Food is always pretty good. I went tonight, got all the way home with my order and discovered that none of my breadsticks or veggies were in the bag (I had specifically ordered veggies). Called the store and after being placed on hold 3 times was met over the phone by the snotty "manager" who offered me to drive back to the store and pick up the breadsticks. I declined the 30 minute round trip, and was asked "okay well what else do you want us to do." i have been coming to this location for years since it was called wings n things. always so delicious and consistent in quality in flavor. i'm so happy that they have expanded locations in Rancho Cucamonga and Riverside and Corona. although I have had long wait times when it's busier, it's always worth it. if they have ever had a mistake with my order, which is rare, they always make it right. the inside is very chill and minimal and perfect for lunch or to watch sports since they have a lot of TVs. we came to eat lunch on Mother's Day and it was delicious as usual and fast service ! read more

First off will never be going to another Epic Wings again. 3 wings for $15? That's a brutal ripoff. Not just the price the wings are dry and almost impossible to swallow. They look like nuggets I could buy at Costco for $15 a bag and cook them better in my air fryer. The fries are unseasoned and sad. The celery is browning. This is normally one of our favorite places. Great food, great beer, games always on. However, the night fulfilled all of this at first, until they started shutting everything down 45 minutes prior to closing. Mopping around you, placing chairs up, closing down all restrooms, essentially signaling to us to get out. If you're the owner, just know this location or mgmt in charge shuts things down early and pushes everyone out so the crew leaves early. So disappointed! read more

This is for Mariah that took my call. I started the day off with ordering pizza sticks on their BOGO deal today. I got the sticks at 5pm and when I got home I noticed the bread was completely raw. I called and talked to a shift manager. Without hesitation she offered to double my order if I came back today and apologized for the inconvenience. Order was remade and perfectly crips. My kids order epic fries around 9:15pm and they were closing at 9:30. When they got home to eat the food, the fries and the chicken were so really salty that we couldn't eat it. So I called the manager and the manager said yes, they accidentally put a lot of salt so then she gave me the owner's email to see if they can make a new order for us or refund us. After emailing the owner, the owner asked me for the receipt's and order number for the Epic Fries and that they will investigate. I had already threw them in the trash the same night because they were closed by the time we got home. So I forwarded all the documents the owner asked for including my credit card statement showing the purchase and order number. The owner emails me back saying he's sorry but we can't do nothing and I should've brought the food back to them. I was never aware I had to bring back the food. I told him, so you want me to go get the food from the trash and bring it in the next day? He did not reply back to me anything and this is why I'm writing this review. Really bad customer service. I believe the owner is just about the money and doesn't care about customers. This is not my first time going to Epic Wings. This was the first time going to that location. read more
