For my main dish, I had half of the Black and Blue Mushroom Burger with blue cheese, mushrooms, whiskey onions, arugula and Calabrian chilli aioli and saved the rest to take home. For dessert, we split a Bourbon Barrel Cake with candied pecans, bourbon caramel and vanilla bean ice cream. This is great spot to catch up with co-workers, friends or family. FIRST IMPRESSION: open-concept and contemporary. Pops of plant life. Plenty of seating whether regular tables, booths, high-tops, sofas, or patio. A geometric theme is apparent, with the wooden geometric ceiling fixture above the bar serving as the focal point. SERVICE: Danny was personable and funny. He checked on us constantly and gave us suggestions on the menu. THE FOOD: For starters, my table and I had the TRUFFLE CHEESE FRIES and CRISPY GLAZED BRUSSEL SPROUTS. Both were good, but I preferred the latter. I got the JALAPENO EGG BURGER as my main dish and upgraded to the MAC N CHEESE BITES as my side. We saved room for the BOURBON BARREL CAKE, which was rich and decadent. THE DRINKS: Between my siblings and I, we tasted about five or six different cocktails, but the winner of the night was unanimously "UNCHARTED FORESTS" a gin-based drink with pandan! I came back and the service was amazing but it is way too hot in there. I would highly recommend not going back until the winter time. I have POTS and I cannot tolerate the heat. It spikes my heart rate. We ate and left immediately but I will not be going back until the end of summer unfortunately. I did ask if they could close the doors. We came here for 2 things, checking out their outside space for an upcoming event I'm looking to book. And for something to eat. Floyd is the GM was amazing to work with. Eureka is a great place to gather with friends, they have big tables or you can pull up a seat at the bar so that you have front row seats to the Amazing Whiskey selection. They have a decent beer selection on tap and bottles and cans as well as great bartenders to mix you up something good. The food is well prepared, consistent and delicious. We finally tried this place after seeing its cool decor from afar! We were very curious and this place was as beautiful inside as we imagined. The food was delicious. The steak was perfectly cooked. The chimichurri added great flavor. The fries were a great addition. The spicy chicken sandwich was a fierce competitor against the Chicken and Pickle sandwiches. We loved it. This place is both intimate and relaxed. Football was on their screens by the bar but it didn't take over the ambience, leaving room for conversation and a great date night dinner. Just made it to happy hour within the last ten minutes. Got sat right away to a dirty booth that wasn't cleaned properly but moved to the next one that was cleaner, the seats has some crumbs left behind. No server for at least 5mins so went to get one to put in our order real quick. They had no idea who our server was supposed to be but someone did come over shortly and was checked up on throughout the visit. The space was nicely decorated with the usual green plants and garage style windows with a big bar top. Good happy/hoppy hour menu and they have different events everyday of the week Ordered... 2/5 Tuna Poke Stack: looked nice but tuna wasn't the freshest. Liked the wonton chips but would not order again 5/5 Nachos: nice coverage for every chip. Liked the beans and cheese. No meat was necessary and appreciated the red and green sliced peppers on top. If we were rating based off just the food experience I would give it a 4 star rating but because the service was just ok, I have to knock a few stars off. We started off going in with our 2 young girls, which you would think they would bring children menus not adults so I was a little flustered trying to find something kid friendly to eat. Thankfully my husband saw a little girl a few tables down with a kids menu so we asked for those. Next off when we went to order we asked our waitress what sides are available for the kids meals to which she told us that we can order any side off the adult menu. When we started asking questions she said well no, the kids are all served with fries. Ok, so your menu should state fries not choice of side. The service was just ok, nothing great. Sadly it was very slow in there also so there was really no excuse for the service not being better. Thankfully the food made up for the so so service and we will give it another try based off of that. My husband had the bone marrow burger and I had the bbq bacon burger, which both were tasty. The Mac n cheese balls and truffle fries are a must (although the fries were just warm not hot). The Mexican street corn was good, not great. The corn was in a ton of liquid so it took away a lot of the flavor. I personally would skip this item. We will go back on account of the food and hope that the service was just a one time not so great experience. We all finished everything, so that's always a good sign. I think they only had 2 servers (at least in our area) which seemed to have slowed things down a little bit. We had the opportunity to check out this Eureka location (the other being downtown). This location is only 3 weeks young, but it's probably going to do quite well. The restaurant is decorated in lines with its price point as a fun place to have a drink and meal with a local swagger. The service was excellent, and everything was very clean as expected for something so new. We tried the chicken wings which were nice and crispy, the Asian chicken salad, very good, and the breakfast burrito. The burrito had a decent crust, and included tater tots inside which gave it a good crunch. Was pleased with all the offerings, and will be back to try their weekday specials both advertised on POS and several boards throughout. Recommended for sure! read more

Eureka! Another great restaurant to try out. This is their second location, their other being on Fremont Street in the downtown area. They just opened very recently, I'm going to say earlier this year, and I decided to choose this place for our Friday date night. The parking lot out front was packed, so we had to park in the back of the restaurant, where a hotel and an apartment complex are surrounded. We did not have a reservation booked, but we were able to get a table on their very spacious patio, which is bigger than their actual interior. It was such a nice night to sit outside, right before it will begin to stay at 100 degrees even after the sun goes down. It took a while for us to receive service, but that's because they were really busy. Since they've opened recently as well, they're also still trying to work out some of the bells and whistles. Once we were helped out, we started off with some drinks. I had their strawberry lychee cocktail and Kyle had the Atomic Duck from Able Baker Brewing, which is one of his favorite local beers. While the cocktail was on the strong side, it still tasted pretty good. However, the lychee served on top was a little on the sweet side for me. I thought of it as an apple without its' skin. Our appetizer choice was a plate of mac and cheese balls that we shared. When it came out, our waitress told us that something went wrong in the kitchen and that our entire food order (minus our drinks) would be comped, plus the manager came out and gave both of us a $10 gift card that's valid until 12/31/25. So we have until the end of the year to come back here again and use our gift cards! For our entrees, I ordered a plate of al pastor tacos with fries on the side and Kyle ordered a plate of fish and chips. The fish on my tacos were tender and all the toppings included made them even more flavorful. Kyle and I have had real fish and chips before from a real British food restaurant, but he said that these fish and chips were really good. I love Eureka! While I haven't visited this Henderson location in person yet, I've been a customer at several of their California locations and usually order takeout. The food has always been outstanding. For this style of food, Eureka serves some of the best meals I've ever had. My personal favorites are the Bone Marrow Burger and the Ribeye Philly Cheesesteak--both are absolutely incredible and packed with flavor. Every order I've had has been consistently delicious, and the quality has always exceeded my expectations. They honored that request. We got a nice table on the patio (see photo). The menu is loaded with hand held foods and shareables. My wife and I each went with one of the burgers. I chose the Fresno Fig ($18.75). She went with the Barbecue Bacon ($18.75). Each came with a side of fries. I opted for the sweet potato fries ($3 surcharge). Both burgers were delish. Enjoyed a nice dinner at Eureka's new location on St Rose with family. I made a reservation through their website as we planned on going during their opening week. I was a bit worried they were going to be busy, however upon arriving and checking in, we saw that the place was not busy at all. You do have the option to choose between indoor or outdoor seating, we just chose to stay inside. Our server was Quintin or Q, and he took great care of us. Server was great. The food did take a little while, but something I kind of expected since they just opened. Price is very reasonable for the food and they do have happy hour as well! I would definitely recommend the Fresno Fig burger and pairing it with their truffle cheese fries. My husband got the 28-Day Dry Aged Bone Marrow Burger and my daughter got their Spicy Fried Chicken Sandwich. Got a taste of both and both great choices as well. If you're looking for something to drink (for the old fashioned lovers), you must try their Tipsy Pig Old Fashion or for the non-alcoholics, try out the lavender iced tea for something light, but refreshing. Finally had chance to check out the Eureka in Henderson. I used to go to the one in Irvine, Ca frequently so was happy to see one nearby in Vegas. I love places that offer splits rather than glasses of sparkling wine! You always get such a better pour because the bottle is fresh. We started with the Ahi Tuna Poke Stack which was a nice blend of flavors. For my main, I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich with the sauce on the side. Glad I did because the sauce sure had a kick to it. Personally thought there was way too much coleslaw on the sando so cleared off more than half of the coleslaw onto the side of my plate. I subbed fries for charred green beans. The green beans were a bit too charred for my liking, but it was healthier than eating a pile of fries. Service was attentive but the two servers didn't seem to communicate with each other which made it a bit awkward. Ambient music felt a bit loud esp since the restaurant wasn't super busy, but aesthetically beautiful inside. Bar seating with TVs also available along with cocktail tables and lounge style seating. We always love coming here. The food is great, drinks are delicious and service is always friendly. I especially like that they immediately bring out orange slices and carrots for your little one upon seating. That is SO helpful and that little extra touch means so much.
