I decided to try this place out Bc I'm in search of a nail salon that does good work. I have no problem paying for that i ask for. All i wanted was coffin shaped ombré nails. The lady said she could do it just like the photo i showed her. When she was near the end and putting a clear coat on. I looked at my nails like wait she's done? This looks nothing like the picture. Nothing like ombré! So i told her to just paint over it with white and I'll just have all white nails instead of the pink and white ombré. She then decides to take off all the polish with the drill on another hands. Leaving my nails not smooth. So when she applied the white polish it's shows all the dips and Imperfections of my nails. Also by drilling all the color off she messed up the shape so my nails are no longer coffin. I paid and walked out before I went off on them. I'm so very upset Bc i paid $75 plus tip. And i left completely unsatisfied. The woman Winn was super sweet. But not sweet enough for me to pay $75 plus tip for this crap on my nails. And not only is the shape messed up and not only do my nails look crappy from the dips but all the nails are different lengths. Basically if you don't know how to do what the customer is asking for. Then don't tell them you can and then make me waste 3 hours inside the nail salon only to have to have you do something super basic and you not do that well at all either. Needless to say i will not be returning. I've wasted enough money there at your establishment! Blessings! read more

Affordable: gel manicure and spa pedicure with salt scrub:$65! Jade did my pedicure. She's quiet , but fast and an expert touch. It's almost as if I was just napping and I woke up with pretty feet. This place was beyond disappointing, $50 for gel fills that are only OK. The staff is not very welcoming ,almost made me feel like I was inconveniencing them, but the worst was one of the employees having her children there while she was working!!! Nothing like trying to relax and get a manicure and having somebody constantly yelling at their kids to stop it !don't touch this! don't do that. Biggest mistake coming here. I use to have thick strong nails and nice cuticles (last picture). At 3 days $55 gel manicure still looked bad but hoped I could tough it out but then it started chipping on the third day. Went back and they said they would fix it but took of gel with a drill so nail was even thinner. My nails were now paper thin I said that's it I don't want it I'm leaving. Then they asked what can be done I said what can make them strong then they said overlay. They were charging me $55 more and brought it down to $30 and today which is the next day the overlay already separated from my natural nail. This is horrible and I'm out $85. I called back and I was like can I at least get the tip money back and they said I'm pathetic for wanting it back and I'm out of money so now I'm messing with their business. I did like it when I left but a day later it's detaching from my nail. I drove over 8 miles twice and gas isn't cheap I'm not going a third time for you to be rude and call me pathetic. "Come get your money from us each one of us will give you $3" really 3 people worked on my nail and it just didn't work it wasn't good work... read more

I understand that my gems are going to last as long as my nails but it's been two days. There was originally 5 on both nails. Love that i don't have to give her step by step instructions what i want for my mani pedi's. She remembers and always checks to insure your service is exactly what you want. Be careful when you come into this place they will pad your bill. I came into this place for a pedicure. I was given a flyer and asked to pick what pedicure I wanted. I told the man, I wanted the 45.00 package. When I got to the register to pay the lady swiped my card then told me my total was $63.00. I asked why was it $63.00 when I asked for the 45.00 package. She said because you asked for gel. I told her I did not get gel. She then asked the elder man that gave me the pedicure he said because he had to take my gel off. Who in the world would charge to remove gel. Better yet who would pay $20.00 to have gel removed when I already paid $20.00 extra to have it applied. When I got home, I called 10 other nail places, and none of them charge to remove your gel. First time ever have I ever been told I had to pay $20.00 to have my gel/Polish removed. This place will definitely lose customers that way. Biggest ripoff ever. I also must add no place was it stated that they charge to remove you polish. It was noted they charge $20.00 extra to apply gel but not to remove it. read more

This place changed ownership not long ago, and it has gone down tremendously. Their lack of customer service is ridiculous! My previous technician left the shop for whatever reason so I asked for 2 other technicians specifically to do my nails. They have an online appointment system that confirmed my appointment on the same day. The shop also called me directly to confirm my appointment. When I arrived, neither technician requested was there. What??!? Nobody knew that this morning when I confirmed online or when you called me? They indicated both technicians had a family emergency. Right!? Due to Covid you have to have an appointment so I had to scramble around to find someone else to do my nails. There was absolutely no apology!! Just an oh well!! I had a few colors in mind, but when I asked for his opinion he gave me a better alternative color choice and I absolutely love it!! It looks way more modern and classy than what I had in mind.
