Cabin Fever - a new color in the color options. Hard to see how nice it looks in the picture.

This is a family owned business and this team is EXCEPTIONAL. They are carrying their father's legacy in providing quality epoxy work with honest and reliable customer service. Jorge was easy to connect with, schedule, and communicate with. After dealing with remodeling our home - the communication was a breath of fresh air as lots of contractors and home remodel folks are flaky. He was not pushy at all which told me they know what they are doing. Jorge provided us with color options, gave his expertise, and showed us why we should go with his company (despite their higher quote). We now know why they were higher as the product they use is top in the market, durable, high end and long lasting. We have never seen guys come in swiftly and handle the job like they did. On time, hard workers, clean, professional. These guys know what they are doing. I feel people don't invest enough money in their garage despite spending a lot of time in it. Our garage is always open, kids coming in and out and it's practically our front door! Our flooring looks AMAZING. The neighbors walked by and shared they are jealous and impressed how good it looks and how they came in and out on the install. Jorge did not cut corners - he grounded and sanded down sections and even sealed the cracks. The garage prep was impressive and he is meticulous at his craft. I would not hesitate to use these guys and refer them to any neighbor, family or friend. Thank you guys so much for educating me on the importance of spending the money for quality coating!! We recently had our not very well done Epoxy removed and re-done by Jorge. Jorge thoroughly communicated with us and completed the job on schedule. We're very happy with the end result and would recommend Equinox to others.

Jorge was absolutely amazing. I had a previous coating in the garage from a previous owner that was peeling. Jorge was able to fit me into his schedule and came for two days to do the job. He ground off the old epoxy and filled in gaps on the stone walls. He took his time to epoxy the walls as well as the floor. Before he did the floors he let us know that there was some moisture and recommended a moisture additive to prevent the new epoxy from peeling. After all said and done everything looked immaculate. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

We're in the middle of moving into and remodeling/ renovating our home. The house has beautiful…read morehard wood and stone floors but the bedrooms, closets, stairs and this kind of funky, stand alone, third floor room have such gross old carpeting in them. So our first plan of action is obviously getting rid of the carpet flooring and putting wood flooring in the rooms and marble in the closets. The funky room isn't fully enclosed and has pony walls going around the front half of it that overlook part of the house- mainly the living room- we had the idea of turning this into a playroom for our little one and really wanted to get it done by his birthday- problem we had less than a week to get everything done. We found G&A flooring- called- spoke to Brandon and told him our situation, he said okay hold on let me call you right back- he moved some stuff around- we went in the following day found a gorgeous light natural colored wood flooring that even had the slightly knotted look I wanted and two days before our little one's birthday they'd installed the wood flooring and they did an AMAZING job! The team he sent literally stayed from morning until almost 8pm to finish the job including new baseboards and painting them. We have now used them to do another room in the house, redo a staircase landing where a mini demo had to happen because of a leak and the guys who did the demo absolutely destroyed the wood flooring- we found 5 XL planks in our garage left over of the original flooring and G&As guys cut these to a T, without even a scrap left and did an AMAZING job at putting the floor back together and making it look like nothing had happened. They also just laid the marble down in both master bedroom closets and omg the difference it's made. They are EXTREMELY fair priced I cannot tell you how many joke companies have come in seen our home and tried to absolutely rob us- telling us the wood they're using is the highest quality stuff in "the game" right now and with installation and the rush installment they could do a room for $15,000. LMAO. I told this to Brandon and he not only told me the flooring they were trying to install was basically shit but he can install actual high quality wood done at unbelievably fair pricing- $2,000 for everything- materials, flooring, new baseboards and painting them, labor- everything. Four other companies with the same product gave us bids ranging between $3,900-$7,000 and then the obvious psycho with his crap material and his $15,000 bid lol Brandon also goes the extra mile with his clients-since Marble is one of the most expensive floorings to have done, he came out to our home a few days before the job and measured the areas to a T to make sure he didn't order a box over what we needed to keep the price as low as possible. We'll never not go to this company and this is after going to 11 different companies altogether in the area. G&A always has the most competitive/ fairest pricing, beautiful flooring (what we're looking for every time!) and gets jobs done within a week tops (usually only a few days) of having chosen the flooring. G&As teams that do the installations are also all amazing guys, hard workers, very respectful, extremely knowledgeable and they even fixed a door frame for us today free of charge. Absolutely recommend these guys and looking forward to them finishing the rest of our house. Thank you for everything!

Their team was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the project. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and they kept me updated every step of the way so I always knew what was going on. What really stood out to me was their attention to detail and quality of work. Not only does the new flooring look great, but they also took the time to fix all of the creaking issues and underlying subfloor problems, which made a huge difference. You can tell they take pride in doing the job right, not just getting it done. They also finished the project two days earlier than expected, which was a huge bonus, and they kept everything clean the entire time. There was zero mess left behind, which I really appreciated. Overall, they were thorough, efficient, and very easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend Saddleback Carpet and Flooring to anyone looking for high-quality work and a stress-free experience.

Sam, one of the owners, gave me reasonable quotes (I got more than one to compare). He was friendly and patient. Their work was of the highest quality and on time. I strongly dislike giving reviews lower than three stars. Unfortunately, I cannot give more than…read moretwo stars here, and I should only give 1 star-. My experience with Joe, the manager who handled most of the communication, was terrible. In my opinion, he did not have enough hands-on construction knowledge to properly manage a remodel. He seemed to rely almost entirely on what his employees or subcontractors told him, even when they were wrong. When I pointed out mistakes, he often pushed back, blamed me, or tried to make me pay to fix issues caused by his own crew. A few examples: -We specified grout colors, and they used them on the wrong tiles and areas. -The wrong sinks were ordered. -The wrong faucets were ordered. -The wrong tiles were ordered. -The wrong counter top was delivered. -Kitchen cabinets were faulty and installed improperly. -They promised one type of flooring, then delivered something completely different, including a different color, and installed it incorrectly. -They tried to conceal faulty piping inside my walls. Had I not walked in unexpectedly, I would never have seen it. -They poured a foundation for a small extension without making it deep enough or installing a moisture barrier. We now have tiles showing signs of moisture damage. -They did not repaint several rooms. They cleaned the walls and then claimed the rooms had been painted. -The electrician made serious mistakes, including issues that almost caused a fire in my house. The overall pattern was simple: -They made mistakes. -I had to catch the mistakes. -Joe often tried to shift blame. -They tried to charge me to fix problems they caused. I also felt like Joe tried to take advantage of me financially. He handwrote the quote and invoice, and I trusted that the items we discussed would be handled as agreed. Later, he tried to back away from what had been discussed and claimed certain items were not included. Only after I involved the owner did Joe back down and admit he had made a mistake. There were also major management and communication problems: -Joe is not the contractor who owns the business. -From what I saw, there was no professional contractor consistently supervising the crew. -Joe would come by occasionally, look around, speak with the crew, and leave. -The crew often seemed confused about what needed to be done. -Communication between Joe and the crew appeared poor, which caused constant errors. The crew was also a revolving door. Different people came on different days. One person would start the flooring, and others would come later to finish it. The same thing happened with tile, plumbing, electrical work, and other parts of the project. Each time someone new showed up, they seemed to have little or no idea what had been agreed to. Joe also asked personal questions that made us uncomfortable, including: -Where are you from? -What do you do? -Can I see your cars? -"Wow, you went to that restaurant? It's very expensive." -"This was an expensive house. You must be very rich." That felt inappropriate and uncomfortable. Overall, this was a nightmare experience. Never again. The only reason I am giving two stars is that they finished quickly, and by the end, I was simply relieved to have them gone.
