I will say this about Epic Limo, they are very fast to respond, very courteous and their prices are very competitive. There is a reason they have so many reviews with pretty much a perfect rating. If you don't believe the other reviewers, then maybe myself being a long time Yelp Elite member can confirm that what people are saying is true. For those very techy folks in the bay area, they can easily work with you electronically and they can have you setup all through email/chat interactions. But you can also contact them old school on the phone. As i mentioned their staff responds very quickly. I was assisted by Vinnia J and she was very pleasant to work with. They have a variety of choices in their fleet and are up to date with their line up. I have used Epic since prior to Covid and just started traveling again, so naturally I went back to Epic. My first ride with them post Covid was a horrible experience and I did write a review on Yelp. Got a call from Irwan to ask if my ride was really that bad. I told him about my experience and he apologized and said he would do more training. I decided to give them another chance since I had more travels. The two rides after that conversation were wonderful. The drivers were kind and considerate. Showed up a few minutes early, helped with my bags and my 6 year old grandson. I was sure that my bad experience was a fluke because since then all the drivers were as wonderful as my previous experiences. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. This company is not reliable for bookings. In January, I spoke with two people who assured me they could get a minibus and a larger charter bus to Stinson Beach. Two weeks before my event, I called to reserve. I was told that they no longer had smaller buses, and offered a 37 person bus. However, I was then told that the company's drivers had decided that they no longer wanted to travel to this location. They also shifted responsibility for the change in decision onto me for not providing the specific address, but this seems like an unlikely cause since my event was in a very accessible location. Very confusing. I want to be clear that the negative review was not for being out of smaller buses since I had waited to reserve, but rather for changing their communication about the ability of their larger buses to travel to Stinson and for confusing explanations about the change in decision. I think Epic needs to work on communication among their staff and communication respectfully with customers. Thankfully, I was able to book with another company immediately - I'm not sure why Irwin thinks I was turned away at all. Save yourself the unnecessary stress and reserve elsewhere. We used Epic Limousine for a 4-hr trip around the city on a Friday afternoon after my husband & I got married at San Francisco City Hall in June. It was great! Our driver was Fred, and he was very polite and professional; he drove all throughout the city very safely to our destinations and helped take pictures of us with my camera when we stopped at fun city landmarks. He was readily available and waiting and we could text him to give him a head's up when we'd be done at each stop so he'd be ready to pull up and pick us up for the next destination. It was all very easy and low stress as he maneuvered through the city in a large limo on a busy Friday afternoon with traffic! Also, Irwandie is extremely responsive which is so important for a busy bride :) He's very quick to response via email or text, and very friendly. We had a fantastic experience with Epic Limousine! I was referred to Epic by my cousin who used their service on a recent trip to Sonoma. He only had good things to say, so I gave them a call when I was looking for a limo company to take 9 friends to Napa. Irwandie was great through the whole process. He was able to match the price he gave to my cousin and accommodated to all our extra requests. Not to mention, I probably called/emailed them about five times before the trip to ask 50 questions, and he was so nice through it all! All my questions were answered and they assured me that everything would be taken care of on the day of the trip. On Saturday, our driver (Hector) showed up right on time. Communication was fantastic, he gave me a call half an hour before to confirm location and time. When we got in the limo, it was extremely clean and was fully stocked with champagne and water per our requests. In the contract, we specified which wineries we wanted to go to so they could map out their route. Throughout the day, Hector was always in touch and even helped keep us on schedule to ensure we could visit all the wineries we wanted to. One of my friends wasn't feeling well and stayed in the limo, so Hector took the time to find shaded parking so my friend could be comfortable. Overall-- the service & experience was exceptional. I recently hired Epic Limousine for a friend's birthday party to host and drive us to Napa for a wine tasting tour. I called almost every limo service in San Francisco and Epic was able to give us the best deal. Our limo service was fantastic. Our driver, Loy, was very friendly and accommodated all of our needs. We gave him a list of wineries and he was able to navigate and get us to all of our tasting appointments on time. The limo itself was very clean and spacious inside. We fit 9 girls inside comfortably. The limo had everything we needed: ice, plenty of glasses for our BYOB champagne, an ipod plug in, moon roof, and bottles of water were provided. It'd be better if they also provided a bottle of champagne (even though we brought our own haha), because most limos I've been in do this. My only complaint is that at the end of our service, he expected us to pay him the entire bill in cash! We thought that was really weird. After he dropped us off, 6 or 7 of us girls had to go running around frantically looking for an ATM to withdraw money. Considering all of us were pretty drunk from wine tasting, counting cash is the LAST thing I want to deal with at the end of the day. I would have much rather preferred the limo service take down my credit card number, which I gave to them when booking the appointment, and put the remaining balance on the card. On top of this, I never received an email notification or receipt for our final payment. Other than that, we had a GREAT day and would highly recommend Epic Limousine to anyone. We identified a few wineries and a lunch spot that we wanted to visit. After each drop-off, our driver was always on the lookout for our return -- quickly pulling the vehicle up to minimize our walk. When through, we reviewed the billing and I received an emailed receipt later that night with the details of the amount charged to my credit card. Service was professional and courteous. I am a crazy planner. I wanted a limo trip to Napa for my birthday and created a spreadsheet of about 20 limo companies and called for quotes at 5 or 6 different places. Irwandie and Epic Limo ad very competitive rates, but while I found cheaper quote, I went with Irwandie because he was the only one who took the time to be friendly with me and that I felt actually cared about the success of my event. Irwandie and Epic did not disappoint. The booking process was very easy with just a few forms to fill out and email back along with an rough itinerary prior to the event. The limo was perfectly on time, showing up a little early to make sure we departed on time. Not to set false expectations for the rest of you, but Epic also hooked up my party of 8 with a stretch Escalade! Totally unexpected when I booked, but really made for a memorable day. Needless to say, my party was super comfortable and riding in style. Our driver Jeff was very professional, had our itinerary memorized, and knew where everything in Napa was even when we made spontaneous adjustments to our schedule. He was right there waiting for us and opening doors at every stop. Jeff must have gotten his exercise that day running between the driver's seat and the back door for us! I used Epic Limo for a birthday trip to Sonoma, and the first limo had some technical difficulties. While our group initially wanted to make the drive regardless of the car trouble, our drive Ross took care to make sure the car was safe and insisted we wait for his boss to bring another car. Both Ross and the owner apologized profusely for the inconvenience, even as I assured them it was not a big deal (my friends and I are pretty easy going). Since we ended up running about an hour late, we had to move 2 of our winery reservations and cancel our last one. But in order to make up for the delay, Epic Limo covered both of our (fairly pricey) tastings. Paying for the tastings was an awesome gesture (over the top even!) and demonstrates an excellent level of customer service. My group and I had an awesome day despite the rain and initial car trouble, and much of that is owed to our friendly and amazing driver Ross and the owner who comped the tastings. We rented an 8 person and a 12 person limo on Aug 21 for our wedding day. The limos were clean, well kept, and stocked with champagne, water and mixers. We were using the limos to shuttle the entirety of our guest list between 4 different spots in between San Francisco and San Mateo. We were all on time, everyone got to where they needed to be exactly when it was required and the shuttling of all our guests was wonderful. With many people commented on how nice of a trip it was in the limos between the destinations. Booked a striker for our trip to the airport. Driver was late and we were not notified. A simple phone call to let us know would have been enough. But that did not happen. We had to call the company ourselves to ask about why it was late. They didn't answer so we had to keep calling. The person who we spoke to was rude. The ladies had to pack our own luggage in the bus, the driver didn't help us. Not enough space for our luggage when we booked we informed how many ladies there would be, company should've taken that into consideration. The luggage was packed where the girls were sitting. Would have deducted tip, but unfortunately that was included in our payment we already paid. read more

Even though my group number kept changing, Irwandie was understanding and flexible as we finalized our plans. He gave me exactly what we needed. I booked a Sprinter Van for my husband's birthday. Exchanged emails with the reservation person: 11/16/21 - Epic: "Thank you very much for reaching out to Epic Limousine. We have our 12 Pass Sprinter Executive Van, all inclusive total with 5 hours would be $625.00 with all tolls, tax and gratuity for driver already included. Cost of the additional hour is $125/hr all inclusive. Van is a black luxury model with very comfortable seating, cooler for your drinks and easily accessible sound system. Perfect vehicle if you have golf clubs with your group. There is also our 10 Pass Stretch Limo available for pick up starting 1pm on November 20th, all inclusive total with 5 hours would be $750.00 with all tolls, tax and gratuity for driver already included. Cost of the additional hour would be $135/hr all inclusive. Limo is Chrysler 300 Stretch model with a stunning, luxurious interior and a state of art sound system that will create long lasting memories. Vehicle would be perfect if the group is not having golf clubs and the luggage space is very limited. Unlimited number of stops for the reserved period.
