AMAZING service from Eppler Garage Doors. I contacted Eppler Garage Doors through their contact form on the website at about 8:00 pm as my garage door spring broke. I actually received a reply from Juston with a quote for services within about 45 minutes and a time that they would arrive the next morning. I made a big mistake by thinking I could open the door manually and get my car out (don't EVER try this). By attempting to open the door I made things worse as the door came off the side tracks on one side, and the track pulled off the wall. Despite all that I did to make things worse, the fee to replace the springs and repair the track and cable was the same. We were hoping to complete our garage remodel quickly, but we were told by several companies that there was no way to get a custom door in less than 6 months, and that we would need to settle for something more basic and what was in stock. We worked with 4 different companies for quotes - the service ranged from no shows to arrogance. Justin came to the house and gave us a quote the next day. He said from the get go that he wasn't a salesman, and I could tell from the initial meeting that he was a good person running a family business. We initially decided to go with someone else, but after some flakiness, we decided we should go with Eppler. I am very happy with the product and service provided by Eppler Garage Doors. I had a 20 year old garage door opener that was malfunctioning. Justin responded by phone the same day I called (on a weekend) and was at my house within 1 business day. Justin gave me the option of trying to fix the existing opener or install a new one. I opted for a new opener that was a lower cost and better quality than I expected. He was done with the installation in about one hour (very efficient) and inspected my other garage door and opener at no additional charge. About two weeks after installation the wall mounted button/panel for the opener intermittently stopped working. Within 1 business day of me calling Justin was back at my house and fixed the problem. A wire became pinched during the initial installation process (totally understandable). Great service! Justin is very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Eppler Garage Doors. My garage door had been feeling a lot heavier since I had another garage door company replace my springs a couple of years ago. I called Eppler Garage Doors and Juston came out and explained how the springs were never adjusted properly. He made the correct adjustment and now my garage door easily slides up and down in manual mode. I have also noticed the garage door motor is quieter since it isn't pulling the extra weight. I needed to have my garage doors re-balanced (torsion springs) after adding insulation to the doors. I called Eppler and spoke with Justin, who cautioned me that I may need new springs. He came to my home less than an hour later and after an inspection said that he could re-tension the existing springs (as well as lube and fine tune the doors and rollers).
