They did a great job taping everything off which was my kitchen area and tv's. His crew worked hard on removing about 1000 sq ft of bamboo hardwood flooring and some tile. Here is the issue- hired this guys company last year to install our Christmas lights in the home, one of his employees came "Josh" and did an amazing job. This year I get a text from Chywan at midnight asking if I wanted my lights completed and I would receive an early discount. I told him it's midnight we will talk tomorrow. We ended up setting up a date and he was 4 hours late. He had (2) employees with him and they started on the house. When they were done it was not a clean job and they had the Christmas fixtures backwards, despite giving him the video from the previous year in advance. Okay, mistakes happen. Did not wrap the tree in the front yard, nor did the job look clean. Then this guy didn't show up again to fix it. After multiple text messages he finally says he is coming. 8 hours later he makes it again. Then leaves and the wiring is incorrect, he doesn't even check the wiring before he leaves. I have to send him multiple messages again. No show again, then we have an issue with one of the items he puts on the roof and can't get him to come back and fix after paying $200. The lights are falling off the roof, he didn't use light clips, he used a glue gun and the job doesn't look clean like his employee did the last year. I texted him numerous times and gave him an ultimatum to either refund my money, fix the job correctly or do nothing and I will take him to email claims. Never heard from this guy again. I end up reaching out to Josh who was his employee the prior year and he tells me he was never paid and quit after being owed over 1k. He's a military vet and Purple Heart recipient with a wife and kids. I believe him more than Chaywan who always shows up like he is on 20 Red Bulls, and as a certified D.A.R. (Drug Alcohol Recognition Expert) I won't get into that one. Josh ended up coming to my home and tearing everything down and fixing everything correctly. It looks like last year and what a great job! As a former military vet he understands work ethic and I'm convincing him to go into business next year and do light for the Christmas season. Chywan is not reliable and has no sense of business ethics or customer service. He always flakes or is late and will always give you some story or excuse and then claim he is a hard working business man. This was not about the $200, it was about him disappearing without completing the job correctly. I paid Josh $200 to fix the job and gave him and extra $100 just for being so professional and doing a great job. Chywan either refund my money or you will be served soon. I have the videos of before and after and how your job fell apart all over my house and my neighbors statements as well after seeing the work. You ignored my texts to make it right! Up to you and I have all the text messages from you flaking out. I will post an update on how Chywan will handle this. However, if he conducts business like this with lights, how do you think he will handle your painting job?

We were sent an unlicensed worker who was a nice guy, but messed up our electrical. It was not all up to code and was a fire hazard. We also didn't hear from the owner for a week after the job started 3 days late. He came back into the picture when the job was a few days from being finished to ask for more money. He also tried to charge us for more than we were initially quoted saying he spent a lot of money on materials. He never came to the job site once it started, and we were buying materials for the worker who was here. Long story short, a job they said would be 3 days is going on 2 weeks and incomplete. The worker he sent would show up sometimes at 5pm to start work. Everyday we were told the job would be finished in 1-2 days. Now we have to spend more money on someone to fix the mess they left. We're moved into our new home with no kitchen and electrical wires hanging everywhere. We fired them because it was ridiculous. Definitely a scam.
