The trolley was contracted to make continuous loops between our two hotels and the venue from 2:15pm to 3:15pm. Despite this, several of our guests were outside ready for pickup at 3:00pm and were left behind. The trolley never came back for them, causing them to arrive late to our ceremony. Communication leading up to the wedding was difficult. The company was unresponsive to emails and calls, and key details weren't clearly confirmed until the last minute. This added a lot of stress to our planning process. After the wedding, I reached out to express my concerns, and the owner responded with a rude and defensive email. Rather than apologizing or trying to understand our experience, he blamed us and our guests, despite the fact that they were ready and waiting during the contracted time window. Weddings are stressful enough without having to deal with unreliable transportation and unprofessional customer service. I would not recommend this company to other couples looking for dependable service on their big day

They said they didnt know and would that I would have to contact the owner. I asked for the owners phone number. They told me they didnt have it. While on the trolley I called the office number, no one answered. I left a voicemail and an email about our terrible experience. The trolley was so hot. We had an infant and over 80 on board and everyone was miserable. The inside of the trolley was nearing 100 degrees. We spent $1600 on this tour for our wedding and it was the worst thing we spent money on. I could go on and on but just know the bus driver is a piece of work and the owner is even worse. He will come up with any excuse not to refund you or even just trying to get in contact with him was a pain. He offered to refund us $160, which for $1600 wasn't even a dent. We would have much rather done something different with our time and spent our money elsewhere. For the owners character, he told me it was our fault because some of our guest wore long sleeve shirts and then he took a screenshot of the weather forecast and sent it to me. Newsflash, the weather was perfect. The sun beaten, hot box, hell of a trolley was the issue. I would have gladly walked back from rocky mountain national park than take this tour again. RMNP is beautiful. 15/10 stars. But stay away from this business.

**1 Star -- Site #98 is NOT Safe for Large RVs**…read more We stayed at Jellystone Park Estes Park for three nights in site #98 with our 36-foot fifth wheel. We paid $325.50 for our stay and left with expensive damage to our truck because, in my opinion, this site should never be assigned to an RV of this size. Site #98 is located on a hill and requires a very tight left turn from a one-way road, with a drop-off on one side and a large boulder retaining wall on the other. When an employee escorted us to the site, he immediately told us it was a difficult site for big fifth wheels and even said another camper had ripped off his fender trying to back into it. My husband is very experienced backing our fifth wheel, and after several attempts with direction from the campground employee, he was able to get us into the site. Unfortunately, getting OUT was even worse. When we left, my husband had to swing the truck as far to the right as possible to keep the fifth wheel tires from going off the drop-off on the left. At one point, half of our left-side tires were hanging off the edge. While I was outside watching the tires and trying to help navigate this extremely precarious situation, the truck caught one of the boulders from the retaining wall on the right, which became wedged underneath our running board. We then had to JACK UP OUR TRUCK--with our 36-foot fifth wheel still attached and sitting dangerously close to the edge of a hill--just to get the truck off the boulder. What makes this situation especially frustrating is what happened afterward. A very kind campground employee who came to help us expressed his own frustration that they continue putting large RVs in this site. He explained that after the cabins across the road were installed, along with the retaining wall, there was no longer enough room for big RVs to safely pull out of site #98. While I waited to speak with the manager, a THIRD employee also acknowledged to me that they have had issues with this site. Yet when the manager finally came to speak with us, she claimed she had NO knowledge of site #98 being a problem and told us they allow RVs up to 38 feet in it. When I told her they should not be putting RVs that large in this site, her response was, **"It's 2026 and they can't tell people what they can put in a site."** That response was unbelievable to me. A campground absolutely can--and should--determine what size RV can safely fit into and maneuver through a particular site. Three separate employees either warned us about this site or acknowledged problems with it, including one who specifically said there is no longer enough room for large RVs to pull out after the cabins and retaining wall were added. Yet management continues allowing RVs up to 38 feet in the site. We were offered no solution for the damage to our truck, and management took no accountability for continuing to place large RVs in a site their own employees acknowledge has had problems. We paid $325.50 for three nights and walked away with a damaged truck and an incredibly stressful--and potentially dangerous--experience. We will NEVER stay at this campground again. If you have a fifth wheel or RV over 30 feet, I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere and specifically avoiding **site #98**. Campgrounds have a responsibility to assign rigs to sites they can safely enter AND exit. Based on our experience, Jellystone Estes Park failed to do that.

Colorado Connections is a great, flexible partner to work with for transportation for your wedding weekend. They hire out fleets of vehicles to help your guests get to and from certain places, and they will work with you in a variety of capacities to accommodate your needs. We hired their services to bring the bridal & grooms party from our lodging to the chapel where we had our ceremony. Then, we had a number of their fleet vehicles available after our reception to take guests either to the after party in town or back to their lodging. We hosted the cost; and they were so reasonable and easy to work with. For any of your ad hoc or odd transportation needs, I highly recommend giving them a call. Our guests really appreciated their services, as did we!

Our driver and guide Michael was an absolute star, tailoring the trip to our interests. Because we booked a private tour, we got picked up and dropped off directly from our cabin! Michael was super knowledgeable of the park itself, the ecosystems, flora and fauna. He shared lots of stories about historical figures who influenced this area in Colorado. We went to several lakes, waterfalls, and hiked in several different spots. We got to see lots of wildlife - moose, elk, deer, marmot, chipmunks, pikas, and lots of birds! The day trip was a highlight of our time in Estes Park and we're so thankful for the special care Michael showed our family. We had a variety of mobility amongst the members of our group and he was very accommodating to our needs.

Chance was an incredible guide telling us facts and funny anecdotes (and dad jokes) along the way. He also jumped out with us on each of the stops inside of the park. Grab a bathroom break and drinks/snacks before you head out near the office. There are primitive bathrooms along the way.
