We're still with Enviroguard and have no plans to switch. Ian McNeil has been our tech for a while and he's always great--always very courteous, thorough and goes the extra mile. I've seen other pest control techs spend not even a quarter of the time that Ian spends on our exterior and interior. I appreciate how he takes our concerns seriously and addresses them. DO NOT USE ENVIROGUARD! If your stuck in your contract like many of you are, request for them to come back and respray as many times as you can. REQUEST THE FOLLWING EACH TIME THEY COME OUT. 1) MSDS SHEET 2) Ask for the chemical log book and take a picture. 3) Ask for there SPCS license TAKE A PICTURE -If they do not provide these 3 services you can turn them in for non compliance of State code. Turn them in to your local EPA, BBB, and OSHA. I will be filing a complaint to the BBB today for service promised and not delivered per contract. I highly suggest you do the same. This will be a public record so when the legal action takes place you could be part of any retribution. But we all know this will take time to achieve. However keep the complaints coming and request the items above and call the offices until they take care of you. -Most immortally be nice even though you do not want too. read more

The salesperson stated multiple times this is not a contract and you can cancel at anytime. That was a lie. They will not let you out of your contract. I "cancelled" service and they have now turned me into collections saying I owe them 271 dollars for cancelling the contract. Terrible business practices. I would recommend using another company that doesn't scam you. You never know when life events will happen and you are unknowingly locked into an overpriced pest control service for 12 months. read more

Do not ever use EnviroGuard pest control service ! I was told by their salesman Drew Forrest Kastl it would take two separate monthly applications to get rid of the pest and if they weren't gone after the second spray, I could cancel their pest service with absolutely no charge whatsoever. They sprayed my house twice and the bugs are worse than I've ever seen it in my 22 years of living here in Ransom Canyon. It's like they sprayed my house with sugar water. So already frustrated I went to cancel their service and now these crooks want to charge me a extra 200.00 cancellation fee on top of their normal expensive fee !!! Frustrating experience. The initial sales rep was nice enough and told us about an initial fee, and then service every two months. At the time I requested to be serviced at a particular time of the month, which he agreed to. One month later I was serviced and charged again. It took many phone calls to try and resolve. Every time since they have attempted to schedule a service call at the wrong time. Just getting someone on the phone is hard. I want to do business with companies who do what they say they will do. This company apparently doesn't and makes it really hard to work with them. I do not recommend working with them for your pest control service. read more

I'm not sure why this company has decided to act poorly with me, but trust me when I tell you there are much better companies out there with an Operations and Customer team that's well ran. This company dispatched service to my home when I used their automated messaging to reschedule, which is what they tell you to do. The company also set me up on auto-payments without my authorization and never offered a refund, they just "applied it to my next service". Lastly, they cancelled my account without my asking, probably because I was outspoken about how poorly operated they are, and now they've kicked me out of my own portal while simultaneously texting me telling me to log in and pay for my last service before they cancelled me. The left hand doesn't talk to the right at Enviroguard, and they're too small of a company to be this incompetent. read more

He provided "pro tips" on ways to better deter rodents from the house and sealed our garage coverings to ensure snakes would remain outside. He even dusted all the cobwebs from around our house and I have never seen a pest control company do that (even though Freddie said they're all supposed to do it!). If your about to use this service you may want to think again and shop around first. They promise a lot, and BS their way into getting you to sign up and say they don't do contracts. Then they use hi pressure tactics to force you into staying with them. Telling you that your trial is now charged $250 and a cancel fee because you had 1 day to cancel. They will try to have a high pressure sales person come to your house and lie to you about what they do and withhold information to get you to sign, Don't. They are the Most nasty people that is only out for your money. Call someone else!!! read more

We were really unhappy with the services we received from Enviroguard during the last 4-5 months. It took 3 visits to get a gnat situation under control. On the third visit the manager, Ean, came and stated that the prior tech actually didn't treat the problem and made it worse. Every time a guy came out, we would still have spider webs and wasp nests all over the house. They would come, spray the yard and that was basically it. I can do that on my own thanks. After 4 months of treatment, we were still getting scorpions and spiders in the house. Honestly, they didn't do anything. Their techs are not knowledgable and I'm pretty sure they just don't care. Some of their employees are not very reliable. They give you below standard service, no documentation as to what is done and the company then negotiates with you by offering next service free. I've had 2 technicians come out and do half *** job. I pay for flea spray in yard and both times they didn't spray and were done in record braking time. The replacement person did everything he was suppose to and it took 20 minutes instead of 7. When you pay over$100 dollars you should get what you contracted. It cost me $150 cancellation fee which the woman had sent through before our conversation was finished. I guess speed is their motto not great service. Sign up with other companies unless you want bad service at an expensive fee. read more

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! When I was sold this service, I was told that I could cancel any time and not be charged any fee. I called to discontinue my mosquito service because it did not work at all after 4 months of service, I was told i would have to pay the remainder of my 12 month service contract. This is not what I was told at all. Then I told them, if that is the case, just cancel everything and was told that would be an additional charge as well. I was happy with my old service from Barefoot Mosquito, I should have known better to switch over price. read more

Disappointed in this company. They scammed us. We signed up just over a month ago and have an ant infestation now. They refused to send someone out in a timely manner. I asked to cancel my service and they argued and said there would be fees. The assistant manager kept interrupting me and was not willing to be helpful. Their salesman Cory specially said it is a one time treatment, with no contract involved. To sum it up, he lied. Now I see I am getting charged each month, and the termination fee costed me $200. Was told $50 would be initial charge, wound up costing me $86.60. 4 days in a row Brooke and other employees told me they would call me back and issue a refund, this has been a 3 week issue. Update- they refunded me the money they over charged, after 5 days of them saying a supervisor would call me and update me on the situation.
