As a customer, not at all pleased with this place. I tried to order on line and my credit card wasn't accepted. They claimed I hadn't filled out the entire form. Not true. I got in the car and drove there. They require order and payment at kiosks. 2 of the four didn't work. I watched two couples that came in behind me get their food. After 15 minutes, I finally asked what the problem was They said The particular order I selected takes about 30 minutes to prepare. Really? No indication that it was a long prep item anywhere. Watched the comments in cedar park foodies group and decided to try. We ordered a few different ramen and everyone was happy. The reaper with shrimp tempura was just the right amount of heat and flavor for the perfect bowl. I substituted with rice noodles for gluten free and it did not disappoint. We also tried the black tonkotsu and the seafood. Both broths were super flavorful. Seafood had plenty of fresh prawns and mussels to eat but not necessarily a typical ramen broth. Delicious all the same. The black tonkotsu hit all the boxes of a great ramen. I had the tonkatsu black. Overall it was really good. Broth and the pork belly were fantastic. Egg was way over cooked, nearly hard boiled, though it did taste good. The rest of the ingredients were good as well, though the white onions were cut too big which overpowered the soup. All this is to say, I think we've got the makings of a great ramen shop. I've had ramen all over the world....the broth of the ramen here is absolutely top notch. Eurasia Ramen has achieved the perfect complex balance with generous portions for the price. This is now the go to spot for my boyfriend and I. We love the casual atmosphere and the super fast service, and can't wait to come back again. This Ramen restaurant just supply the same good quality, delicate food and service with roomy and open ambiance as their first Eurasia in Austin. We ordered Spicy Chicken Ramen, Miso Ramen and Back 2 basic Ramen with Salmon and California rolls. They all taste good and fresh. The Ramen is rich in flavors but not only salty. My son is very picky about quality of food, especially we just had a trip to Tokyo and Sapporo, there is no complains but only compliments from him. Please give it a try. Full disclosure, we're big fans of Ramen Tatsuya in Austin. When you walk in you definitely get all the Ramen Tatsuya feels with their decor and seating. I can't comment on the service yet since this first run was just for takeout. I just tried out the Eurasia black tonkotsu ramen as takeout, and boy it's good. The best part, they keep all of the ingredients (noodles, egg, seaweed, bamboo shoots, tonkotsu) separate from the broth, so the food was nice and fresh and not soggy by the time I got home. The broth was rich, flavorful, and creamy. The pork (tonkotsu) was excellent. And the noodles were good too; for next time I may order extra noodles to go with all of the rich broth that was left. The only criticism I'd have is that you don't get as many ingredients as you would at Ramen Tatsuya for the same price. The trade off is that the location is so much closer and makes for a much faster run when we're looking for some place nearby. read more
