Went here tonight for some wings with friends, food was great as usual but what really stood out was how kind our server Travis was. He communicated very well our order and that he was going back to grab our salad to go, he was super friendly and kind. i have been coming to this location for years since it was called wings n things. always so delicious and consistent in quality in flavor. i'm so happy that they have expanded locations in Rancho Cucamonga and Riverside and Corona. although I have had long wait times when it's busier, it's always worth it. if they have ever had a mistake with my order, which is rare, they always make it right. the inside is very chill and minimal and perfect for lunch or to watch sports since they have a lot of TVs. we came to eat lunch on Mother's Day and it was delicious as usual and fast service ! read more

This is normally one of our favorite places. Great food, great beer, games always on. However, the night fulfilled all of this at first, until they started shutting everything down 45 minutes prior to closing. Mopping around you, placing chairs up, closing down all restrooms, essentially signaling to us to get out. If you're the owner, just know this location or mgmt in charge shuts things down early and pushes everyone out so the crew leaves early. So disappointed! read more

This is for Mariah that took my call. I started the day off with ordering pizza sticks on their BOGO deal today. I got the sticks at 5pm and when I got home I noticed the bread was completely raw. I called and talked to a shift manager. Without hesitation she offered to double my order if I came back today and apologized for the inconvenience. Order was remade and perfectly crips. I get that sometimes people make mistakes but she went 10/10 on customer service. read more

Serenity helped me and my son with recommendations and navigating the menu. once we ordered we received a table number and waited they then brought our food. Approached the order taker and he was very nice and apologized for the wait. Another 5 mins passed by I went up and asked them to cancel my order and asked to speak to the manager. So my husband and I came here for dinner, on Thursday 3/28. We ordered the bone in wing double meal. We had our food and ate it there. While eating we see a promo for fries and a drink when you order a double meal. The cashier did not mention any promo they had nor did we know about it prior to ordering. I forgot to order a drink so I went to order a drink. I mentioned to the person working the cashier (who was different from earlier) That I just purchased a double meal and was not aware of any promo, nor did the cashier at the time offer it. We ordered on line and checked to make sure we didn't miss this. Well, despite it being clearly marked EXTRA WELL DONE PLEASE! we still got soggy floppy wings.
