I have visited this location a few times now, and I am always so impressed with how welcoming everyone is. I am always greeted as soon as I come in, or someone will wander over to me as I browse through the aisles to check in and see if I need help. The space is clean, and I have enjoyed getting something to eat and being able to sit at the tables inside or the outdoor patio. Everything is so esthetically pleasing to the eye. Everything I have tried from the cafe has been delicious, from the pizza to desserts, the smoothies, and the Onogiri wrap. I like that I can find items that aren't available anywhere else, particularly the selection of beverages and water is superb. When I am feeling like I need extra hydration, I come here to get all the lavish water they have to offer. I definitely feel a difference, especially the Ophora water. My kind of cocktail! I will say that although some things are pricier, not everything is expensive considering the quality of what you are getting. Also some items are the same market price as other places. read more

Service was fast this time so I finally got to try some viral Erewhon goodies recently! This Erewhon was super clean, well lit, with lots of outdoor seating (perfect for a sunny day). I got the Hailey Bieber smoothie and spicy sushi sandwich. My family also got some cut mangoes and the avocado egg quesadilla (not pictured). The smoothie was tasty but not worth $20 and overrated in my opinion. Spicy sushi sandwich was bomb.com as well as the quesadilla and mangoes. The sushi chefs freshly made the sushi sandwich for me and I just had to wait 5 minutes. All the workers were also really nice, helpful and even funny. Although it was on the pricier side, the sushi prices were fair and I'd definitely come back to try more snacks and food items. read more

Wow! What a great grocery store and smoothie bar & cafe! I had never heard of the place and was traveling with my teammate from work who spotted it as we were headed down the 101. We decided to stop in and check it out. Their produce display was incredible and most (if not all) items were organic. The place was packed full of amazing healthy food choices and the cafe boasted organic and clean eats for every single item I read the label on. I shopped for a couple of snacks for my room and bought a smoothie. All delicious! This will become a regular stop on my way from Burbank Airport out to Ventura. This is one of the bigger Erewhons, and you don't have to pay for parking which is a huge plus. I went at an off time so parking was easy and so was ordering food from the hot bar and cafe. They were all running around busily, but the staff on the floor made multiple efforts to speak with me and ask if I needed help or had questions. Because it's bigger than the others, they're well stocked and it's easier to move around. Obviously it's Erewhon, so expect what they're known for. High prices and items you can't find elsewhere. read more

Suffice to say he was shutting me down for having an issue with the fact that my latte kept coming out as a milkshake. This store has some of the worst policies of anywhere I've ever been, and they just get worse, and then they keep hiring people like this who clearly have zero interest in their customers, well-being and so you know for sure that the corporation itself doesn't care an iota. As always, with this chain, the prices are so exorbitant and ridiculous. That only the truly stupid would continue to pay them instead of boycotting the joint. Some of the food that they prepare actually taste good like the soups, but not everything, and you will pay through the nose for every bite. Came for the Hailey Bieber Smoothie and the Hailey Bieber Smoothie alone. It was actually good! It definitely leans more milkshake than fresh smoothie, but still delicious. The first sit can be majorly sweet if you suck up all the strawberry purée at the bottom, but once everything settles, the flavors combine nicely. There is a slight after taste that comes from the collagen, I believe, but it does not over power any other flavor. The small date bits It was packed around 2pm on the weekend and we were told our smoothies would take about 15 minutes. Mine was ready in about 5 minutes while my friends waited 10. Buffalo cauliflower 6.87/10- one of my fav sides at Erewhon however was pretty disappointed by how they made it this time. They ran out when I ordered so this was actually a fresh batch, however, it was pretty bland and they didn't put that much buffalo sauce and it didn't taste as fresh as the past few times I've tried it. Always look forward to stopping by this location on the way to Santa Barbara. This time we also stopped by on the way back home. The service is quick and friendly. The store is very clean and organized. The food is incredible and fresh. So many options available to choose from it's hard to decide. The famous Hailey Bieber smoothie always hits the spot. Its even more money than gelsons. Im not a fan of gelsons as the food at whole foods is better. You can also find items from gelson at cost plus world market at a better price. This place is comparable to whole foods quality products but at prices more expensive than gelsons. If you are trying to get seasonal foods, go to the local farmers market for fruits and vegetables. You can also locate many prepared items at the farmers market. The prices are way better and with better quality. I checked out the beverage section. They had many items that seems interesting. But it would be more cost efficient to go to whole foods, bevmo or cost plus world market. So I get the GODESS smoothie twice a week without fail..However I went in and ordered one on Saturday...big mistake the handed me a mint green concoction tasting nothing like the drink..I returned it and they made another one and it was the right color but tasted completely wrong ! so much ice in it diluted and they could not have put the correct mix in ...For $23.00 plus tip we deserve more. Service here at this location sucks. How does a store have that many employees yet it takes longer than needed to be helped for anything. One example is the hot food bar, tons of workers yet none of them are serving the customers is a timely or proper manner. A cashier will help a customer, then walk away. I ordered a slice of pizza, asked for it to be warmed up, and proceeded to wait. Nearly 15 minutes roll by, there was no cashier in that area at all and all the workers behind the register seemed too busy doing absolutely nothing. I asked an employee where my slice was and they said it was down the way where the smoothies were. What the hell is that? Either tell me where it will be or hand it to me.
