How do I say this? This place is the teriyaki gold standard! A hidden gem tucked in the industrial district of East Fullerton. Upon seeing the reviews and pictures, I wanted to give it a try. Walking in, the place seemed busy with what I assume were the locals/regulars who already know this as the "spot." We ordered a salmon plate, a teriyaki bowl, and a combo bento meal. The overall food was excellent, and the teriyaki is probably some of the best you will try in the land of the OC. My expert recommendation is to go for the bento meal and here's why. You get your meat and rice (we got the beef-chicken combo), a side salad, 4 fat size California rolls, tempura (1 shrimp, 5 veggies; probably the best tempura I've had in awhile) and miso soup. The bento literally costs $1 more than the plate meal. I shared this with my wife and, yes, I was full! Great food, nice staff!
