It's a beautiful bar, but there is limited seating and when they're at capacity they lock the door, so be patient and suggest coming in a smaller group. Humungous menu with tons of styles of cocktails for all palates, really inventive, and it does seem to change often. I got a tiki drink which was a twist on a zombie and it was AMAZING, tasty and unique plus it was lit on fire ha! My husband got another fun cocktail. They were maybe a little pricey but for fancy cocktails with many ingredients, plus the showmanship, this seemed par for this type of place. Staff is very friendly, loved our server and shout out to bartender Justin - I hope he comes to visit Idle Hour up in Baltimore! Note that they don't serve food at all and some of their drinks are BOOZY so be mindful! Overall just a really great bar with unique drinks in a swanky environment. Top notch experience.

These folks understand the meaning of craft cocktails, complete with making as many of their own ingredients/mix-ins as possible. We were lucky as we were able to just walk in and pick any table we liked at 8pm on a Wednesday. I guess it can get quite busy at times. The chartreuse colored chairs and gorgeous stained glass lights told me instantly that we came to the right place. They have an extensive cocktail list, but that didn't stop me from ordering something not on the menu. They had no questions or problems making it. My spouse also ordered something not on the menu that was recommended to her by someone that had it once here before when it was one of their seasonal specials. Once again, not a challenge for these master bartenders. Everyone was upbeat and clearly enjoying what they do. Looking forward to getting back the next time I'm in Bonita.

Left my cc in the billfold and I live in CA. They took the time to mail it to me promptly so I didn't have to order a new card. Above and beyond. Very thankful.

The place was beautifully decorated, and there was live music, saxophone player which definitely added to the vibe. We were seated outside, likely due to how busy it was. There was also a large wedding party, maybe 15 people or more, taking up a section outside. Our server was managing both that party and our table, and while he was friendly and clearly doing his best, the service just didn't land. It took a while for things to get moving. He brought the menus, but it was a long time before he returned. Drinks took over 20 minutes to come out. Bread came after the drinks, but with no plates or silverware, so we had to eat it with our hands. Not ideal. That said, the espresso martini was excellent--no complaints there. When the food came out, the presentation was beautiful, and everything tasted fresh and well-executed. That part of the meal definitely hit the mark. But then it took just as long to get the check, and by that point, the waiting added up. One small but noticeable issue was the smell of the table and menus--it gave off that old rag scent, which pulled me out of the otherwise upscale experience. I think this place has a lot of potential. The atmosphere is great, the food is solid, and the concept is there. But based on this visit, I would like to see sharper execution on the service side before I'd give it a higher rating. I will return.

The restaurant has a trendy, modern vibe while still feeling comfortable and welcoming. The service was excellent from start to finish. Our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything came out just right. As for the food, it was fantastic. The hot stone presentation was a fun and interactive experience, allowing us to finish cooking our steaks and seafood exactly how we liked them. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The steak was tender and juicy, the shrimp were delicious, and the sides complemented the meal beautifully. Between the great service, unique dining experience, and outstanding food, Sip & Sizzle is definitely a place we'll return to the next time we're in Fort Myers.

Too much bread for me (removed 1 deliciously-soaked slice) and the Brussels were crispy, delicious but could've had a drizzle of balsamic and maybe sprinkle a bacon bits to level it up to perfection. Having said that, it was heavily-transporting.. Ambience, relaxing, New Age-sleek, leather high-back booths, brick and greenery. Highly recommend! Would definitely make reservations as it is a smaller establishment, but cozy. They bar seats facing the street, outside seating and a half L-shaped/ blue-lit bar inside... with purse hooks! Absolutely will return.
