I called Justin at 8:00am today and he happened to be in the area and said he would be right over to look at our garage door, which I told him I believed the opener was now broken and may need to replace it. I checked out the Yelp reviews and found Juston. He came out in about 90 minutes, told me I needed a new unit (24 yrs old) and installed the quiet Liftmaster 8355 which is awesome. He did a lot of extras also because I am a senior he helped with programming so I can open my garage door with my phone app. He patiently explained how it worked and even programmed my car to it. My original plan was to have some dents tried to be knocked out in the lower 2 panels of my old 1-door non-insulated aluminum door to save money. The guy that came to "help" (mobile auto dent guy) hammered so hard trying to fix the dent he tore the aluminum, wrecking my door. Then I found Justin @ Eppler Garage Doors, yay! He came out and very politely listened as I rambled on and on about my attempt to save money and fix the door with the mobile dent guy. He proposed a new door for the right price to give me a more updated contemporary look. He delivered and more! The final install needed some tweaks and I called him after hours to resolve, he dropped everything after hours and came to my home, alleviated my concerns, and again allowing me to vent all the while he remained calm and had the solution / resolve for me at his fingertips. He came back the next day to do the final fixes, sent me pics to see if I approved, very professional!
