I've had this place multiple times for family parties in San Diego and I always enjoy all the food from here. So I happened to get lunch from here on my way to work. I ordered the Combo #3 with Hot Buffalo an order of fries which came up a little under $20. The wings here are larger and better than Wingstop. The Hot Buffalo was the right level and not too spicy. The breadsticks were warm and felt fresh from the oven with that garlic butter on the breadsticks. The fries here were not only cooked more evenly but most of the fries were even in size. I want my fries a little more crispier but that's me. I would definitely come here again to try the epic fries or the pizza sticks next time. read more

What a spot for some real quality wings. Size of the place is somewhere in between bdubs and Wingstop. But the food is by far better than both. TVs up on the wall so I was able to get my Sunday night football on. The service was top notch and they were very cordial and even hooked it up with some extra bread. I stopped by to check out the wings. There are not like most wing restaurants. You order as a meal. Whitch doesn't come with a drink. It comes with bread sticks and carrots,celery and ranch or blue cheese dressing. They had a deal on the fries and a drink so I ordered it too This was during the pandemic so the food is to go only. The bread sticks were not very good as were the fries. The fries were very disappointing, they were limp and mushy. My dogs liked the bread sticks and the fries. The wings were amazing. I ordered the bone in with the medium buffalo sauce. It was impressed with the them after trying the bread sticks and fries. I'll try to get just the wings next time. Today is football Sunday, Rams vs 49ers, and my boyfriend and I initially wanted to got Bdubs, but figured it'd be too packed. Decided to give this place a try since it's within walking distance. Ordered the double meal, 10 pcs boneless wings, chose hot Buffalo and garlic Parmesan. At first I thought 10pcs for 2 people didn't seem like enough, but after receiving the order, I noticed their boneless wings were a lot bigger than most other wing places. The flavor on the wings are on point. I personally love that their boneless isn't ALL breading (which is why I'm not a fan of boneless wings) and you can actually taste the delicious chicken. It also came with a side of ranch, veggies, and breadsticks. My boyfriend loves the breadsticks, I was indifferent just cause I'm not huge on dough. Overall would go here again and try other flavors. This is probably one of the worst wing places I've been to. It was okay at best, so I think a 3 star would be fine, except they are buying 5-star reviews. Which makes me want to put a 1-star, but I'll only knock 1 off due to that issue. On the bottom of my receipt it said that I can get a free item with a 5-star review. I'm okay with a restaurant on asking for a review or giving something for any review, whether it's 1-star or anything since it's supposed to be our opinion. But this was a free item for a 5-star review so it makes me wonder how many of these 5-star reviews are sincere. The wings sucked. Who knows, maybe they were really bad only the day I went. But the wings were bad and the sauce didn't help. I've had better wings at chuck-e-cheese. Reading the other reviews, it sounds like it's this location specifically. Problem is that this location is my only experience with this brand, and I don't have any motivation to seek out another location to taste the difference after my experience here. read more

I grew up eating Wings and Things and remember when Epic Wings bought them out. I decided to try this one since it was new and it had been awhile and it was alright. I called ahead to make sure my order would be ready by the time I got there and realized they had curbside pickup so I figured I'd do that. I got a text saying my order was ready when I was a couple minutes away so that was perfect. I called to have them come out and and the girl answered and said "okay you're parked here? Okay good." Then about 10 mins go by and I get a call from them and the same girl says "ugh hi, we still need you to come in to pay." Welllll why didn't she say that the first time around??! So I went in and a guy greeted me and another girl said "this is her order." I then said to the guy, "I thought you guys might have a way for us to pay in our cars for curbside" and he said "oh we do, I think not everyone knows we have iPads for that." What the heck man! He was nice enough to offer to help me take my order to my car since I had my hands full though. I would have given 3 stars because of that whole encounter, but he was pleasant so that's why I'm back at 4. As for the wings, I got a 12 piece wing (medium Buffalo and garlic parm) and a 10 piece boneless lemon pepper and they were good. I'm so used to have Buffalo Wild Wings wings taste so it was refreshing for something new. The boneless wings were SOOO moist and juicy, the flavor was good too! The medium Buffalo was solid and the garlic pepper was just okay, I still prefer BWW for that flavor. The breadsticks were also super soft and had a good flavor. I got about 8 sticks total so that was good, totally recommend dunking a breadstick in the leftover sauce. All in all I'd try more flavors here, just would hope they teach everyone to use all the equipment and stay pleasant! read more

I love Epic Wings but I won't be coming back to this specific location. This is the 2nd consecutive time it's taken extremely long. From the start ordering was an issue... due to another Epic Wings employee ordering and them taking 5+ minutes to order. They were acting like a line of customers weren't trying to order behind them. Once I got to the front to order, the cashiers attitude 180'd and was just so rude and unattractive. She was upset I interrupted her friendly gathering with her coworker even thought he works there and still took that long to order. Food takes 20 minutes to come out with no one else in the restaurant. I would stick to other locations. read more

Location is in a sketchy strip mall. Inside was basic with tvs for sports. Lady who took our order was friendly and helped guide us through the menu.
