It would not accept a charge so I called and talked to Justin and he said bring it in and they would look at it. I informed him at that time I had a 3rd party warranty on the vehicle and he said they would deal with it. He called and informed me that he had to run a diagnostic on it and said warranty company would not cover the charges only parts and labor lie number one . Went on to tell me it would be an ungodly amount per hrs. And would be around 750.00 I said OK not realizing he has not actually talked to them. Didn't hear back from him so finally after a week I called concerned I was going to pay more for the diagnosis he informed me he would do it for 750 but he wasn't able to figure it out and felt it personally needed to know. I said ok didn't hear back for probably another week to him telling me I needed hv charge cable and hv batteries he wasn't able to do it but referred me to someone else to the tune $20,000 or higher. Said I would come get the vehicle what was owed he stated $930.00 was not happy but wasn't leaving the vehicle either. So went got the vehicle ended up taking it to a guy close to home good guy he told me that my high voltage charge port was cut and missing a fuse and warranty company voided my warranty and could not be fixed had to buy another cable$1200.00 so I call Justin a real winner he admitted to cutting the cable without consent and said it was necessary for the diagnostic $930 ago and said he didn't ​feel any obligations to make it right was totally comfortable with what he had done and said he was stepping away and not going to have any more conversation about it i could talk to the manager which would be better thought referred me to Janet or something I ask her if she could find a cable good or bad just wanted warranty company to cover it she said I quote "at the end of the day we are not replacing the cable" in was appalled being in a family that owns a business i cant imagine being around long. So you just might want to watch yourself doing business with them because you can definitely come out worse than you go in. So I don't have any stars by this business

I am so happy I did. 5 star service from beginning to end. They provide a video of issues before starting work in your car. They even provided Uber transportation to the airport for me to pick up a rental since all their rentals were out. They explained everything from beginning to end, gave me heads up on upcoming service, and prioritized repairs so I could make informed decisions. I will service my Volvo here moving forward

I've acquired car knowledge only through owning the ones I've had and it's all been bare minimum. All that to say, I have not felt like she was talking over me. I have not felt like this company is trying to take advantage of me, AT ALL. Unfortunately mechanics have a bad reputation but this company has proven to me that they are honest people. I've had to get an oil change and all of my coils replaced. They tried to see if my car would allow just the second coil being replaced but after starting my car a couple times, my car wanted 1,3 & 4 replaced as well. Anyway, I had to leave my car overnight which it's in an area that didn't give me any anxiety so there was no fear of my car getting vandalized. My car is running good-as-new so I'm def pleased that the problem has been resolved. You are able to buy the parts for your car and they will use those, since that can cut on cost. Those parts will not be under their warranty. I had to get my car fixed asap so I didn't go that route but it's def good info to know if you don't need to get it fixed immediately. My only complaint? That I am unable to interact with the mechanics in the garage. I love chatting with people and making new friends but then again..... this is already the hottest and most humid summer I've experienced in DFW (yall, I work outside as a laborer so I get to stand on this soapbox) The opposite of a complaint now: they offer free candy, cokes & water and also free play on arcade games while you wait. Aaaaand if you're curious, yes, there is a bidet in the bathroom. No, I didn't use it myself. 10/10 will use this auto shop again and again

They will advise you if a repair is expensive - to he point of saying if you are not going to "keep" this car a bit, I wouldn't spend these dollars. The waiting area is the nicest I have ever seen and has some soft drinks, a Keurig, and lollipops for the kids. It smells amazing, is nicely decorated, and has comfortable seating. The staff is very friendly. From my chat with them, they don't do body work or transmission rebuilds (but will do replacement). I am not speaking to the quality of their work since I'm not familiar with anything beyond the inspection, but would absolutely get a quote from them if it means I can sit here and get some work done!

He replaced it and said that he will need to rewire my headlights bc everything was wet from the leak. He told me all this could be done in a day, so I dropped my car off at 8am. Around 4 I called to check in and he said they were just now getting around to looking at my headlights..... He kept my car for a few days and finally when I went to get it my right headlight was fixed but my left one was not. I texted Robert that it was still flickering and without even needing to look at it he said he will order a part and let me know when it gets in after Thanksgiving. I believe he said the part was a relay, but not sure bc he doesn't write any itemized receipts for customers. He also charged me an extra $100 for new light bulbs without my consent. I took my car back last week for them to install the part and paid $245 for it. it didn't fix it... it's like they didn't even try bc if they did they would have turned on my headlights and seen it was flickering... honestly my fault for not checking at the shop. A nice man from my apartment building works on European cars and offered to look at it. He figured out the problem in 10min. Ordered me a part and fixed it in my parking garage lol All that to say, I'm very disappointed in this shop.
