Additionally, the menu stated that the fish was grilled, but it was actually lightly battered and deep-fried. The description also mentioned that the dish came with tortillas, but none were provided. Overall, the menu description was significantly misleading and did not accurately represent what was served. While our experience was not ruined by the service, it was only adequate and did not make up for the disappointment with the food. A restaurant's menu should accurately reflect the ingredients and preparation methods so guests can have the experience they are expecting.

Best Al Pastor, BBQ pork, burrito in town. Period. Every other place will char the meat as they usually have to re-heat it on the grill. I have no issue with the fee itself. My problem is that the sales tax is calculated on the total after the fee is added. The credit card fee should have nothing to do with the tax amount. Additionally, the suggested tip amounts are also calculated based on the total that includes both the sales tax and the credit card fee. Most customers expect tip percentages to be based on the pre-tax cost of the food and drinks. As a result, you end up giving a lot higher tip than you intended to. Because the payment screen does not show an itemized bill, it's very difficult to verify the charges or calculate a custom tip unless you remember the exact prices of everything you ordered. I hate when a restaurant's billing practice isn't transparent to customers.
