A+ Then Bobby's Pistachio Sundae for desert pistachio gelato, dark chocolate sauce, Amarena cherries, vanilla crema, pistachio crunch. Very A+ Some truths, the branzino is such a good non-fishy fish, it is like a steak to me of the fish world, cooked tender and juicy, though we got 2.1lbs coulda had 1lb and been fine. The burrata was so good with their bread. I would say this is must and i would order again. And I would also say a couple appetzers and wine is almost enough to enjoy. My friends and I ate dinner at Amalfi while visiting Vegas for a concert. Overall the experience was very positive. We made a reservation to be safe. Given how busy Vegas gets, I would honestly recommend a reservation at most of the big name restaurants - this one included. Our party all ordered from the prix fixe menu - which includes a number of appetizer, entree, side, and dessert options. I started with the Burrata. It was good initially, but halfway through I found myself wondering why I was eating an entire ball of cheese. It needs some kind of bread/crackers to serve as a vessel to break up the richness. For entrees I got the Branzino with meyer lemon & capers. The fish was cooked wonderfully, but I wasn't a huge fan of the lemon sauce. I think next time I would opt for a different sauce. For my side I chose the Crispy Potatoes. They arrived smothered in a lemony sauce with cheese. I enjoyed them at first, but began to dislike the lemon sauce about halfway through. I would ask for them without the sauce next time. For dessert, we shared all the options amongst the four of us. Dessert was probably my favorite course. Such a great experience! Not only was the service quick and caring, the food was absolutely phenomenal. Best clam linguine I've had. I was a bit hesitant about the chorizo at first, but it actually goes really well together. We saw many recommendations for the Banzino fresh fish in the meyers lemon and capers sauce, so we gave it a go and all the yelpers definitely know their stuff! My boyfriend, who isn't too into the capers, finished every single last one off the plate. Was in the Vegas area for a couple of days with my wife and decided to do some fine dining. I've heard of this restaurant before and I wanted to check it out for myself. It didn't disappoint. I love the fishmonger that they had explaining the catch of the days and which fish to choose for your entrée. I went with the Bronzino and it was delicious. They fillet it and debone it for you. Came here for a big group dinner and it was easy to make a reservation. The service was excellent and the servers were so nice. As an avid Bobby Flay fan, we were so excited to try this place. Surprisingly, the restaurant held up to our expectations. There are definitely veg friendly options for my fellow vegetarians. They are known for their seafood and the fish was delicious. They have a section in the back of the restaurant where you get to pick out which fish you want for dinner. Before ordering, I originally thought I was going to be taking leftovers but it's the perfect amount of food. While I was finishing the pasta, I was thinking I'm still hungry. But I knew I was gonna have dessert. By the time I finished dessert, everything settled so it was good timing. The ice cream was just the right sweetness and nutty crunch from the pistachios were like a treat to me. I've never really been a fan of cherries but I still ate them as the chef intended. I liked the light cream they put on the side as well. The chocolate notes were a bit darker for me but still a complex combination of textures and flavors that kept the meal exciting. I cleaned both plates I received and had to refrain myself from trying to lick the remaining pasta sauce. The service here was attentive. My server was helpful and polite. He explained things about the menu, asked if I had any questions. I'm glad I asked for the dessert menu though cause the first menu was only drinks and the entrees. I definitely felt taken care of there. There were other helpers that helped refilled waters. There was only one little hiccup which I can totally overlook. I gave the server my rewards card, credit card, and food voucher. I only received the rewards card back upon paying, but thankfully one of the workers noticed and saw me looking and I was able to get the card back fairly quickly. I returned to Amalfi about one year after my first visit. Last time I had a steak and enjoyed it, but I felt like I missed the point on not having pasta. I fixed that this visit and upgraded my rating. First of all, hats off to our server Chris. The guy was just the perfect Vegas server. He told us how he's worked for Bobby Flay for like 20 years and explained how he's so much better to work with than the other celebrity chefs, and he actually comes personally to check in on the restaurant and knows all of the staff by name. Dope! He upsold us on the foccacia bread ($10) which was really good. Then we split the chopped salad ($20) before our main. I was stoked to get the squid ink fettucine ($38) and my friend had the pasta "rags" ($28). Everything was great all around, and I was shocked when the check came and it was under $100 for 2 people. Sure, we didn't get drinks, but this is a celebrity chef spot on the strip, so I was impressed at the value vs. the alternatives. Being Diamond I get a comped $100 dinner once a year which is what brought me in both times. I'll likely do the same with my 2026 dinner again... and I'll ask for Chris! read more

I'm not a big eater but I ended up going with the whole fish in lemon caper sauce in order to have the best experience. As I was ordering, I was told that I'd have to go and pick out my fish. It's hard for me to find Italian restaurants in the United States that I genuinely like. They all seem to serve pasta with a sauce that came in a frozen packet and was thawed, or store-bought pasta with a sweet, canned sauce, maybe a slightly better version of that, but nothing very appetizing. However, when I do find a good Italian spot here, it's really good. Amalfi is excellent. Located in a very popular area on the Vegas Strip, inside the MGM hotel, the restaurant is big and eye-catching, just like everything in Vegas. I loved the Italian décor and the display of fish on ice. It reminded me of a Sicilian fish market. I had to order the grilled branzino, which was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The citrus sauce was perfectly balanced and complemented it very well. For appetizers, we ordered the burrata, which came with warm, fluffy, freshly baked bread, and the charred octopus, which was grilled to perfection. Everything paired wonderfully with a glass of Dolcetto, recommended by our waiter. Bobby Flay's Amalfi located in Caesar's Palace lives up to its name! 10 out of 10 for everything this was an extraordinary culinary dining experience. Once you're seated if you like you can go to the back of the restaurant and pick out your seafood and you have the option of having it served whole or filleted. My waiter Kris was extraordinary taking the time to explain the menu, giving recommendations on pairings and making us feel like royalty. In addition we had additional wait staff to keep our glasses full and our table clean and organized. I had the Dorada fish which was served filleted in a lemon cream sauce and I also ordered lobster cavatelli. My better half had a ribeye steak with crispy potatoes. Everything was intentional and delicious. What really made the night was that we decided to splurge on dessert and that did not disappoint. If the bread service at the beginning of the meal was any indication of how good this restaurant would be, we knew we were in for a treat. The bread was light, crispy, and absolutely delicious. Amalfi was exceedingly underwhelming and disappointing since I had read nothing but good things on Reddit and right here on Yelp too. Maybe I went on an off night or something. Here's what I ordered for dinner: Linguine White Clam Sauce: SALTY. Very salty and I prefer my food to be on the saltier side too. The flavors were there, but it felt like I was eating a spoonful of salt with every bite. The linguine was cooked perfectly though. Lobster Cavatelli: More like Lobster Lemon Cavatelli. Way too lemon forward. It was all I could taste. Pasta was also cooked perfectly. It's weird because there's no mention of anything citrusy in the description at all, just "fra diavolo, crunchy garlic." I didn't notice any crunchy garlic? I just assumed it would've been a garnish, but maybe it's mixed in with the sauce. Chicken Parmigiano: The tomato sauce was balanced which was nice, but the chicken was dry. Crispy Potatoes: By far the best item we ordered, but it's just crispy potatoes. Kind of hard to screw up. I also ordered an espresso martini which was good, but just like everything else I had for dinner, nothing was memorable. Oh, and my friend was a little sad she didn't get her coffee bean garnish for her martini (she wanted me to mention that). The photos made the portions here look really small and unfortunately it is small in-person too. Everything looks delicious, but that's about as far as it goes. Service was fine and the restaurant/atmosphere is pretty much what you'd expect for a nice Vegas restaurant. Overall a disappointing meal. Vegas has SO many other Italian restaurants to offer. I'm surprised this place doesn't have a higher review as this was my favorite meal of my trip in Vegas. The most expensive meal but also the most delicious meal. I had been wanting to try a Bobby Flay restaurant for the longest time and was worried it wouldn't live up to the celebrity hype but it totally was. The restaurant was located in the casino area of Caesars Palace right next to his French restaurant. I made a reservation and we were seated right away in a large booth. I started with an espresso martini followed by a negroni. Both drinks were strong and soooo good. Our server explained the menu and helped us choose our entrees. You could even choose the exact fish you wanted from their display (I opted not to do this but was a cool option). For apps, we got tuna tartare and the Amalfi chopped salad. Both dishes were so fresh and vibrant. Usually tuna tartare is served in a bowl with a side of bread but this one came prepped with the tuna on top of the bread. I could eat that salad for days. A vegetarian version of a chopped salad, it had a tangy dressing and packed with flavor. For entrees, I got one of the market fishes which came with a choice of sauce. The server recommended the pesto but I ended up not liking that one as much so I also got chimchurri which was delicious. Between the salad dressing and chimchurri I would totally buy both in bottles to take home. My partner said the steak was the best he's ever had and I had to agree for someone who doesn't eat too much steak. The only miss of the night for me was the mushroom polenta side which was too creamy and heavy for our dishes. By the time we got to dessert, I was way too full but we ended up trying the signature dessert which was a pistachio gelato sundae. Date of Visit: 7/6/2025 We visited the Amalfi by Bobby Flay on our trip to Las Vegas during July 4th this year. Bobby Flay is a famous chef from New York and he first gained recognition as an original competitor on Iron Chef America. The restaurant Amalfi was named after the lovely town by the ocean in Southern Italy. And the cuisines was based on fresh ingredients sourced locally and with Mediterranean cooking method. Aperol Spritz $18 Husband got the Aperol Spritz which was made with Drusian Prosecco DOCG, Aperol Aperitivo, and soda. Originally he ordered the Amalfi Spritz but maybe the waitress misunderstood, and we thought the Amalfi Spritz was just very similar to the traditional Aperol Spritz. Flat Iron Crusted Prawns $29 For starter we got the crusted prawns. Four fresh and large prawns was seasoned with oregano, lemon, and chile oil. The taste was spiced with some freshness. Highly recommended as the starter dish. Squid Ink Fettucine $38 We also got the squid ink fettucine. On top there were lobster, shrimp, squid, and mixed with fra diavolo. The black fettucine was even more chewy than we thought, which was a nice primi course. Our family of 3 shared the following: 1) Arrabiata pasta - good, but not great 2) Squid ink pasta - also good, but not great 3) Red snapper (filleted) - we were excited to pick out our own fish for dinner, but disappointed when it came out a bit dry; the two different sauces we got were fine, but not remarkable 5) Pistachio sundae - excellent; absolutely delicious 6) Lemon cake - fine We liked our cocktails - my espresso Martini was delicious. But your teacher preaches class like you're some kind of jerk You gotta fight for your right to party!.. We came to Amalfi's for Dinner.. We started w. very nice glasses of Pinot Grigio Wine.. We shared: "Charred Octopus" perfectly cooked plump & most delicious..&.. "Blue Crab & Eggplant Meatballs fra diavolo vodka sauce" It was a confusing taste of a "lacking spiced sauce", not masking the "flat" tasting meatballs w... Little to no Blue Crab?? Next Up to share was the.. "Squid Ink Fettuccine" w. lobster, shrimp, squid, fra diavolo" The Pasta was slightly over done, though coloured black, the Squid Ink flavour (taking a back seat to "fra diavolo sauce") was not so evident.. The lobster/shrimp/squid "promised" were barely present at this party??.. We finished our meal w. a scrumptious.. "Bobby's Pistachio Sundae" pistachio gelato, dark chocolate sauce, Amarena cherries, vanilla crema, pistachio crunch", So absolutely delicious, taking us back to our recent trip to Italy and the Amalfi Coast..:) "Your Mum busted in and said, what's that noise? I love watching Bobby Flay on television, and have enjoyed many of his receipts at home. So I was very excited to eat in one of his restaurants. The space was gorgeous- unfussy but elegant, and the 'fish market' in the back was a fun touch- I was actually impressed with how knowledgeable the person working in that area was. We had a great server, who was friendly and helpful, but gave us plenty of time to chat and decide on food. We had the restaurant week menu, which ended up being a great idea. Wine was great, and I was pleased with the variety offered overall. We both started with the burrata- the server encouraged us to get different foods so we could share, but the fresh cheese, pesto, and Calabrian chili were such a perfect combination that I'm glad I had a full one to myself. The mains were also excellent- I had the branzino, which was cooked to perfection. We had sides of polenta and crispy potatoes to share. The potatoes were magical. And the mushrooms in the polenta were great, but a bit of acid would have turned that side from good the great. We both finished with the chocolate budino, and I again was glad I didn't have to share. It was rich and creamy, with a bit of crunch and the most perfect whipped cream to offset it. read more

I went with a group to Amalfi for a business dinner while we were in Las Vegas. The staff were very professional and attentive and really only added to our overall experience. We ordered appetizers for the table and I went with the red snapper. The red snapper was definitely good. For dessert, I had Bobby's Sundae, which was probably the best art of the meal. Amalfi - Italian Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

This was one of THE best spots we had in Vegas. We got: Seared octopus: 10/10 probably one of the best I've had cooked this way. It was soft and easy to chew and not rubbery. Crispy potatoes: 9.5/10 really good and crispy and flavorful! Squid ink pasta (seafood): 7/10 was good but in comparison to other dishes it was more on the boring side. Whole cooked fish: 8/10 very good, it's a bit messy to eat but well worth it. The type of fish we picked was sweet and buttery. The sauce was their pesto spicy sauce and it was wonderful to pair with our potatoes as well as the fish. Strawberry Cheesecake: 9.5/10 it's really light and delightful after the meal. The server was wonderful she was able to answer our questions as well as help us pick out our meals. The ambiance is really nice perfect for a nicer date in Vegas. read more

We had a great meal at Amalfi while staying at Caesar's Palace last weekend. In addition to a vast menu, Amalfi also offers a variety of fresh seafood on ice to choose from if you're into seafood like that. The restaurant itself is beautiful and relaxing to dine in. We started our meal with the Amalfi chopped salad, which was the perfect size to share between the two of us. Despite overhearing our server tell another table that the pasta entrees were the way to go, I chose to go with the chicken parmigiana. The dish was fantastic, but I would have appreciated it more if it came with a small side of pasta as well. However, that was my oversight when reading the menu. We also shared a side of crispy potatoes which we really enjoyed. We did not indulge in a dessert while dining here, but I've got my eye on the tiramisu for next time! read more
