Enzo Collision is very trustworthy and does great work. A car behind me on the freeway rammed into me at a pretty high speed while traffic was slowing to a stop, causing my car to have some damage to the front and back, including internal unibody frame damage. Crown had the lowest estimate in the area for this quite significant amount of damage. When I got my car back everything looked good as new. The car drives great and does not feel like it's driving "crooked" at all despite it having damage to the frame, so I think they did a great job with the repairs. Eyal is awesome and honest, as are all the other staff I talked to. I had been to a different, dishonest body shop with my car initially (that shop was trying to total my car unnecessarily in order to make a profit and milk insurance for money). So you can imagine that my trust had been quite shaken by that unfortunate experience and I was looking for a shop that would actually be honest. Eyal was incredibly patient, helpful and understanding throughout the whole process. He honestly answered all my questions and took the time to build up the trust I needed in order to feel comfortable leaving my car at the shop. This is honestly the best body shop in town, I own a Honda Civic Hatchback 2018 and I got strongly hit from the rear back. This guys were very helpful and kind throughout the process. They were very quick and the job was done perfectly, so neat, that no one would be able to tell that the car suffered a car crash. Every time I tried to contact them, they replied in the matter of seconds. They washed my car and even vacuumed the inside area before giving the car back to me. My car had not been driven in over a year because of the pandemic... It had become filthy with grime while parked in my open garage in Hollywood ... The battery lost its charge... and the registration had expired bc I needed a smog check... Enzo towed my car from Hollywood to Burbank, charged the battery, detailed the car, had my car pass the smog check, and got my updated registration card and sticker.. I had a hit and run, but luckily the police could find the guy who caused the accident. His insurance covered all the repairs (front bumper and the driver's side fender). I have a difficult color of the car (dark red with black and purple) but guys from the Enzo body shop matched and paintthe parts very well.
