plate was loaded. They were really quick to prepare my order and I felt very comfortable with the their takeout / pickup set up as we keep our "Social Distance." Thrilled by the reviews, beautiful decor, and clever name, I was eager to try what some call the best-in-Astoria Thai spot. To my dismay, I left unimpressed after the the meal but thought this place does deserve better food. Let me explain what I mean. Fortuitously, we tried a number of different dishes here. The coconut shrimp tasted more like shrimp coconut. It had too little/thin shrimp and too much coconut. The waitress voluntarily changed out the plate for the better but greasy curry puffs. The tom yum soup shined as the MVP of the meal even though it was my first time to try one with bell peppers. The red curry came out more on the bland side while the pad thai was way too strongly flavored. We ended up hardly touching the entree dishes. What I mean by Enthaice deserving better food is that they should focus more on the food to live up to the awesome location, gorgeous interior, and decent service. Although Enthaice far exceeds House of Thai in many factors, food is not one of them quite unfortunately. This is hands down the best thai restaurant in astoria. It is a perfect date night spot, the restaurant is beautifully decorated and it was packed when we went and its not a hole in the wall like some other thai restaurants. We got the pad kee mao which normally comes in a burning heat but they adjusted the level of spiciness for us. The food was spectacular and the serving was huge! They also included veggies which i really appreciated, the noodles were fresh and the flavor was there! We also got curry puffs which were not fantastic but definitely good. The server and hostess were super sweet. This place is our to go spot from now on. I have already recommended this restaurant to all my coworkers who frequent astoria. This place is definitely a neighborhood gem. *Tip: they are super accommodating and understand that thai spice may be overwhelming for the american palate. If you're in need of a go-to Thai place in Astoria, Enthaice Thai Kitchen is a great option. There's nice indoor and outdoor seating. The food comes out fairly quickly, but it depends on how busy it is. On the two times I've visited, I've had the chicken drunken noodles and chicken wings. The chicken drunken noodles is pretty tasty -- the portions are big with lots of flavorful veggies, chicken, and noodles. This is one of my go to westernized Thai restaurants. I say westernized because I lived four years in Thailand and I now know the difference and to be honest with you my frang (foreigner) palette cannot handle the spiciness or certain herbs traditional to truly authentic Thai food. It's just me. So here these are generally some of my favorites. Very fresh and tasty. We also had the garlic beef and the clear soup with glass noddles. My friend who does have the proper palette to appreciate authentic Thai food and also lived in Thailand for four years loves the Tom Yum soup here and he asks for extra spicy. Overall wait when I went: 0 minutes, we were immediately seated right away upon entering. The ambiance is nice and clean and wasn't crowded. Service was pleasant and everything was served in a timely manner. Super yummy spot for Thai in the area~ The curry puffs were the favorite dish with the party I went with, the sweet sauce that came with it also gave a bit of a bright note and goes really well with the fried curry puffs. We also ordered the pad thai and hung le. Both dishes were implemented well. Sauce for the Hung Le was really good, I believe it had tamarind in it, and it went well with the glutinous rice. We did find certain parts of the Hung Le to be different, 3 different cuts all varied in terms of texture and moistness. One piece was overall dry but when you eat the other pieces it's phenomenal.
