These guys rock. I have used many printers for my company. I always hear excuses for delays and extra charges for things that make no sense to me. But his place is different. I have used them twice in the last three months. Both times they printed my items for half what I have paid other printer to print and both times it was ready in less than 24 hours. I don't know how they do it, but I can't thank them enough for being so great! read more

Just ran in here after looking for FedEx Office alternatives on yelp. Had two forms, 3 pages total, that I needed to print - brought in a flash drive, got my prints, $1. Of course I had forgotten cash, and the woman was so sweet said I could take my printouts and come back with the money (it was just a dollar, but hey it's their business). Which I did (I live in the neighborhood). Very pleasant, will be back! read more

Great experience! I would give them 10 stars if i could. I'm delighted with their excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE. They were fantastic! Professionalism to the max! Staff were very helpful and attentive to my needs. I ordered a few boxes of my business cards and they were available as promised. Inexpensive and most importantly professional work. I'm very happy with my products and i would definitely continue to do business with them. I've sent in large quantities of photo copies and everything is available in a timely manner. Quick, friendly, good quality and really cheap! (Also, there is a cute dog that works there...)

I needed something printed at the last minute so I called ahead and asked if they could do it. They said "sure!" and that it would only be a few minutes granted there wasn't a long line. I stopped by with my usb drive and they printed it on card stock for me right away. It was only a dollar and change I think. The owners are super friendly and I even heard them tell a local he could come back with cash later since his order was under the card minimum. Not sure if it's the best idea business wise but it is nice to see businesses that still believe in people! I will be back. read more

If you live or work in Echo Park, go here for copies. Way better experience than trucking over to Staples. A nice, friendly copy place to step into. You can't really ask for more than that from a copy place. read more

I've gone to ER copies a few times. Most of my experiences have not been very pleasant. They only check the e-mail when you arrive to pick up work. The employees are rather rude with a few exceptions. If they were not so close to me, I would not be a repeat customer. I have seen worse shops, and if you are lucky you'll get the lady employee. She's nice and helps you out. from a technical stand-point they do wonderful work. So it's a trade off, good quality work- horrible customer service read more

The owner stayed twenty minutes after closing to finish a project I brought in about 5 minutes before they closed (not realizing they closed at 6). And she was very sweet about it, although I knew it must have been a big inconvenience. And the project was perfectly done. read more

learn some customer service skills!! the petit guy likes to to blurt out, "go to staples, then!" whenever you ask for an explanation or if ever you don't show complete reverence for their work. this is my local print shop that i've frequented for the past 4 years. i trust them with 80% of my business's printing, only to be told twice now throughout the years, "take your business elsewhere" by the same guy ... all because i complained about an error (which they admitted to)! i used to have love for you guys, but not any more, taking my biz elsewhere. read more

The best in the business! I've been going to E R Copies since it was in its previous location...which I recall has been over 10 years! This place is like my home away from home. These guys can pretty much handle anything. They are faster than Kinkos, cheaper than Kinkos, and way more approachable. I am a true procrastinator and they always somehow make my copies in record speed so that I don't lose my job.I have had them print out important forms, fax things, make business cards countless times. They can make bound books, take my art and make it into a transparency and even have scanned art work for me and sent to clients email acct. (I am not too good at big files) I like that they are a family run business and have always made time to get the things I need printed on time. I once had a huge presentation for the head of a t.v. network and everyone who works there stood and printed the color prints outs on every copier and helped assembly style sort and bind the books!! There were over thousands and thousands of color images by the way. They also have been making all the tickets for the price is right, t.v. show and countless college course books for colleges- Pretty cool indeed. It is so close to my business and I would love to use them more but there are so many restrictions they have in order to print that they make it very difficult. If you want a batch of photos printed you have to put it into pdf format. Call ahead of time and ask for what they need before you go and get the specifics or you will waist alot of time. read more

this place is satans butthole . i dropped off some large drawings i did in which the only task was to scan them and drop it on a hard drive . place drawing on scanner, click scan, drag and drop . very simple right? there were three drawings two of them needed to be scanned twice then then I tile them together i home. not really much work . they tried to charge me 20 bucks??????????!!!!!!!!!! . i wasnt given a quote . they handled my original drawings like it was a piece of meat . there are creases all over them. this place has horrble customer service , its hotter than hell , the owner needs to go look at what other companies charge to do this he ripping people off...... on another note while i was there there was a girl who wanted to print her resume she showed up on bike and asked them if they can print off of her email . they told her she would have to go back home and email it to them . when she asked them if she could email it from one of there computers they said no you have to go home we dont let people on our computers . she asked them if they could log on to her email and grab it off there and they said no to that aswell . these poeple must hate there lives . how long does it take to log onto someones email and and grab a document . this is a total disregard for the customer and there needs . DONT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY SUUUUUUUUUUUKKKKK!!!!!!!! read more

Service is good, but beware of hidden fees. They charge you 50 cents to OPEN each document. That's right, even though they could print all your docs at once with Ctrl+A and Ctrl+P, they still charge you for opening each doc. Perhaps they could use their profits to buy a copy of Windows for Dummies and learn some simple shortcuts. read more

Awesome experience! I needed business cards done in two days - something that neither Vistaprint nor most other online sites can do. Staples was way more expansive than ER and so were all the other businesses I checked. All I can say is wow wow wow. They printed my daughters sweet sixteen invitations and did an amazing job. I had been to several other places who either wanted to over charge or found a reason why they could not print from my file. They not only printed over a 100 copies but they did it in less than 15 minutes and the price was great great.
