I been many times and every single time. They very professional and quick. I will alway do my oil change here.

Either they are scum bags or they're terrible at what they do. My family and I had check engine light come on while we were 400 miles away from home and with our hotel expiring in three days. It had a cylinder 1 misfire. We took our vehicle here cause of the good reviews, but we shouldn't have. He charged us nearly $800 for valve adjustment operation that didn't fix the problem and that likely wasn't even needed since based on diagrams of Honda Odysseys, the one he "repaired" appeared to be cylinder 4. I should have been more diligent and checked before hand. Then when it didn't work he recommended changing the timing belt cause it was "1 tooth off" and wanted to charge us over 1000 for it too. It didn't make sense that the timing belt would be the issue because if that's off, misfires would not be isolated to one cylinder. I asked if he had checked the coils, spark plugs, and injectors and he claimed they were all in specs. I took a risk and drove it back to my mechanic. Sure enough, the timing belt WAS fine. All my mechanic had to do was MOVE THE INJECTORS to find out that the INJECTOR caused the misfire. Boy have I learned my lesson. The mechanic, Eddie, really took me and my family for a ride knowing that we were stressing about having to leave. Thanks a lot for clearing us out and taking advantage of us. read more

I found this shop on Yelp and was very impressed by all the five star reviews! I also really liked how Eddie sent me a text message quote after my request was sent to several businesses. I scheduled an appointmenr and was extremely pleased to be in/out in under 30 minutes. Eddie also told me all the services they performed and I was never upsold additional products/services which as a female usually happens at car places. I highly recommend this shop and my co-worker plans to get her upcoming oil change done here too. They are truly a rare find - excellent value and honest?!? Excellent service and reasonable prices. Upon arriving, Eddie immediately assisted me. He was very helpful and thorough. He provided me with a diagnostic and fixed my car in a timely manner. What I appreciated the most is how professional they are! Upon checking-in, he had me complete a form (which he thoroughly reviewed after submitting) then after sharing a diagnostic, he sent photos with a detailed description and pricing of what the car needed and what I was potentially going to pay. The system he established is very effective and provides transparency, which I feel most auto shops do not do. I am definitely keeping Enzo's Garage in mind for the future. The response and turnaround time was amazing! I had asked for a quote on Monday and we had everything fixed by Tuesday. Eddie and his crew stayed later after their closing time to ensure I'd have a car to go to work the following day. His prices are very fair - when I asked for a quote from the dealership, they were charging me essentially for just the part alone what Eddie was charging me including labor and taxes. I don't usually rate places on Yelp, let alone auto repair shops - but Enzo's Garage is simply something else. Eddie and Eddie Sr. (owner and father) are amazing people who genuinely value the time of their customers. From making great conversation, to offering coffee and water, they truly made me feel like home. They even gave me a ride back to my house as I had no one to take me back during the repair! As for the repair itself, the time it took to call, quote, and repair my vehicle was half the amount of time it would've taken had I gone anywhere else. All of the inspections were documented through pictures and listed on a site which they update constantly. Now the most important part for customers: they tell you exactly what parts need to be replaced and what parts are good - all while taking pictures of everything. I can't recommend Enzo's Garage enough if you are in the RC area. read more

Cannot begin to tell you how much I appreciated the service of the family-owned business. I drove from San Bernardino to Rancho as their price quoted for a full synthetic oil change with tire rotation and inspection was fast and well done. Very clean, offered me coffee and water. Small world as Eddie Sr. lived near where I grew up and we chatted for some time. He's very appreciative of his customers. I had actually went to Drakes Goodyear on Baseline in San Bernardino and the guy there was a jerk and did not bother to even look at my owner's manual. He stated that I needed 0-40 SAE Synthetic Oil. What? That's for very cold weather below 20 degrees. He stated he did not care what the book said and would only do what a computer told him was right. Just a rude place to go and dirty. I will be going back to Eddie at Enzo's for my next auto service. read more

Found this place on Groupon but they were able to match the discounted oil change price in person (so you don't have to wait the unnecessary 24 hours to use the Groupon after purchase). I was helped by Eddie who answered all my many questions and was super patient with me when I had to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. You can see from the photos that this place is super clean and the waiting room looks nice as well! Not many shops like this offer an official waiting room/lobby area so it's nice to see that's available to be more comfortable while waiting instead of having to stand around outside or on a curb of a parking lot like many other places similar to this type of shop. I can say with confidence you'll definitely get quality service from here and Eddie's a great guy. He's the kind of person you can actually trust with you car and because of that, I highly recommend this place for your car maintenance needs! read more

I checked in with Enzo Garage about getting my 2015 Subaru WRX's throw out bearing replaced. Eddie gave me an offer that was great value for the amount of work this job entailed. I knew it was going to be a pricey job but the amount of praise everyone has gave Enzo's Garage put me at ease. Not only did the owner Eddie stay in touch with me throughout the process, his turn around time for a job this big was astonishingly quick. Once he let me know the car was good he packaged up a nice service report with all the pictures of the carnage of my previous throw out bearing. Got my car back in a day 1/2 (probably sooner if they didn't have to order a throw out bearing) and it drove flawless, would absolutely recommend Eddie's shop to anyone needing to get any sort of work done to their car. read more

Came here because of a discounted oil change service and it was well worth the price. Awesome customer service, great attention to detail, best mom & pop type car shop I have been to.
