I had an amazing experience at Epic Nail Bar! I got the cat eye pedicure, and it turned out absolutely stunning -- the color shifts beautifully in the light and looks perfect for Fall. I got an appointment on the same day for Gel X manicure and regular pedicure. When I got there, they checked me in and seated me pretty quickly. They do offer drinks. Jenny did my Gel X mani and she was very gentle and thorough with my nails. Im not sure who did my pedi but she was also gentle. Would 100% recommend this place!! read more

Great place. Gosh, I can't believe I didn't write something sooner for this place. I was in Texas visiting a best friend months ago and we went here. I can't recall the guys name who did my friends pedi but he was awesome. He did a great job on the Pedi and had us in stitches (laughing) the entire time. He's probably in his 20's. Nice guy. I liked my pedi too, and can't recall her name either but I recall the experience we had over anything else. Update: it's actually 3 bleeding nails on my right hand. I am right handed and it's difficult to do my usual activities without pain. I can't believe I still paid for this. This is not ok. I left with 2 nails bleeding and there is residue from dip powder on my skin. I've exhausted the number of chances I've given this place. Nail technicians really need to be more careful with our nails. I tried to communicate to my nail technician that the nail file and nail drill was too close to my skin, causing pain and the pressure was too hard on numerous occasions. Rather than listening to my concern, she talked back and basically shut me down. Not ok. The skin and nails are delicate. Period. I don't care whose nails you're doing. The customer has to be cared for. The staff tried to help after I already paid but the damage was already done, I did not feel comfortable with anyone touching my nails after that. I've seen this happen at nail salons before and I never wanted it to happen to me. Sorry to give a 1-star review but these things need to be said and taken care of by the business. read more

Went here for a manicure with a friend because of the good reviews and was shocked by my experience. The woman doing my nails didn't provide something to rest my hand on, so throughout the process my hand would get tired and curl a bit. Instead of asking me to straighten it, she hit my hand twice quickly and firmly whenever it happened. She then made a snotty comment saying "don't forget about me I am the one doing your nails not your friend". She proceeded to hit my hand regularly throughout the process so suddenly at times I jumped, fair from relaxing. My friends technician was wonderful but mine was so disrespectful and did not even try to be friendly. I would not trust that you will get someone good here. read more

My husband and I came here based on the google reviews which were stellar! We had very high hopes for this place. During my pedicure, only one leg was massaged because my lady was so enthralled by whatever was on the tv behind me. My manicurist kept filling my tips down until I literally had no tips left but was still charged. My nails look like someone chewed a piece of gum and stuck them on my nails, they are so puffy and bubbly and not filed down correctly. Two days after coming, the cuticle part of my dip nails are already separating and catching things in them. This place is way too overpriced for what you get. We spent $177 total on a basic pedi, gentleman's pedi, and basic dip nails (tips & shaping). Absolutely insane. read more

Worst pedicure I've ever attempted to receive... half a**ed callus removal.. worst application of Gel polish EVER so thick, uneven, gel all over my cuticles, uneven lines around the edges...needless to say I made him remove the gel. Then he misshaped my toenails after the removal. Then put my toe spacers with all the other "clean ones"??? Just one disappointment after the next. Do not come here if you have high standards like I do. Maybe there are better people here that people come to? Really not sure. Will not be returning. New here in Texas and I was looking for a nail salon that can do my natural nails (manicure-pedicure). The lady at the front desk told me that they can do natural nails. She assigned someone to do my manicure and another person to do my pedicure. The nail tech was very nice but just kept talking to me and was on the phone texting during my service. The other tech was very quiet which that was great for me because I really like to chill when I'm getting my nails done. (Quiet Time). My nails are marginally okay but they didn't soak them before cutting my cuticles and filing my nails. Then they filed my nails again after they polished them with gel polish, which will cause them to lift. The tech working on my toe nails was not good at polishing nails. He kept trying to clean up the mess but it didn't work. He also filed my toes nails unevenly. I wish I didn't get my toes done because they was still looking good and they made them worse So I will not be going back to this place again. I guess I will do my own medi/pedi until I can find someone that can really do natural naturals not just acrylic nails. read more

I have been here multiple times and they do an okay job. Today I received an extremely rushed and mediocre pedicure. I can still see spots of the red nail polish from my last color. She didn't bother taking it all off. Actually she barely touched my cuticles to remove the dead skin. The bottom of my feet are still rough. I pay extra to get a good massage, which I didn't receive. Very disappointed. Paid $65 for a $20 job. Seems like you just have to find the person that does a great job and request them every time. Penny did my sisters nails and they looked great!
