I'm a sucker for home decor and honestly Home Goods always comes in clutch when I'm looking for a more personalized gift. This location is always well stocked and never empty. They have a good assortment and I can usually find coveted special items here that are poplar on Tik tok and such. Not always, but a good amount of the time. This isn't the biggest home goods in the 805 but it'll do. I wish the isles were a little bigger as it can sometimes be hard to navigate this store during high traffic hours BUT I'd rather have more merchandise than larger walking spaces so I make it work. Little random things that do matter are that their bathrooms are clean and they have a large shared parking lot. Staff here are always nice and I appreciate that they always seem to have at least 2-3 cash registers open. Happy to have a Home Goods in Camarillo.

One of the managers could not have been nicer and I wish I would've gotten her name. She was working it out and said it's obvious this is you but then she did something super nice... She says you seem upset. Is there something more than just this going on? I told her yes, I'm mad, but I'm not mad at you. I thought that was just a very grown-up way of her handling a very rude customer. Gave the consult to my friend who needed it and it looks really beautiful. I will definitely be back. I always find what I wasn't looking for at HomeGoods and only sometimes find what I am looking for…read more This recent trip was finding something I wasn't looking for. I saw they had some bottles of my favorite Chai concentrate that I get on Amazon or have seen in little specialty stores on Main Street that were on clearance for $5. I knocked off a star due to the bottles being rung up at full price instead of the clearance price. It was only after I left the store and put my items in my car that I double checked the receipt and caught the mistake. Then I had to go back and stand in a long line to get a refund.

I definitely wasn't looking forward to a sudden remodeling project but from the moment my daughter and I walked into the business, and met Nicole, we felt like we had won the lottery! I went from dread to delight in a matter of minutes. Her personality and professional demeanor was refreshing. "Nothing" was hard with Nicole by our sides! Choosing from innumerable samples is my worst nightmare. Nicole easily guided us in the decision making process for our wood flooring, then our tile and finally our cabinets! We actually enjoyed the process! Most importantly, when there were glitches or issues, because that's how life is, Nicole was at her best. She was always available by phone and quickly jumped into action multiple times. We felt extremely confident in her skills and knowledge. The contractors that she recommended for us were proven professionals that she had longtime working relationships with, another huge plus!
