This place is great! I went to another nail place and they messed up my nails. This place fixed them and the people are super nice.

Update: the nail tech I really liked left the salon. (Isn't that how it always happens once you find a good nail tech?!) I was going out of town and decided to try Epic again with a different nail tech. I figured I'd regret my decision, and I did. I showed the nail tech the inspiration photo, which was just colored tips with a deep French style. I asked if she could do it. She assured me she could. The base color was dip (and applied perfectly). The French tip was done with gel polish. The polish was not evenly applied. It is a (mostly) V shape (and not consistent or centered on every nail) instead of the U shape I asked for. Due to the uneven coating of gel polish, the nails looked very crooked after they dried. After paying $80 (WITH a 10% discount), I was so disappointed and just could not bring myself to make them redo my nails. I've never been so upset after a nail service. I even considered paying again to have my nails redone at another salon while on vacation. Instead, I vowed to spend my money elsewhere and not return to Epic. Epic is lacking in consistency of quality nail techs, and they SEVERELY overcharge for the services they provide. read more

The customer service was Great! I wasn't sure about my nails, I arrived to have gel , but the nail tech seemed intent on using the dip and since my last gel manicure at another so called posh nail bar barely lasted a week, I decided to go along with the dip. I showed the nail tech photos that were on their gallery web page of what I wanted. Unfortunately, his interpretation of what I showed him looked like a made up knockoff version of what I'd shown him, from their own gallery. But, I've returned home and the general condition of the nails have held up and I can return to my own nail salon and have my favorite nail gel design applied of which I'm always happy with. If you show illustrations of nails via your gallery and when I customer requests what your displaying, as a nail tech if you do not know how to do it, have the expert who is working perform the task. As soon as I arrived home two days after my flight, I went to my manicurist, to get the cats eye my favorite. read more

I have been going to Epic for 3 years now. Their customer service aka complimentary drinks and staff friendliness are top notch! I have almost always been pleased with the results of my manis/pedis but have had a couple of situations,yesterday being the most recent, where I came home frustrated with the results I got from the money I spent. I had a pedicure...my toenails (already small) were clipped short, the sharp uneven edges were not shaped and my toenails were not evenly painted. Even more frustrating because I have high expectations based on previous experiences there. This has happened before and I noticed before I left. I pointed it out to the manager/ owner. He took a picture and that's the last I heard. Epic is very busy, and understandably so based on all the wonderful things about the place. Hopefully they will continue to improve some of these points so people like myself feel as good about our experience after we've left as we did when we are there. read more

Brought my daughter and 3 of her friends here for pedicures to celebrate my daughters birthday a few weeks early. I called, made the reservation a week in advance for 4 pedicures for 12 and under. I was asked as well as my daughter and her friends no less than 5 times if they really were under 12 when we arrived. Highly inappropriate and uncalled for. Apparently they were so money hungry for that extra $10 they needed to harass their customers. WILL NOT RETURN. Would give 0 stars if possible. read more

Best experience at a nail salon. I have been going to another place consistently for 4 years. I was slowly becoming unhappy with the quality of work so I decided to try Epic Nail Bar. They opened a few weeks back and I saw some people recommend it on Facebook. I was not disappointed. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. They took the time to learn our name, make conversation and suggestions on what would look good on my nails. I will definitely be back and I would highly recommend giving this place a try! My first time at this salon. I asked for acrylic gel. The lady literally rushed and did not care to take her time. Was charged $66 plus tip paid $80. They charge for length and tip. Ask her to cut my cuticles and she barely even cleaned it.... Not worth the price for what I got.... Never will go again read more

I didn't want to write this but I think a fair review is in order. Did I leave my service with pretty toes and relaxed? Yes. The pedicure was fantastic aside from one little over clip but that's okay. I have had very consistently good pedicures here. My "manicure" if you even want to call it that, left much to be desired. She was very efficient and the application of my dip powder turned out fairly well. Where my issue lies is with the other aspects of the "manicure" and I do put it in quotes because I wouldn't categorize this as a manicure. I wanted the hand soak, cuticle trim, etc that comes with a manicure as well but that did not come. I had made my appointment for a mani/pedi and told them dip nails. No problem. Get to the shop and they confirm that but don't give me manicure options which I thought was odd as they have a pedicure menu, but I go along with it. My old dip comes off and immediately she starts putting on my new color when I stopped her and said I wanted a manicure too and she said "oh later", again, I thought it was odd but she's the professional. So after my dip is hastily applied (honestly it's a miracle it looks as good as it does), she goes back in to my cuticles with NO oil, NO soaking, nothing. Just ripping away with the clippers destroying what few cuticles she could reach considering the dip was set all the way back to my cuticles, leaving over half untouched (honestly thank goodness). She walks away telling me to wait 2 minutes for my nails to finish drying. When she came back almost 10 minutes later, I told her I had extra glue all over my hands so she tried to take it off with acetone but instead rips into my fingers more with her nails, hurting the already raw cuticles she just destroyed. When I got home, I still had glue all over my hands so I went to wash off what I could but then I had that stinging feeling and found all the little cuts she gave me with the cuticle clippers, including separating the skin from under my nail and the nail - y'all know that hurts. And by the way, I had to pay extra for the "cuticle trim" she gave me which is a total joke. I don't want to pay for a "relaxing", pampering service that leaves me saying "ouch" in the chair or in pain once I get home. This is also not the first bad manicure I have had here. I'd come back for a pedicure but not a manicure. read more

I went yesterday to get a foot reflexology I was supposed to see Larry but he wasn't there and I wasn't told this when I got there. I usually don't review places, but I had to give credit where credit is due! This is THE BEST nail salon I have ever been to. We have lived all over and this is by far the best. They were very accommodating as far as booking. We got right in when we came for our appointment, no wait at all! The salon is super clean and they disinfect everything. They had everything packaged and fresh for my visit. The salon chairs are comfy and give a wonderful massage while you enjoy your pedicure! They have complimentary drinks and they do not skimp on the alcohol, that was nice! They have non alcoholic drinks too. The pedicure itself was so relaxing! It was the best foot and leg massage I have ever had, I feel like a new woman! My husband went with me and he also thoroughly enjoyed his pedicure. My legs and feet are buttery soft and smooth. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone in the area who enjoys a relaxing time at a great price!
