The experience could have been better with a few changes. Noise and Privacy: The pedicure area was a bit noisy at first due to ladies chitchatting in the hairstyling area. Adding a door between the two sections would create a much more relaxing, true spa atmosphere. Lighting: The sun was very bright in the pedicure area, which made it a little hard to fully relax. Possibly adding some window treatments. Upgrades: Offering a warming eye mask (even as an add-on) would be a fantastic touch. Overall, I had a wonderful time and Beatriz is the best! I had the body scrub treatment which was amazing. I was in the vishy shower room for over 60 minutes where I lay in a warm waterbed mat and scrubbed and showered. I would totally have this treatment again. I felt so clean and soft afterwards. The only thing I would do next time is to spend more time at the Spa and enjoy the quiet time and space of this beautiful place.

That first visit I was greeted and given paperwork to complete and was asked about problem areas and areas of focus. My therapist was communicative and was thorough in her technique. This time it was a different staff, no paperwork, no questioning, and only a quick greeting. I had an evening appointment so I assumed staff wanted to attend quickly before closing. I entered the room and it was very neat and clean however, I noticed a paper towel covering the headrest, which is not typical for a higher end spa. I was left to undress and get onto the table. My massage therapist began working with little to no communication only asking once if I wanted more pressure. This was NOT your typical Swedish massage. There was a lot of basic motion and a couple of times the therapist straddled herself over my backside on the table - I'm guessing for leverage?? Quite frankly, I feel as if I wasted my money - I could've gone down the street to a different establishment for the same level of massage and saved $100. This is the total opposite experience and the quality of the massage did not match the rate compared to the first time I was here. I kept hoping it would get better but it did not. When I rolled over toward the end of the massage I saw that the door to my room was ajar the entire time I was in there and I could see out into the hallway so I know people could see me as they walked past. It s very clean, organized and staff is friendly and the halo salt therapy is cool. But based on this experience I will not be returning. Maybe something has changed in the last month or so? But paying over $200 for a 90 minute massage will not be happening again for me at this establishment.

There isn't anywhere to swim in the actual spa but a short walk away you can access the adult only pool which we found in the afternoon. I wish that staff had indicated that this was here earlier on in the day. I'll definitely come back here.
