Such a great experience! Not only was the service quick and caring, the food was absolutely phenomenal. Best clam linguine I've had. I was a bit hesitant about the chorizo at first, but it actually goes really well together. We saw many recommendations for the Banzino fresh fish in the meyers lemon and capers sauce, so we gave it a go and all the yelpers definitely know their stuff! My boyfriend, who isn't too into the capers, finished every single last one off the plate. On top of everything, they home-baked fresh focaccia bread that day and paired it with the fluffiest butter spread. What a great meal! Probably the best in vegas.

Food was great, and the ambiance was nice. I tried their vegetarian Gnocchi al Forno and loved the flavors. I've never had such amazing pesto-flavored gnocchi before. The service was a little slow, but overall it was a great experience.

Was in the Vegas area for a couple of days with my wife and decided to do some fine dining. I've heard of this restaurant before and I wanted to check it out for myself. It didn't disappoint. I love the fishmonger that they had explaining the catch of the days and which fish to choose for your entrée. I went with the Bronzino and it was delicious. They fillet it and debone it for you. They had an amazing Wireless, but we decided cold beers because of the smoldering heat. The service was exceptional. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The setting was romantic and the prices weren't that bad.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I had an enjoyable time and I will definitely go back.

Came here during March Madness in Las Vegas and had an awesome experience at Amalfi by Bobby Flay. The food was amazing and the service was top notch from start to finish. We ordered a variety of dishes and every single one was great--honestly not a miss on the table. The menu has some really unique flavors and dishes that felt different from anything I've tried before, which made it even more fun. Definitely recommend going for any of the fish options. [[HIGHLIGHT]]One of the coolest parts is the fresh fish display at the front of the restaurant where you can actually pick out what you want--it adds a really nice touch to the whole experience.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Came here for a big group dinner and it was easy to make a reservation. The service was excellent and the servers were so nice. As an avid Bobby Flay fan, we were so excited to try this place. Surprisingly, the restaurant held up to our expectations. There are definitely veg friendly options for my fellow vegetarians. They are known for their seafood and the fish was delicious. The way they prepared it was amazing to see at the table. We tried a variety of other dishes including the tuna tartare and some friends tried the various pasta dishes. Everything was devoured. Definitely worth the prices. Next time you're in Vegas, highly recommend checking this place out for dinner!

Phenomenal. Service was friendly and welcoming as well as helpful. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance was especially nice as the middle back of the restaurant wasn't filled with casino noise[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Food was impeccable. Every ingredient in each dish complemented one another in a way that is indescribable. Be sure to get the market price fish. It was like nothing I've had in my life. The best ending to this feast was hot towels with lemon slices. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Had the most amazing experience at Amalfi!! Everything that we ate was absolutely delicious! They have a section in the back of the restaurant where you get to pick out which fish you want for dinner. I have to give a shout out to Kenny at the fish station, he was SO friendly and knowledgeable! And he spent time explaining everything to me, and helped me back a decision! He's awesome!!! Next I have to shout out our waitress Shelby!!! She was so friendly and attentive and really helped to make our experience extra special. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant is quiet and the decor is beautiful, it was a nice getaway from the craziness of Vegas.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I will definitely be back here on my next visit.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Food, service, and ambiance were amazing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Finally something worth tasting on my Vegas trip. My final meal here was just what I needed for a pick me up and feel good vibes. Upon entering I felt welcomed by the hostess. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The lighting is dim for a fancy vibe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There's also bar seating as well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I had a $20 food voucher I needed to use for signing up for Caesar's rewards before leaving back to DFW. I'm glad I decided on Amalfis. There were so many choices on the paper and all day I wasn't craving anything. Five hours before, I had already had an average meal and wasn't impressed. I was really wanting some dessert so when I saw someone say something about their pistachio sundae I had to try it. My husband also pointed out the rigatoni sounded good. I'm glad I ordered both. The rigatoni was carefully made and all the flavors were perfect. I loved the bits of Italian sausage that popped. The pasta was not too heavy. Before ordering, I originally thought I was going to be taking leftovers but it's the perfect amount of food. While I was finishing the pasta, I was thinking I'm still hungry. But I knew I was gonna have dessert. By the time I finished dessert, everything settled so it was good timing. The ice cream was just the right sweetness and nutty crunch from the pistachios were like a treat to me. I've never really been a fan of cherries but I still ate them as the chef intended. I liked the light cream they put on the side as well. The chocolate notes were a bit darker for me but still a complex combination of textures and flavors that kept the meal exciting. I cleaned both plates I received and had to refrain myself from trying to lick the remaining pasta sauce. The service here was attentive. My server was helpful and polite. He explained things about the menu, asked if I had any questions. I'm glad I asked for the dessert menu though cause the first menu was only drinks and the entrees. I definitely felt taken care of there. There were other helpers that helped refilled waters. There was only one little hiccup which I can totally overlook. I gave the server my rewards card, credit card, and food voucher. I only received the rewards card back upon paying, but thankfully one of the workers noticed and saw me looking and I was able to get the card back fairly quickly. Overall I highly recommend this place and would definitely be back if given the opportunity.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Good service and ambiance![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was able to get a seat at the bar without a reservation. Foccacia was really good but I recommend sharing it. The octopus was cooked well but the sauce was a little sweet for me. The lobster pasta was great and I enjoyed the spicy green beans as well. Large portion of the green beans, good for sharing. The Amalfi spritz was perfect, not too bigger and perfectly balanced.

I had a great dinner experience. As usual, I had my dinner at the bar and as usual I met some really interesting, cool people to chat with. I'm not a big eater but I ended up going with the whole fish in lemon caper sauce in order to have the best experience. As I was ordering, I was told that I'd have to go and pick out my fish. How fun! The bartender/server was top notch. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name. I relied on his advice for drink and food and he did an excellent job. If you're looking for a unique experience, check this place out!

Ambiance was party like , a little dim. For dates and groups of friends celebrating. Dress code is strict can not come in with tank top or athletic wear. The service seems a little robot like .. going thru the motions. We went for new years . It was a regular menu. No pre fixe meal. Which was ok. The menu is going for a south Italian feel. Focused on their fish. We ordered lobster cavatelli.. rib eye bone in 24 oz. And crispy potatoes. Pretty presentation. The steak was juicy buy Luke warm. The plate it was on was cold. The lobster .. I don't see it but it must be in there. Tho .. it was tasty. The sauce was creamy and smooth. The crispy potatoes were in cubes and fried covered with cheese. It was a nice place to go prob not for new years celebration. next time. Depending on what kind of place you like to celebrate.

It's hard for me to find Italian restaurants in the United States that I genuinely like. They all seem to serve pasta with a sauce that came in a frozen packet and was thawed, or store-bought pasta with a sweet, canned sauce, maybe a slightly better version of that, but nothing very appetizing. However, when I do find a good Italian spot here, it's really good. Amalfi is excellent. Located in a very popular area on the Vegas Strip, inside the MGM hotel, the restaurant is big and eye-catching, just like everything in Vegas. I loved the Italian décor and the display of fish on ice. It reminded me of a Sicilian fish market. I had to order the grilled branzino, which was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The citrus sauce was perfectly balanced and complemented it very well. For appetizers, we ordered the burrata, which came with warm, fluffy, freshly baked bread, and the charred octopus, which was grilled to perfection. Everything paired wonderfully with a glass of Dolcetto, recommended by our waiter. The whole experience took me right back to Italy (yes, it is possible to take a quick trip to Italy even while you're on the busy Vegas Strip).

Bobby Flay's Amalfi located in Caesar's Palace lives up to its name! 10 out of 10 for everything this was an extraordinary culinary dining experience. Once you're seated if you like you can go to the back of the restaurant and pick out your seafood and you have the option of having it served whole or filleted. My waiter Kris was extraordinary taking the time to explain the menu, giving recommendations on pairings and making us feel like royalty. In addition we had additional wait staff to keep our glasses full and our table clean and organized. I had the Dorada fish which was served filleted in a lemon cream sauce and I also ordered lobster cavatelli. My better half had a ribeye steak with crispy potatoes. Everything was intentional and delicious. What really made the night was that we decided to splurge on dessert and that did not disappoint. I ordered Cinnamon sorbet with the apple crisp cake and he ordered a lemon cake. They were outstanding. The restaurant itself was beautiful. It was like your whisked away off the coast of Amalfi. Well done, Bobby Flay you outdid yourself on this restaurant.

This budino was so rich and decadent that it instantly gave me Type 2 Diabetes and a top hat. No regrets.

Can I bring in a birthday cake?

I doubt it since they want to charge you for their desserts. They're very stingy there.

    Any dish without seafood?

Yes plenty! Check out the online menu.

No. There is no standard bread service.

    I dont believe so

    Are there any vegan options?

    Yes. They are very accommodating.

Does Amalfi take walk-ins or is it reservation only?

They will take walk ins IF ( big IF!) they have the space, but even if you can secure a table there may be a considerable wait if they are busy (which is most of the time). Best to have a reservation if you can.

They start you off with bread which were not very tasty. They were a bit dry and lacking in flavor. It was a shame because they give you a small container filled with olive oil to dip your bread in. We ordered a glass of Barolo and the Dante's Infante cocktail. The cocktail was refreshing and strong. My husband wanted to try wine but there werent many options for wines sold by the glass and there was only one option for Baralos so he ordered that. The Baralo was just average for $30 per glass and it was unfortunate that there weren't more options to choose from. We ordered the Polpo ( octopus) appetizer. The flavors were well balanced and the pureed canellini beans paired well with the octopus but the octopus was too cold. Not sure if it was supposed to be served like but I've never had octopus that cold before and the consistency was a bit harder because of the temperature. For our entrees, we ordered the pappardelle with lobster, scallops and truffle. The pasta was perfectly al dente and amazing. There were 2 beautifully cooked and tender scallops. There were a few garnishes of truffle that were shaved thick enough that I was able to chew into the texture. I wish there were larger pieces as the shaved pieces were small sized in diameter. But overall the pasta itself was cooked perfectly. This was far the best dish. We also ordered the Branzino which I wish I hadn't because there was a very wierd flavor profile.. I ordered it thinking it was going to have crispy skin but the skin was very soggy. It seems they changed the method of cooking the branzino as compared to previous photos uploaded by other yelpers. I was a bit disappointed when the branzino came out because the whole fish was butterflied ( sliced in half with tail in tact) and looked like the skin side had at one point been fried but it was soggy and soaked in the sauce. I was not particularly a fan of the sauce. I tasted a strong flavor profile of cinnamon for some reason even though there was no cinnamon mentioned on the menu. Two of the ingredients listed was guanciale and taragon. One of two ingredients may have been the flavors I tasted which did not pair well with the fish. It ruined the natural flavor of the fish as they overpowered the natural flavor of the branzino. Any time I get a chance to order the Branzino, I am usually satisfied or impressed but have never been disappointed. I think my favorite restaurants where I had exceptionally cooked branzinos were on the Vegas strip. At one of restaurants on the strip which I have ordered numerous times and is a very well known restaurant which I will name nameless ...it was cooked similarly, butterflied, in a buttery lemon sauce but the skin was still crispy. A second restaurant on the strip... the branzino was smoked and roasted on charcoal with a tomato based sauce. I guess I can't help but compare because this restaurant is priced similar to two very popular restaurants on the strip but fell short. Our waiter Diego was great and best personality and made our experience memorable. Overall the best dishe was the handmade pasta. The lack of options for wine by the glass was a bit saddening. The cocktail was unique and strong. But I regret getting the branzino. I am not sure I would go back

So this place when we saw the reviews and pictures we thought this was going to be a great spot to goto even though it's 20 minutes away from the strip. Before our arrival, we called and placed a reservation the day before and accommodated our reservation with our party thankfully. Upon arrival, we were greeted well, the family provided great and friendly customer service right off the bat. The menu size is good, and solid appetizers and entrees to choose from. The complementary bread was good with the olive oil pesto sauce they brought with it. The mozzarella appetizer was good and the fettuccine Alfredo was fine. This place does everything well. The restaurant being very small, they've managed to make the seating comfortable and decently spacious. Service is great, wait time after ordering can be a bit long but it is made to order and it's a small family restaurant. The only problem I have and unfortunately for now it's a deal breaker for me is the lack of flavor, it's obvious when immediately digging into the sauce. Quality, texture, temperature it's all there but there's no flavor from the Tomato sauce in the mozzarella and definitely lacking flavor in the Alfredo sauce. I tried adding black pepper and Parmesan to the Alfredo and it improved the texture, but still flavorless. Prices are great, portions are huge, I think this is good spot for nearby locals but not worth going out of your way trying this spot at least at this moment. It definitely isn't a nearly perfect score, it's a solid 4/5 with only 1 issue it needs to greatly focus on improving. Also they should consider reducing the portions because it's quite a lot of food, should cut down on cost and time, sometimes less is more.

Out of everything we ordered, my favorites were the Spicy Rigatoni Vodka, Chicken Pesto, and the Pepperoni Pizza with Hot Honey. Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere were great, and I would definitely come back.
