I have been here multiple times and they do an okay job. Today I received an extremely rushed and mediocre pedicure. I can still see spots of the red nail polish from my last color. She didn't bother taking it all off. Actually she barely touched my cuticles to remove the dead skin. The bottom of my feet are still rough. I pay extra to get a good massage, which I didn't receive. Very disappointed. Paid $65 for a $20 job. Seems like you just have to find the person that does a great job and request them every time. Penny did my sisters nails and they looked great! Today I needed my nails redone and decided not to go to Epic this time due to how things went last time. I looked on yelp and found a place to try that was very highly rated. Got there and had the dip from Epic soaked off only to find that I had 3 green nails that were not there when I had that dip put on. The new place cleaned my nails up the best they could and I got a really great dip overlay and design at a reasonable cost. That was the second experience getting green nails at Epic. The first was a year ago and I had been 3 times only there. I wish I'd have snapped a pic today to show, but the person working on my nails had my hands where I couldn't use my phone easily. The girl who did my nails at Epic is very kind and they did look good, however was overpriced, misquoted price upfront and maybe not clean implements hence repeated green nails. My natural nails are very strong, healthy and clear of anything like that generally. read more

I've been a customer since 2020. My pedicures and manicures are always enjoyable. Their staff are friendly, reliable and professional..

On two different occasions, a manager there has disrespected my wife. On one occasion my wife was there for a manicure. this manager asked her if she was getting her eyebrows done, because "they really need to be fixed", followed by a sarcastic laugh. This past weekend the same manager disrespected her by totally ignoring her when she came into the salon. While she was waiting for someone to help her, two other ladies came in, they were created by this manager, asked to pick out nail colors and gave them something to drink. Meanwhile this racist manager continued to ignore my wife. I gave this place one star because the system won't allow us to give our zero stars. read more

This is a great new nail salon, but it is on the pricey side. They seem to charge a little more than other places. They charged me $10 to get my dip powder nails off even though I got a gel manicure after the nails were off- most places don't do that. However, the nail techs are awesome and very friendly, nice people. They are great at their jobs. I will definitely be back in the future! read more

My husband and I went yesterday to get some pampering and we loved it. They really pamper you well here. Much better then any other salon I have been to. I absolutely adore Dre!!! I always go to her for my nails. She consistently goes above and beyond and provides a level of service that leaves nothing to be desired!!! It doesn't matter what design, shape, style, etc. that I ask for, she never disappoints! I will say that I did have a bad experience previously and almost did not return, but Dre has been the absolute best!!! Lily always does my pedicures, and my massages are always absolutely amazing!!! Overcharged for a short set with a few dots and lines. $100. I can go Downtown Dallas to the nail bar where I will gladly pay $100 for a set of long nails with designs. People have no conscience these days. It's all about money for mediocre work. Ask for an experienced nail artist when you go and don't just let them put you with anyone that still learning especially if they are going to charge such high prices. I tried Epic Nail Bar twice and both times it felt more like I was haggling for service than entering a relaxing spa experience. Because of my profession I need to keep my nails trimmed short, I don't get gel, etc. Both times I requested a classic manicure & pedicure. and both times the technician repeatedly hounded me to upgrade the service. Being in a small confined area with several other clients, the entire room could hear our conversation and me having to repeat again and again that I just wanted a classic. It made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable. I understand that you will not make as much money off of me but then you should not offer this basic service. You need to be aware that clients select the service they want based on their profession, financial situation, esthetic choices or maybe they want to limit their exposure to chemicals or have an allergy to what you are offering. I don't mind being offered other options once, but if I decline that should be the end of the discussion. read more

I usually don't care to leave a review but after paying $90 for a full set as a treat to myself from a 2 year break from nails I joined my sister in law because she had a good experience. We originally tried to schedule at 2:30 but they were booked and said they were available for 4:30 and I asked if that was going to be a problem considering they close at 5:30 but was told there was no issue (first red flag) they rushed through the entire service and my nails came out different lengths, some crooked, and within 5 days one of my nails broke due to them not knowing how to build a proper foundation for the length of my nail. I was told there policy is to fix the nail and considering half of it was gone it would be 2 weeks before I could even get it fixed and wasn't interested in going back after how terrrible they did and asked for a refund. Good luck because they only do store credit and was told by the manager that if I wanted a refund I should dispute it with my bank.....(the biggest red flag) I won't be returning and hopefully places like this get their karma because all they care about is the money and not about actually doing a good job for their customers. read more
