He was beyond helpful in assisting and answering my questions and even went outside with me to double check exactly which light it was that was out. Unfortunately, this was the second Advance Auto Parts I had to stop by that morning, which they too did not carry the light I needed either. The staff member was so helpful and informed me that I might actually have to go to a dealership to see if it's the entire back tail light I'd have to replace. I came in and spoke with Dennis about the situation and he saw that there was a discrepancy that the other location made. Needless to say Dennis was quite helpful and knowledgeable about the procedures that Autozone has in place. He came out to take a look at my car and was able to fix the issue quickly and got me back on the road in no time. I'm HUGE on customer service and Dennis definitely went well above and beyond to assist me and my older car.
