This has been my favorite nail salon in Vegas. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The staff is diverse and everyone smiles. Everyone has special talents. I ask for Bre when I get my pedicures because she takes her time, she listens and her foot massages are the best. She always offers me bottled water which is a big deal for me in this desert. The spa pedicure chairs are comfy and the shop is always clean. They stayed open until midnight before covid but now they keep pretty regular hours and close at 8pm. They have plenty of room to service many customers at one time. I have never had a bad experience here but I have at the many other naul salons I have tried. I had been going to a different nail salon thinking they did a good job until I met Nelly. She laid out to me that the acrylic wasn't set right, which could have caused a fungus under my nail, and that my shape they did for me looked very off. Th acrylic was also flat which is not supposed to be. Immediately I saw the difference between the job from the other salon compared to hers. Im very disappointed . I been going to this nail shop for 5 years I was in an imperative doctors appointment scheduling my next surgery and because I couldn't answer my phone my appointment got canceled I still had an hour to get to my appointment I understood if it was like 15/20 minutes before and than it would of been understandable but an hour is still more than enough time to make it. Very disappointed in Cindy. Then when I had someone to ask her why she canceled she talking about I didn't confirm my appointment then she lied and said my appointment was at 12:45 but my msg and what she told me when I was there the day before is 1pm. Terrible service. Photo doesn't even begin to describe the experience that I had at this nail shop. Nail tech didn't notice the paint was terrible and sagging on my toes. When asked to fix, nail tech replaced polish with one coat but no base coat or top coat. Nail tech then left me to let the paint dry and never returned. Polish was dropping down my toes (see photo). Come to find out my nail tech went to service another client, and failed to check back on my status. Owner took over to repaint my nails after I asked her if my nail tech was gone. Owner painted my nails white but I asked for pink (#589). Poor experience. Would not recommend at all. Nail shop owner showed no concern when I told her of my bad experience. (Side note: I did not complain when I noticed owner was using white instead of pink, because my time was already far spent. "Ain't nobody got time for that." read more

So dissatisfied with my nails. I called prior to coming to this salon for a full set and a pedicure in which the man I spoke to told me that they had availability for both services. When I arrived one technician started applying the tips without properly prepping my nails after I showed her a picture of what I was hoping for. she didn't clarify with me what tip size/shape that I wanted which resulted in me having a curved nail tip(which I didn't want) I was unaware that they had other tip shapes because she didn't communicate that with me! After she applied my tips I was moved to another station with a different technician who was friendly however, did not give me what I asked for and had a few nails that weren't matching or even shape wise! The service was rushed due to them closing for the day so during the acrylic application I was informed that after the application that they would have another technician start my pedicure. I was then informed that the woman who was going to do my pedicure claimed to have a family emergency so the salon owner asked for me to come back the next day. I pointed out how messed up my nails turned out and asked if the salon owner could fix it and she told me yes, just for her to tell me the next day I returned that she doesn't do acrylic nails and that all of the other nail techs were busy and I was asked to come back Sunday! The man who messed up on my nails the first time, volunteered to redo them to alter the situation. I showed up at 9:30am and was asked to come back at 11am because they were booked. So from 11am until 2:48pm I was there getting my nails removed and reapplied and as shown in the pictures, still a disappointment and not to mention, a waste of money! I was charged the first time $75 and the salon owner didn't want to give me a discount the second time I came back for their mess up and her inexperienced nail technicians so I ended up having to pay ANOTHER $65 just for them to "fix" my nails! Overall you guys a horrible experience and I absolutely positively 100 percent DO NOT RECOMMEND ! Not to mention the man who didn't do a good job on my nails (BOTH TIMES) noticed that after a while of me being there, I was getting anxiety and annoyed over his mess ups and he proceeded with my nails in a rough and attitudinal way as if I was putting stress upon him or taking up his time. Just consider a different place if you just happen to drive past this salon in hopes for quality nails. read more

I want to start by saying I had 3 different people one for a full set one for pedicure and one for brows. I am also a licensed cosmetologist and all 3 services were desperately needed I didn't expect perfection but I paid $125 altogether. The full set: 2/10 was horrendous I said something multiple times and was blamed for nail polish getting under my nails and not relaxing. He said I must've held the nail polish bottle and that the length wasn't uneven because he matched it up with my cuticles, that he can't see the angles that I'm seeing to talk to him. Mind you it was GEL polish he could of used rubbing alcohol to get any excess instead he used a file? It was a whopping $70 to leave with uneven acrylic application, different nail lengths, acrylic and gel all over my fingers. He pulled my fingers SO hard even huffed and puffed it takes a lot for me to say something and since this was supposed to be a relaxing experience I did say something but decided not to be that person and nitpick even though I'm licensed for this kind of stuff maybe he had a rough day, the cherry on top was he used a dirty file and my gift bag I received had a new one... The pedicure: 10/10 Vince was incredibly attentive asked if I wanted anything to drink and asked multiple times if I was okay because he can probably tell I was upset with my nails. I went for a deluxe pedicure with regular polish for $40 he got my ingrowns, scraped all the hard work off my feet, he gave me a great massage and was alert to any sensitivity. At the end of the pedicure he asked to see my nails and filed any type of sloppiness he gave me some lotion and cuticle oil as well even went as far to apologize. Vince was very friendly and more than likely to fix my nails next week I would highly recommend him. The eyebrow wax: 6/10 The girl was very sweet and washed her hand before starting my eyebrows. She did not use any baby or talc powder to prep but she did wipe them afterwards. I heard her make a distressed noise taking off my right bottom brow which you can see the damage in the picture. My left brow is good but my right brow will have to grow I thanked the girl because they desperately needed it and I should've went to my coworker anyways my bad. The atmosphere of this nail salon is beautiful everyone was very nice and seemed up to date with sanitation except the person who did my full set who had nail tips on the floor when I sat down. ‍ I received a free gift bag with lotion, cuticle oil, buffers and a nail file. I hate to leave such a nasty review for the person the did my nails but I didn't even feel like I was treated like a person that needed relaxation I felt like a number. Vince really carried the experience for me and the gift bag idea was very cute I would recommend the pedicure to others. read more

My 83 year old Grandfather who recently lost his wife of over 50 years is finding new things to enjoy, and a pedicure with my Mother, his daughter, is one of them. However, the creep of an owner tried to take away one of his joys by asking him to leave when my Grandfather requested special attention to his heel area. Mind you, this request came after the owner asked how the treatments have been going, as my Grandfather and Mother have been coming to this place once a month for the last year. He shouldn't have asked if he wasn't prepared to hear a honest and polite answer from a paying customer. My Grandfather fought for this country, and has worked hard on his feet for many decades. This is a subpar establishment that has no concept of respect towards the elderly or our veterans. The owner should be ashamed of themselves, and have lost a few loyal customers. read more
